First timer! Food was good prices were normal, but the cashier (blonde hair glasses don't know her name)she was treated bad by a coworker I believe her name is Audrey, Aubrey something like that she was really rude to the cashier ‍ the cashier was asking her a simple question to help us with out order and she lashed out & gave her attitude and in-front of customers! That was definitely uncalled for if anything the other girl should of came to help the cashier and later had a conversation with her in private. I felt bad for the cashier. I LOOVE this place... the fish and chips are my favorite thing in the world and no one makes them as delicious as rodeo burger. The fries, oh lord dont even get me started. I'm a connoisseur of french fries and rode burger fries are soooooooo good. I live about an hour away so i dont go as much, but every time i go around there, i always want to eat there. I don't really enjoy eating onion rings or zucchinis so that part of the meal i try and ask them to just give me the actual fish and fries.. sometimes they tell me they cant sell it like that but other times they do and they give me regular price.. I wish they just had the fish and chips combo and not the dinner. the salad or soup plus the zucchini's and onion rings i don't even eat and i always hate that it goes to waste when they don't wanna give me just the fish and fries but oh well. I try not to post reviews that are too negative but having worked in the restaurant industry I was disappointed to watch an employee pick up a rug from the floor then lean it against a wall and walk right over grab our food and walk it to our table. I've now watched for over 30 minutes and she has yet to wash her hands... I get it it's almost closing time and everyone's had a long day but seriously?! That's disgusting I won't be coming back to an establishment that can't enforce simple hand washing.... Hasn't even been 20 minutes and she has now rolled 3 rugs, served at least 8 people and dished out fries from the fryer, handed countless ranch dressings and bowls of salsa and swept parts of the dining room... still hasn't washed her hands!!! read more

First you can't call to notify them they messed up a order or your dissatisfied with cold old food. Maybe they didn't set up the voice mail so that they didn't get any calls and don't have to correct horrible cold old food. But to me hiding from customers shows your guilt of old cold food. The fries in my chili fries where so old that when I open the box I could tell immediately they where old and cold. The fries where soft and wrinkle from being so old. No, they where not crinkle fries. You know if they won't answer there phones they don't care about customer satisfaction. read more

Worst onion rings and burger which was extremely overly salted. I have been three times all with the same results. Will not return.

For example The Club Sandwich. Extremely dry. I find it takes a lot of work to even swallow it. Instead of fry's I ordered the Zucchini. Absolutely no flavor UNLESS its drowned in the sparingly given ranch dressing. This establishment has the ability to be so much more. Yet, it just settles for close to last place. Farmer-boys Club in itself is really good to the last bite. Come on Rodeo Burger, own yourself. I believe that you can be so much better. read more

Best burger joint I've been to , worth the drive , fresh food , good sized burgers never had a complaint on the food quote taste

Myself and my family will never return to Rodeo Burger. I always grant any establishment multiple opportunities to get it right. And up until about September of last year they had done a good job. But the last 5 occasions we have been there the quality of service has been horrible. Especially in the Drive Thru. After ordering at different times on different trips the order placed in the bags has been incorrect. When inquiring with the window employee each time we were told "well, that's not what was heard." Again, after asking them to fix the order we have been basically told...."no, that's what we heard." The last time being on February 5th I then told them we would not be back...paid for our food and left. I hope that George reads this and makes a few adjustments to bring the service back up. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now. Overall, good food and fast service. There are a couple times where they have forgotten to add avocado to my burgers, but they always are willing to help correct the issue over the phone. It isn't about the mistake, but the way you resolve the issue that makes me more apt to come back. The portions are great as well. I mostly come here now whenever I have a burger craving. I recommend giving them a try if you're ever in the area! read more

i ordered 2 bacon burgers neither of them came with bacon. i called and they told me to come back to show the burgers. they took the already soggy hamburger and just put bacon on it in front of me instead of making a new one and handed it back. i also work in fast food and would never think to do something like that just plain disgusting. read more

The price is ridiculous for the quality of food and service you get. Me and my fiancé went here for dinner tonight, since we haven't been here in a few years I asked the lady, "What comes on the Wet Burrito?" Her response was, "pick your meat". Nothing else just said pick your meat. Rude but whatever it's fast food. So I chose chicken. My fiancé then ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with no onions or peppers (normal fixings on a Philly). We paid just under $20 (we didn't order combos) and went on our marry way. When we got to the house, we couldn't even finish our food. My fiancé opens his container and his Philly Cheesesteak has enough meat to cover just the palm of your hand and the rest is mushrooms. I open my burrito and the top is smothered in raw onions. To me having onions on top isn't a big deal, it's easy enough to pick off. I pick off the onions and go to take a bite and in my burrito is a thin layer of beans, few slices of chicken, and about a 1/4 of an inch thick raw onions! We were so disgusted and disappointed we threw it out and had to go somewhere else for dinner. Worst experience ever and not worth the price! We will never be back!! read more

Used to stop by once a month or so . I hadn't been here in a year so I thought I would get some chili fries and a double cheeseburger. I was brought the cheeseburger and waited for the chili fries. After about ten minutes I walked up asked for them . A unpleasant woman pulled it from the microwave and presented a plate of soggy fries with molten cheese and what looked like chili. By this time my burger is getting eaten, but it too lacks seasoning and is tasteless. I had already asked for new chili fries, but by the time I got them I was just about done with the burger. Apparently anything brown passes for chili and I tossed it . This place didn't use to be this bad . It was dirty, service was bad and the food is straight out bad . I won't do that again. read more

Their quesadillas are indeed massive but it takes more than a huge tortilla stuffed with chicken,cheese and lettuce to make me a happy girl. Best Fried Zucchini on the planet. Their other food is great and they don't skimp on portions. They always give more than you can eat. Their prices are great. Corona and Norco have an abundance of these drive thru diner type restaurants. I've never seen anything like it in other places! My boyfriend loves the carne asada quesadillas here. They are good! Fulfilling too.. Surely enough as a meal. No healthy options really, but the food is tasty. Pass on the iced tea. It tastes nothing like tea. Workers are nice. I am a big fan of Rodeo Burger for their service as well as their food. I have been to many fast food restaurants, but this is the best service I have ever had at a fast food joint. They have the best zucchini that I know of, with home-made tasting ranch. They also have very good burgers, chicken sandwiches, and I've never had more meat and avocado in anything than in their carne asada quesadilla. On the healthy side, as many reviewers have seemed to neglect, they offer a COLOSSAL garden salad for under four dollars as well as the best garden burger I've ever had with a very tasty, sweet, whole wheat bun. I, for one, don't go there for the "health benefits" but i'm so in love with their garden burger that I order mine with bacon on top! One must only go there during lunchtime any given day to see how many people like this place, but, being in toothless Norco, none of them probably have the wits to use a compootor. I highly recommend, and for those who say there is nothing healthy should try the salad/garden burger combo. I don't recommend their burritos, as they didn't seem "authentic" to me, but this is a burger joint. Also, their french toast could be improved on. For breakfast I recommend pancake combo; if you crave mexican I recomend the carne asada quesadilla, which, although not "authentic", has so much tasty meat and avocado that I really can't say anything bad. Leaving my dogs vets office I smell the food cooking in this place. So, today my husband and I decided to give it a try. We got burgers, his was avacado and bacon, mine was just a cheese burger. When we got home to eat, boy were we surprised by the portions. The burgers were huge, and the fries were a nice generous order. The burgers tasted amazing!!!! The fries, well, were awesome. The 7 years that I've came here to Rodeo Burger I've always enjoyed the food and the people. The service is great except for this lady that goes by the name of Andrea. Andrea always has a bad mood and doesn't ever do her job right. For example, earlier today she brought us our food and she forgot a plate of fries (like always) and before she leaves I ask for an extra plate and 2 jalapeños (which I didn't get). Andrea didn't bring anything after I asked her twice. We were nearly done with our meal and still no fries, I had to ask someone else so we could get our fries. My gosh I don't understand why the others gave such a low rating. But I had a great experience here. I first came across this place while in between house hunting. I was really hungry and needed something quick, so I decided to try this place out. I have never been through Norco until this day but I have to say this town is really cute. If you like horses and that old western feel, then you will love this town. So I went through the drive thru and ordered a BLT with avocado, fries and a drink. Gotta say for a drive thru I was truly impressed on the quality. Very fresh produce, the bacon didn't taste like it had been sitting all day, and they were generous with the avocado. Fries were fresh and they seemed to have a bit of seasoning salt on them. I was hooked after that. I told my self if I'm ever in the area I must go back. I went back with my family about 2 months later. Ordered the same thing BLT with avocado. Totally satisfying once again. My friend had the frisco burger, which I tried and it was delicious. My daughter had the fried chicken dinner, it was huge!! That came with fries, and I think onion rings and fried zucchini, salad and a roll. Really tasty chicken btw. So there you have it.. Love this place. Oh and the owners son Nick, was very welcoming and extremely friendly.. You don't see much of that anymore these days.. One more thing, they of coarse have a pretty nice selection of salads to choose from for the healthy eaters.. and I think some sort of diet plate. Well my good review was short lived. I'm done with this place. You don't care about my order or to give me what I asked for, I don't care to give you business. It's like pulling teeth to get an extra ranch. But they will give you handfuls of ketchup that I don't ask for. The food is wrong 90% of the time. I've had to drive back multiple times to return my food. I've called a bunch of times to complain about a wrong order. Rodeo burger you suck. No more will you ever get my money read more
