OKAY, LISTEN UP. I HAVE SEEN THE FACE OF GOD, AND IT LOOKS LIKE A MEDIUM-RARE STEAK FROM THIS RESTAURANT. I don't even know where to begin. Like, I walked in expecting a normal dinner, right? WRONG. This place straight-up transcended the concept of food. I am writing this review with tears in my eyes and sauce on my shirt because I am physically incapable of processing what just happened to me. THE AMBIANCE?? First of all, the vibes were immaculate. The lighting? Soft but not too soft. The music? Absolute BANGERS. I walked in and they were playing some chill jazz, but then at one point, the playlist switched to something that sounded like the soundtrack to an action movie where the hero slow-mo walks away from an explosion. It made my breadsticks taste 400% cooler. THE SERVICE?? Our server, miles (absolute legend), took our order like he was on a MISSION. He nodded so seriously when I asked for extra butter, I felt like I had just sealed a high-stakes business deal. Then, BOOM--bread arrived in record time. The butter? PERFECTLY spreadable. Not too hard, not too soft. It was like they trained it. THE FOOD (aka my new reason for existing) Now, onto the main event. I got the steak. Medium-rare. And when I tell you this steak changed my DNA, I am NOT exaggerating. The first bite? LIFE-ALTERING. I saw a flash of my ancestors nodding in approval. I'm pretty sure my taste buds unlocked a new level of consciousness. The mashed potatoes? SILK. The vegetables? Made me feel like I was a responsible adult for eating them, but also tasted like they were cooked by a wizard. Also, my friend ordered the seafood pasta, and I swear I heard the shrimp whisper, "Welcome to paradise" before he ate it. THE DESSERT (I ascended.) At this point, I was already emotionally compromised, but then we got dessert. A chocolate lava cake. I took one bite and immediately had to put my fork down and reevaluate my life choices. Why had I wasted so many years NOT eating this cake? The molten chocolate inside?? ILLEGAL. It should be classified as a controlled substance. THE BILL? Honestly, I blacked out for a second when I saw it, not because it was expensive, but because I was still recovering from the flavor explosion in my mouth. Totally worth it. Would have paid double. Might start a GoFundMe just to eat here again tomorrow. FINAL THOUGHTS?? If you don't eat here, you are doing life wrong. I would sell my left kidney for another bite of that steak. PART 2 we have gone back to rodizios grill to enjoy a party with friends and it was going good until miles came and made it great. miles is by far the best meat provider and honorable mention to james, miles's brother, james and miles are exquisite at their meat providing career and have gave us the best experience so far at any restaurant. i really appreciate miles and james and also saucy salmon for the amazing experience of tasting their meat and extraordinary limeades. thank you for calling my friend aka the birthday boy a good boy and calling that random guy nick eh 30,that was ehhhhhh mazing. 10/10 experience really recommend miles and james's meat skills when going to this fabulous establishment. i will be asking for miles again when coming back to this establishment and i will glaze the heck out of him again. love u miles ps. miles u need to buzz‍ read more

Every time my husband and I come here we have such a great experience. The servers are always so kind and the food is delicious. The limeades are wonderful too. Tonight Josh (one of the meat servers) went out of his way to come to our table even when our block was on red and asked if I wanted a certain meat he had because he remembered I said it was my favorite. It was so sweet! Our other meat server Bronson was also so kind and personable and always made sure we were happy with the portions he gave us. We've been going to Rodizio 1-2 times a year for the past four years. The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere. The food is delicious and the servers have always made it a point to bring us what we like. We've had Brooke as a waitress several times and she made it a point tonight to come say hi and check on us even though we weren't her table. We had Shaye as our waitress tonight and she was equally just as fabulous and attentive. It's a great experience every time! read more

I only have two words to say.... Parmesan steak 9/10- Well seasoned and well crisped on its outer layer. The Parmesan goes well with the mix of perfectly crisped beef. Tender, cuts very easily and the Parmesan makes it easy to slide down your throat. The balance of cheese to meat is a bit of an off setter for some, but if you enjoy a bit of an uneven mix of mostly cheesy taste... this is the beef for you. We came into the restaurant 30 minutes before closing and still received exemplary service! Austin did an amazing job as our server, and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. Brad was the one who brought the meats to us, he did a fantastic job as well. He was continually bringing us something new to try and making suggestions. Alvin is a great server. Kept our drinks refilled and even got servers to come when they had meat we preferred. Staff were great too-Deagan was especially amazing.
