I always have a great time at Rodizio Grill. I had a 7pm reservation and was seated fairly quickly (within 5 minutes). Our server was extremely sweet and attentive and all the serving staff were also very friendly. If you expressed which cuts were your favorite they'd often offer bigger pieces. For me, picanha and the garlic steak were my two favorite. The salad bar also offers a wide selection of items, better than other Brazilian steakhouses that I've tried. On this particular night it seems that a lot of people were celebrating birthdays and Rodizio celebrates you with staff singing! Overall, the price to quality of meats you get is very good and I highly recommend.

Amazing sirloin!!

We had a good time here and loved the meat compared to tucanos. The salad bar seemed to be more fresh and the meat less overdone.

Today we had Shaye as a server which was a real treat because we usually see her in manager mode.

My husband and I were checking out Trolley Square today. It was about dinner time and my hangery…read moremeter was about to go off. Instead of driving to a restaurant near by, we decided to hit up Rodizio for dinner. We were here so might as well seize the opportunity to check it out! Of course we didn't make a reservation since it was such a last minute decision to eat at this joint. There was about a 20 minute wait so we kicked it until our table was ready. They have two options which is just the salad bar or the full experience. Unfortunately, with my new kidney I couldn't partake in the salad bar so I was only going to be able to eat what was being carved by the gauchos. I wish that there was an option for just the meats. I had to pay for the full experience and not be able to enjoy anything from the salad bar. Our server got us our drinks and explained the whole process. My husband and I have been to similar restaurants like Rodizio so we had a general understanding of the process, it's all pretty much the same. We flipped that wood block to green so we can get this food party started! The gauchos were steady, making their way to us. Everything was so good! It was nice to be able to try a little of everything. I did have an issue with the pork ribs. I got two ribs to work on. Unfortunately after a couple bites on my first rib, I noticed that my rib was raw. It put me off and had to ask for a new plate. From that point on, I made sure I asked for the most cooked pieces off the meat that is being carved. The gauchos did a great job accommodating. I left stuffed! I ate so much, especially the grilled pineapple. The grilled pineapple will always be my favorite. Every gaucho that carved for us tonight was amazing. Our original server did vanish on us after the rib incident. We ended our dining experience with another server. He did a great job closing us out. My husband did say that the salad bar was ok and I didn't really miss out. He showed me how hard one of the cheese breads were by tapping it on the table. Overall it was a fun dining trip to Rodizio's. We got to clap to a couple birthdays that were being celebrated. Food was good. And I got to vibe out and enjoy a good meal with my husband.

It has some of the nice dining style of a churrascari, but falls short of other local churrascarias. reasons: -ambiance is lacking because of layout. We sat in what seemed like a busy hallway with high traffic -salad bar was poorly layed out, as if it was an afterthought. -Feijoada was not as good as others, and in a zip code far away from the many enjoyable plates I enjoyed while living in Brasil. -MOST SKEWERS OF MEAT WERE DRY. Even the Picanha was dry. i told them everything seemed dry, so they brought me one that was juicy but by then i was full from the dry meats. -So every aspect of the experience was much better at Tucanos. Hands down.

Let's have a round of applause for how well‑done that meat was. I was literally chewing for days,…read moreand when I used my knife to cut through some pieces, the steak actually started to grain‑splinter -- never a good sign. Y'all also really know how to give a guy high blood pressure, because some of the meat was overly salty and overcooked -- especially the brisket. Please ease up on the salt moving forward. My mouth was tingling. And if y'all are repurposing the old meat into the brisket, at least mask it better or repurpose it into other dishes. My tastebuds were not prepared for that level of assault. As a steak lover, I usually get my steak medium rare, but out of the hour and 45 minutes I was eating there with my family, there was only one time the steak came out bloody. Every other time? Another round of applause -- well‑done, with a hint of medium well here and there. My table also got skipped a couple of times by one of the waitresses carrying the meat, but our main waitress was very responsive and respectful, so props to her. The menu states that you can request certain cuts, but apparently that rule has changed. When we requested a specific cut, we were told they have to go through the full rotation before serving it again. Long story short: just wait until the cut comes back around. If that's the case, remove that option from the menu -- it's misleading. Or simply tell us you're short‑staffed; we'd be more than understanding. Bacon‑wrapped beef was good. Top sirloin tasted good but was overcooked, same with the center cut. NY strip was overcooked, brisket was salty, linguica was overcooked, pineapple was solid. Not a lot of positives with the beef -- the only positive thing was that it was steak. Please watch those cook times and how much seasoning is going on the meat. That was a one and done meal.
