A Service Appointment That Turned Into an Upgrade! I dropped by Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown for what was supposed to be a routine service on my 2024 CX-5, and I walked out six hours later with a sharp-looking 2026 CX-90. The experience was smooth from start to finish, primarily because of the solid team there. Since this was an unplanned visit, I actually had a full day of work to get through. The staff thoughtfully provided me with a private office so I could stay productive while the dealership handled the details. The Team: Josh & Rusty *Josh (Sales): Josh was exceptionally patient and remarkably knowledgeable. He spent hours meticulously crunching numbers to fit my budget and tirelessly pulled various cars from the lot so I could compare trims. He explained the new features of the '26 models comprehensively, ensuring I knew exactly what I was getting. *Rusty (Finance/Management): It was a nice surprise to see Rusty again! I worked with him back in 2024, and he instantly remembered me. He dropped by my "temporary office" and chatted genuinely--it felt less like a business transaction and more like catching up with an old friend. He then worked seamlessly alongside Josh to get the financing handled quickly and without any of the usual dealership stress. If you want a car-buying experience that feels personally tailored and professionally handled, go see Josh and Rusty. They turned a workday into a very productive afternoon. He showed me the cars that fit all my needs and I was in and out of there in 2.5 hours tops, with the perfect car for me. No games played, got me at the price point I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership, and working with Mark. Bonus - he threw in some free trunk accessories, and they tinted my windows a couple of weeks later as a service that's covered in the very affordable warranty. Thanks Mark!!!

Although I'm under warranty, I do not have the lifestyle that will allow me to keep bringing it back to the shop Month after Month and being without a car. The service department says they are not finding an issue and that my cell phone Must be the issue. Absolutely ridiculous when I provided a video showing what's happening. Also, if you google this vehicle that I own There is a known issue that continues to be a problem from the manufacturer. Instead of doing the honorable thing in either fixing the vehicle by Replacing the panel, they want to blame my cell phone for being the problem. Face with the frustration of having to deal with this over and over again, I went to trade the vehicle For the newer version of my current vehicle. The sales manager said he would call me and see what we can work out. It has been two days without a phone And a resolution. In the meantime, the vehicle is still having problems. I really wish I would've purchased the vehicle from somebody else. Had I known this was how they take care of their customers, I would've never purchased a vehicle from them. Buyer beware everything that looks good is not golden. Try another dealership.

Most dealers wouldn't bid sight unseen, they insisted on seeing it. About 4 dealers were willing to give me a price. Subaru of Georgetown's was the best (and slightly above Edmunds FMV). When I took my car in, the salesperson (Darren) took less than 20 minutes to check it out to make sure it matched the pics and description, and then paid the agreed-upon price, without trying to offer less. He also paid for an Uber to take me back home. If there's a way this could have gone better, I can't think of it.

This was the initial reason I brought my car in to begin with. Over $3k in repairs only to have the same issue and to call for help and they act like they could care less. I will never use this location again!! Save your money and your time. My initial reason for bringing my car to this dealership was because it turned off in the middle of traffic. Today they're saying I brought it due to brake noise. These people are incompetent and don't even take correct notes or documentation. I have never experienced this level of absolute poor customer service. For a special technician to be called in to send me a video stating the terminal cable and sensor connected to my battery are the source of the issue and no one caught that but found apparently over $3k work that needed to be done is absurd. If a vehicle loses power sporadically why would that not be the first thing checked...battery, cables, terminal posts, sensors, electrical...NOPE they gave me a clean bill of health minus a transmission gasket and filter plus a tuneup. Complete JOKE!!

Reagan in finance was very professional and took the time to explain all the different warranties with a great attitude. The one sales manager we met with was a stern but amiable man. He was honest and fair. We did meet the GM who we enjoyed speaking with. The only snag we had was a few minor issues with one of our cars but Shamir had everything corrected within a few days. I'd definitely buy here again. We traveled from San Antonio. Please give these guys a chance to sell you a car. The dealership in San Antonio is just as if you were at a low budget used car lot.

Nearly every time I attempt to charge, the stations are either down or unreliable. Now, two years into my lease, I'm suddenly met with a list of 45 features and services expiring--without warning. It's a lease. Shouldn't these items be included, or at the very least disclosed up front? My salesperson never mentioned any of this, and I didn't see a single disclaimer. I was coached into this lease, which is now clearly less favorable than the options currently available. And the rattling? I actually can't live with it. For a vehicle in this price point, it's unacceptable. Combine that with the discontinuation of services mid-lease, and it's far from the seamless luxury experience Mercedes promises. I've voiced my concerns three times and have been ignored. Buyer beware!

I came in for an oil change only to be told my valve cover was leaking oil. I replaced all the…read moreparts as my service salesman Dorian suggested along with a new set of spark plugs. I decided to wait at the dealership. Five hours later, I left w/my car now sputtering/hiccuping at each stop light. I called Dorian & he advised me to come back. Dorian was quick to get my car in and I was out of there roughly 30 minutes later. I drove home only to find out AGAIN it was STILL performing incorrectly - maybe not as bad but still sputtering. This was not an issue when I drove in. I called Dorian again and he asked once again if I had time to go in. It is now almost 4pm. I was not about to go in for a 3rd time. The issue happened to be an ignition coil. This back-and-forth caused a significant inconvenience including work time lost, the cost of fuel and toll charges for the multiple back and forth trips and added stress driving a vehicle that was not performing reliably. I contacted manager Wayne and Luis for an inconvenience credit but since they fixed these parts w/no added charges to me, no credit was given but a free oil change on my next visit. What a great way to treat a customer going on 15 years of Nissan service!

Let me start by putting my bias out front: I hate the dealership experience. I hate the upselling…read morewhen you get in front of the finance manager and the strategic//infuriating waiting they make you do when they have "ask their manager" anything. I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars.
