Right from the jump, he was incredibly straightforward. There was zero pressure, zero hassle, and absolutely no need to waste time haggling over the price. He gave it to us straight, which is so rare and refreshing in the car-buying world. Our Finance Manager, Michael was equally amazing. Financing a vehicle can usually feel like pulling teeth, but Michael made it a breeze. He was efficient, thorough, and just a great guy to talk to. I still can't believe it, but we spent a grand total of only three hours at the dealership. That included the test drive of three used Sequoias, picking the one we liked out of the three, the vehicle inspection, and getting all the final paperwork squared away with finance. We've all heard or experienced the horror stories of spending 6 to 8 hours at a dealership, but Chris and Michael valued our time and had us on the road in a flash. What stood out to us the most was the sheer respect we received. Walking into dealerships can sometimes feel intimidating, but Chris and Michael provided a truly delightful customer experience without a single ounce of judgment or prejudice. They treated us like family from the moment we walked through the doors. We love our new (used) Sequoia Capstone and we can recommend Toyota of Cedar Park without a doubt. Go see (ask for) Chris and Michael they will take incredible care of you! Now the great part of the experience we learned Chris was a veteran like ourselves. But unfornalutely he served in the Navy, my wife and I are both Army veterans. Go Army! Beat Navy!!

I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars. Thank you, Isaac, Angela, and Stephanie!

Horrible experience…read more Bought a black 2023 Honda CRV on May 4. This review is under a pseudonym but they'll know who I am. The manager, Robert Furcinitti, had a sales associate bring me a sheet of financing options with a "7%" interest rate. I immediately knew from looking that the rate was closer to 20%, and I voiced this immediately. The sales associate, Arlie (spelling?), assured me this was a 7% interest rate in response to my concern. Not even close. So I asked for Robert, who came in and gaslit me that the numbers I was looking at were accurate. I pulled out a financing calculator and showed him 7% would be about $100 less per month than what he's showing me. He backed down, got a new paper with new payments, and sheepishly acknowledged he "made a mistake". Sure you did. The amount of money he would have grifted me out of was about $6000 over 5 years. When I purchased insurance through their partner, [removed as part of edit] and Pronto insurance, they assured me they would "prorate" my insurance if I switched. There was a surprise $84 fee, meaning I was charged $110 for 2 days of Pronto insurance, PLUS the ~$170 fee for the insurance agent. Every step of the way I was deceived and mislead. I had to call Honda itself about the dealership and we're working through what to do about this. UPDATE: I at least got them to recover the $84 fee, but that's no thanks to Howdy Honda. For that reason I've removed the name of the insurance agent from the review.

I'm a SUV guy, I like the look of the Tiguan and it was by far the best deal out there for a new car. After deciding that's what I wanted, I did my online search for the right dealership, and Hewlett blew their competition away imo - review wise, and inventory wise. Made the trip to Georgetown and was instantly greeted by Mark Bruce. I've done years of sales and customer service, so I know what to look for and what I want from a sales person. Mark was exactly it, not robotic, listening to my needs, not being salesy or reading a script. He showed me the cars that fit all my needs and I was in and out of there in 2.5 hours tops, with the perfect car for me. No games played, got me at the price point I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership, and working with Mark. Bonus - he threw in some free trunk accessories, and they tinted my windows a couple of weeks later as a service that's covered in the very affordable warranty. Thanks Mark!!!

Also, if you google this vehicle that I own There is a known issue that continues to be a problem from the manufacturer. Instead of doing the honorable thing in either fixing the vehicle by Replacing the panel, they want to blame my cell phone for being the problem. Face with the frustration of having to deal with this over and over again, I went to trade the vehicle For the newer version of my current vehicle. The sales manager said he would call me and see what we can work out. It has been two days without a phone And a resolution. In the meantime, the vehicle is still having problems. I really wish I would've purchased the vehicle from somebody else. Had I known this was how they take care of their customers, I would've never purchased a vehicle from them. My 2025 Silverado experienced a catastrophic engine failure with under 6,000 miles and required a full engine replacement. While the mechanical issue itself is concerning, what has been more frustrating is the lack of communication, follow-through, and urgency from both the dealership and GM. Since the vehicle went into the shop: * I've had to repeatedly initiate contact just to get basic updates * Calls and promised follow-ups from the dealership were not returned * There was no clear repair timeline provided * The replacement engine was later confirmed to be on backorder, extending the delay even further * I've incurred ongoing rental costs due to the lack of a dealer loaner and minimal coordination Despite escalating the issue to GM Customer Care and requesting meaningful resolution, the process has felt slow, reactive, and dismissive of the real inconvenience and financial burden placed on the customer. When you spend hard-earned money on a new vehicle, especially a premium truck, you expect reliability, accountability, and proactive support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience has demonstrated the opposite. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Capitol Chevrolet or investing in the GM brand to think carefully about what happens after the sale -- because when a serious issue arises, the customer support simply hasn't been there.

The delivery guy was courteous and professional. All done in a matter of minutes. Carvana, company-wise, seems well run. Website design, online navigation, purchase process, loan processing, and home delivery went off without a hitch. I was skeptical of making a vehicle purchase solely online. That is a big financial commitment. Plus, being a used vehicle, I typically want to see first-hand that everything is as expected. Lastly, I enjoy grinding down car salesmen for every dollar and add-on :) That said, Carvana has the best quality (and quantity) photos I've seen, and an abundance of vehicle information. Their 3D interior/exterior photos put you in the driver's seat. So, I was not lacking for vehicle details. They called out some flaws (using that word lightly), such as driver's seat decolorization, that I do not see at all. That gives me the impression that they are very conservative with their assessments, which is good. As for price, although I was not happy about a nearly $2000 shipping charge, overall, the final bill was comparable to dealerships countrywide, and better than Kelley Blue Book (or similar). Anyhow, the shipping fee was typical for out-of-state dealerships too (assuming they were willing to ship, many do not because they can sell locally and/or do not want to deal with liability). Overall, I recommend and would buy from them again.
