I have now been forced to have had another HVAC company come into my home to look over why and what is needed for a repair. It was then that I was informed that key components were taken. My heater and AC are now inoperable! I was unaware that parts were taken. Working with a "Mgr "Scott" has proven nothing more than blaming a distributor for slow delivery of parts ... 8 months??? We finally called them back at 2pm and were told there was nothing they could do and they couldn't make any decisions on fixing our unit. The person was very uncaring and very rude. We requested a call back by noon on Wednesday, 10/25, and it is now Friday, 10/27, and we have not been called back. Thankfully, we talked to another company, they called the same warehouse, the part was in stock, they fixed our AC this morning, and charged us less than what All Weather was going to gouge us for. We feel we were jerked around and lied to. Terrible experience with a company that obviously has no customer service skills and can't make any decisions on their own. We will not recommend them to anyone.

He did a wonderful job , he was also very neat. He was here when the state inspector came and will come back when the City of Windsor comes to sign off and also do his inspection!
