Oddly enough, Potbelly sent me a review request which I was happy to provide feedback with all of the above. That was 6 days ago. Part of the review process, they asked if they would be able to contact me to follow up regarding my feedback. I provided my contact info, but have never heard back. I guess they really don't care about customers either new or repeat. Their lack of feedback has solidified my view on my experience and I will not be back. Not even to redeem the free cookie they promised for my feedback or the free sandwich they promised for using the app.
