What beautiful breads, and pastries. The smell coming out of the shop is so wonderful. Important to support Bukharian businesses.

Best place for fresh bread and crispy samsas. You will enjoy this place a lot. They have also been featured on a number of Resturant shows.

Cuisine: 9 Service: 7…read moreDecor: 7 Value: 9 Overall: 9 Since my favorite Uzbek restaurant Taste of Samarkand closed due to a fire, this restaurant has become my go to for food from that region. There are many other options in the area, but I have always come enjoyed this place, and now I treasure it more than ever before. The decor is a bit loud and gaudy for me personally. I always preferred the interior design of Taste of Samarkand or Art of Grill, but I'm okay with Stix's decor because it's bright and clean. More importantly, I love the food at this place. Every time I come here, it's absolutely fantastic. They shine at grilling skewers, so I'll start with that. You really can't go wrong, but I would always get the lamb, lamb ribs, beef, baby chicken, chicken w/ bones, and sea bass. The lola kebab and the chicken lola kebab are not bad, but definitely better at Art of Grill. For the more adventurous, try the veal sweet bread, veal liver, and lamb fat. The only kebabs I am not a big fan of here are the quail. As for appetizers, you have to get their flavorful Uzbek mantu. However, crispy cheburek and flaky samsa are both excellent too. Herring Garnish is very tasty as well. Moving onto salads, I typically order the Humus and Babaganush for dipping with the Tandoori Bread. Korean Carrot is also a nice starter. If you are fond of soup, then I highly recommend Osh-Potche. Lastly, Asian Pilaf is a nice way to end the meal when dining at an Uzbek restaurant, though I think their version is average. When all is said and done, every meal is always amazing. The cost of the meal is always reasonable. And a good time is always had by all every time.

Beautiful, colorful and fun…read more Food is fantastic and service is wonderful. Must try the garlic fries. Pargiot and lamb skewers. I will say its find the rice bland but over all the food is good.

Oh my God, this place was one of the best restaurants I had ever went to. I went on a date with my…read moreboyfriend and it was actually the best experience I ever had. The food was delicious and the ambience was amazing. The service was so nice. All the waiters were so welcoming and it was amazing. I love how the restaurant is all about culture and shows tremendous diversity. It felt like I was in another world. The steaks were to die for and the kebabs were amazing. The salads I can't even tell you how good they were, we of course, had to order to go. Prices are fair and overall I totally rate this 10 out of 10. It's great for dates parties or just a regular outing. And on top of that, they also do catering, which is so good to hear.

I came…read moreacross Art of Grill, and it looked dark and empty from the outside, but we saw a small sign outside stating there's a lunch special. Went inside, and it felt like I was transported elsewhere and not in NYC. I liked how the entire place was decorated. There's room to move around and private sections that are closed off with curtains. Food wise, there were two menus, one that was a tablet which had more options and this other large black book. I suggest looking at the tablet. It took a while to decide what we wanted as there were so many sections. I chose the two soups, which were the dumpling langman soup and the shurpa soup. One tasted like chicken soup but with lamb instead. However, both were pretty small. For the table, we got the Manti soup dumplings, which had minced beef inside with soup inside too and beware it is hot. Also, we got the shepherds salad, but they don't have feta cheese, so we got it without that one ingredient. I would suggest this restaurant if you're interested in trying something unique such as Uzbek food.

NaiSnow offers healthy and delicious tea beverages and fresh baked items with over 1,200 locations…read moremainly in China. NaiSnow's first stop in the U.S. expansion is in Flushing, New York. The second location in New York is 27-51 Jackson Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101. My first NaiSnow experience was at the Long Island City location. I walked in and ordered the Matcha Latte Boba, Caramel Egg Tart, Matcha Tiramisu Tart, Coffee Tiramisu Tart at the counter. It didn't take long for the order to be ready and it was all packed in an insulated bag. Inside, there are a few tables and countertop seats. The caramel egg tart is filled with custard core and a caramel aroma, the coffee tiramisu tart has a sponge cake soaked in coffee and layered with cream on a crisp and buttery tart, and the matcha tiramisu tart is made with premium Jingshan matcha powder fully infused into the cake base and layered with smooth cream cheese filling. The tarts are golden and have crispy layers. It just melts in your mouth. They are also a good size. The matcha latte boba was also very good. NaiSnow is definitely worth checking out!

I normally get this drink and the drink just comes out slightly less than it should be. Today, the one making the drinks had the audacity to really hand me two cups looking like this. I didn't realize I paid $12.52 for a cup that is 3/4 full. This is normally never an issue as they always give a reasonable amount, but I don't know what's wrong with the staff making the drinks today. Personally, I feel like I'm being overcharged at this point.
