When I sat down, I was given a menu and was even more surprised at the extent of their menu! Wow, this place has everything! Having just eaten a late lunch, I only ordered a coffee and a few cookies. My guest ordered a banana nut waffle that looked amazing. Service was great; the waitress answered all of our questions, refilled our drinks and didn't try to hurry us out, as we spent an hour and a half chatting. When you have those late night cravings for some good dessert and a nice environment this is the place to come too. A cup of coffee and a Pastry selection that will make you want to pick everything ! A great place to come. The only downside to this place is that they don't usually follow their store hours. Call before you make the drive to go there, they close if it's a "slow day" which sucks when you forget to call and you make the drive for no reason. Attended an evening event, catering by Roladin, salad was ok however too much oil in dressing and they use cheap canned black olives vs kalamata or other good quality olive. For the price you would expect more! Their tuna sandwich was disgusting: dark meat tuna YUK! maybe had 1/4 ounce of tuna on what looked like fried bread: Gross! They do not know how to boil eggs: all eggs in sandwiches were overcooked and green: hydrogen and sulfur not a great combination. There was the tiniest piece of "greasy" eggplant on the sandwich, if you blink you'd miss the eggplant. Absolutely inedible. Came home hungry and made a French omelette with gruyere and baby artichokes! I'd rather eat at home and cook with quality ingredients. We purchased three cakes, two Napoleon and one multi layered cake. All were to die for, but multilayered is by far the best cake that I've ever tried. 1 star is too many for this restaurant. Went to this place twice in my life and the first time was way better than what I experienced the second. The second time however, as soon as I walk in the amount of noise I was hearing I thought I was in a concert. Took at least 7 minutes for them to finally sit us down at a table. Once we sat down I ordered a salad and a pizza. When we ordered we also asked to sit outside because of how much noise there was. 25-30 mintues go by and we're still waiting for our food. We didn't really mind it that much because they were busy that day. Once we finally got the food my friend could already tell that pizza wasn't ready and I said it's fine because I was starving. Friend was right pizza was terrible, soft, and uncooked. Salad was extremely lower than what my expectations were from the last time I got a salad. We complained and the owner came and I was completely and utterly shocked at how disrespectful the man was. Instead of a refund for at least 1 item they gave us a small complimentary house salad. The pasta and fish are so good!! The Rosemary Salmon Fillet and Salmon Marsala are my favorites, and if you like a little spicy, the Moraccan Salmon Fillet is absolutely delicious!
