    Bluefin Tuna Lime Roll

My mouth is watering just thinking about their food. Everything is curated so thoughtfully, the service is always good, and I love the vibe in here it always feels like a celebration. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu in my opinion. The deal for a group of 7+ people is really great too, definitely ask your server about it. Just remember it's tapas! The best way to go about eating here is ordering a bunch of things for the table and sharing! If you're 2 people, I think around 4 dishes will have you full!

Such a cute spot! A little difficult to get a reservation though, seems quite busy. Rightfully so as everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We wanted to try a bit of everything and our waitress helped us pick a good variety. To drink we ordered the Nights in Tulum which basically is a spicy cucumber margarita. My goodness was this delicious! Refreshing, perfect spice and potent! We asked for tajin instead of salt and they delivered. To we went with the short rib cigar: perfectly crispy and sides complimented it nicely; having tender skewer: succulent and delicious not one crumb left behind; the bluefin lime roll and yellowtail roll: both fresh and had the perfect rice to fish ratio. The quality of the food is amazing and service was great. They ARE on the pricey side however. And when we told them it was our anniversary we weren't offered anything. Not that it's a huge deal but those little details really can make a celebratory night that much more special.

Short Rib Cigar and my new addiction

I don't what took me so long to get here, but now that I've tried TLV Tapas I will be back...often. I'm already a fan of Tel Aviv Grill, but this restaurant space feels elevated. The decor, music, and feel is definitely a vibe, and yes I feel ridiculous for using that term that too - except it's true! Let's get into the food because we tried a ton of dishes. Spoiler alert - we loved everything we tried, with my favorite being the short rib cigar and bluefin crispy rice. The short ribs are so tender and delicious, which leads me to believe they have been braised for a very long time. The cigar itself was perfectly crunchy and mixed with the tender short rib and dipping sauce made me want 10 more. Bluefin crispy rice at an Israeil tapas bar? Yes! The fish was so fresh and creamy, and the crispy rice was flavorful and crispy without being overly crunchy. Loved the rest of the sushi we tried as well, and they use interesting seasonings (za'atar, sumac) which ties sushi to the theme. We also tried the Zaaluk which is smoked and roasted eggplant with peppers and garlic, which paired extremely well with the chewy and crunchy jerusalem bagel. Also loved the hummus because it was creamier than many I have tried, but still had that satisfying garbanzo sumac flavor I wanted without being overpowering. Lastly, I need to talk about the oyster mushroom which comes on a skewer with an herb gremolata and looks like a meat kabob. It left us wondeirng how a mushroom could be so rich in flavor, meaty, and perfectly grilled as a skewer. There is so much more we tried (and snapped pics of), and tons more I want to try, but you'll have to get down here and see for yourself. Really nice for date nights or eating and laughing with a group of people worth eating and laughing with.

Thank you for sharing your amazing restaurant with us. My daughter and 8 of her friends enjoyed the most amazing and delicious food and entertainment. So much fun and such great ambiance and atmosphere. Wonderful birthday it was!!

Came here with a couple of friends to try it out! We sat at the only table outside, which was kind of nice. We got the bread, oyster mushrooms, and the beef cigars (I forgot what it's called). And some drinks! We were all happy with our cocktails. The food? AMAZING. So delicious and flavorful. My favorite was the oyster mushrooms. But honestly all of it. The staff were super friendly as well! I also didn't know it was kosher! That's awesome. Will def be back!

    Happy Birthday to mom!

Great service! Delicious food! Cesar is the best server! Ask for him! Can't believe it took me this long to try it out! Branzino and Arais is the best on the menu!

Located in Tarzana you can find street parking or there's a parking garage directly across the street Located in Tarzana you can find street parking or there's a parking garage directly across the street. it it's pretty spacious with seating downstairs and upstairs This restaurant left me craving more! When I say every dish was amazing, it truly was! My friend and I stopped by a few days ago for dinner. We got the oyster mushroom, grilled okra, and their specialof the night the Dubai sushi. I can't describe okra. It's a southern dish, but I highly recommend it if you've never tried it, and wow, it was my first time trying the mushroom oyster. You're eating meat. It's grilled and seasoned perfectly. We got the short rib pasta with mushrooms for entrees, and honestly, this might be the best I've ever had!! we had a few other entrées, but you must get the Arias. Overall, everything was a hit from service. Our waitress was Ciara and she was delightful and helpful with suggestions as well as the other staff. I'm already planning a trip to come here again highly recommend it, especially for special occasions.

This place never disappoints and always delivers! We typically come on Saturday night early sit on the bar and enjoy really good food. The shook salad, humus, the newly added sushi rolls (so good) everything is always consistent and prepared to perfection. Overall great food, great ambiance and the service is always friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

TLV Tapas Bar's 2nd anniversary was very tasty. The atmosphere was electric with a live DJ and a lively crowd. The set menu (see photos) featured vibrant Mediterranean flavors, and I had the chance to try: *Jerusalem Bagel - Warm, fluffy, and perfect with za'atar olive oil and tomato purée *Tzatziki - A cashew cheese twist with cucumber, garlic, dill, and chili flakes. *Zaaluk - Smoky fire-roasted eggplant with spicy shushka peppers and garlic confit *Okra - Tossed with lemon, soy sauce, and urfa pepper for a tangy, slightly spicy bite *Oyster Mushroom - Tender, with fresh herb gremolata, citrus, and sumac *Cauliflower Steak - Hearty, with beef demi-glaze, capers, and wild dill *Salat Hashuk - Crisp and refreshing with radish, cucumber, tomatoes, mint, and citrus vinaigrette *Arugula Salad - Peppery and balanced with fennel, pomegranate, beets, pine nuts, and sumac vinaigrette *Chilean Sea Bass - Buttery and perfectly cooked, paired with charred bok choy and Persian lemon Beyond the food, TLV's partnership with the LATTC Foundation made the night even more special, supporting scholarships for aspiring chefs. Overall, a fantastic celebration of food, community, and giving back. Cheers to many more anniversaries, TLV!

Came here for my mother's 70th birthday on New Year's Day (January 1, 2026) and really enjoyed each dish! We had the oyster mushroom, the short rib pasta, and the Chilean sea bass. Very festive atmosphere & decorations - will come here again in the future.

I have tasted much better paella's here in Los Angeles. Although I was extremely disappointed when served our orders, this was below even what we have in LA. Ambience amazing the reflection of stars has nothing to do with the service whatsoever. Actually our service was excellent. It was the food that ruined the experience. This is recently not uncommon in LA. We ordered the patatas bravas, camarones alijillo... I understand that every restaurant has to put their spin on it but this was really missing the mark... since when do we put a aioli sauce in paella or even on potatoes. Yuk!! Amsterdam, maybe but not in seafood. Also chimichurri on shrimp wow this is super new - I ordered paella in Spain at least 20 times and I've never seen it like this. Sangria excellent! Paella 5/10 - I know that they are cooking the seafood whilst still having the paella come out al dente - but our seafood was severely overcooked not much lobster, and a very thin layer of paella - incredibly disappointed, although it was date night and that made it great. I would not recommend this restaurant for paella. It has a great atmosphere. Good drinks nice atmosphere. I know this sounds terrible, but I'm just going to have to go back to La paella for the time being since a few of the restaurants that we frequent have closed - so we will see how long this lasts. Off to look for more restaurants with excellent paella. We definitely have a lacking here in the prime Westside.

Beautiful plants hanging, perfect Spanish music in the background (any place playing Natalia LaFourcade is a win). The drinks were great! I had the jungle bird which was fun. Food was so good too. The whipped beans are the star! We had the guacamole which was tasty, great tostadas with it. The arepas were good but the pork belly was a little too fatty (I know pork belly is always fatty) to the point the fat muted the flavored for the arepa a bit, but still delicious. The empanadas were great and as someone who lived in South America and ate empanadas every day, these really took me back to my Paraguay days. The squash blossoms were light and perfectly fried. Small space with others close by but they manage to make it feel intimate somehow. Anywho - we didn't chose that option! We sat outside in the covid created sidewalk space. It wasn't as intimate but we love it outside and with the heater on, I was perfectly comfy! Didn't take pics. There are already tons, and I would've be able to get a better shot. But let me tell you what we had and LOVED all of it: - Deviled eggs - favored with olive. Very tasty. - Papas - the hot sauce and aoili made this delicious! - A creamy goat cheese, fig and honey tostado - short rib on small piece of polenta. Fantastic! - Mac and cheese. Divine! I'll be thinking about this for a loooong time! The machego cheese takes it to next level. The pasta - not like any macaroni I've ever seen, was delightful to eat. - Octopus. This was our "wild side" order, because hubby has been disappointed by octopus in the past because it's been cooked until tough. But we took a chance, closing out our meal on this dish, and man we were so glad we did! It's chargrilled, has a bit of smokiness to it, sitting in a lot of drawn butter. It's like a scallop but with more chew to it. It was delicious! The only not so big disappointment was that the reservation site asks if it's a special occasion. So I selected anniversary. But apparently, the staff don't read that I go because no mention was made of our anniversary. I wouldn't have cared except that they asked in advance, so I thought there would be some acknowledgment or maybe a dessert. Wrong! lol! Pickled Pepper Blueberry Cornbread 2. Grilled Corn 3. Grilled Kalbi Style Short Ribs 4. Sauteed Green Beans 5. Goat Curry 6. Goat Belly 7. Ginger Chili Yum Salmon 8. Pork Belly Noodles 9. Sticky Glazed Pork Shank 10. Blackberries & Butter Montamore Cake Complimentary chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup and sprinkles for the birthday boy! My favorites: 1. The blueberry cornbread was served with the best honey butter and blueberry jam. 2. The goat curry was not gamey. The meat was tender and the curry was mild in flavor. 3. The salmon was served with a crispy skin. The celery and peanut salad complemented the salmon well. 4. The pork belly was full of flavor. It was served with glass noodles. 5. The HIGHLIGHT of dinner was the pork shank. It was served with a strawberry salad, cucumbers, hoisin mayo sauce, hot mustard sauce, naan, and lettuce. The meat fell of the bone. This is a MUST try. For dessert we ordered the blackberries & butter cake. It was served with a frozen blackberry basil jam which had the consistency of a sorbet and basil whipped cream. If you like basil, this is the dessert for you! Overall, this was a delicious dinner. Service was attentive. Everyone had a great time!

We sat at the bar where there was ample seating. We ordered three mocktails and one martini... all drinks were We were taken to our table (check was transferred from bar) and started one course at a time & shared. Our waiter was personable and took our order quickly as well as consistently replenished our drinking water. Everything was delicious and had its own unique flavor, from the chickpea fritters which had softness and crunchiness, the goat mousse with sweet and savory sauces and the crumpets and crackers; then the goat belly with a deliciously crisp skin and soft inside and intense flavor (but not gamey) with a rich sauce, the steak was yummy and precut, and the pork shank which was epic! I loved all the greens and pita to wrap the pork and goodies into! We ended with a bday scoop of mango sticky ice cream which was completely different than I've had before and yummy.

His love for his business was quite evident and he's very charismatic. They were so apologetic because our reserve table wasn't ready, but it really was just 5 minute passed our reservation. They offered drinks on the house. NOW THATS SERVICE! We ended up buying more anyway. For the quality of food and attention it was well worth the price. The space is small, so reservations are a must. This is what we ordered for 5 guys. (we over ordered by one dish). The portions were surprisingly larger than expected and we were so happy with every dish overall. I would recommend this to anyone. Shrimp toast (15) - 6 pieces, delicious. Great texture. Wagu Yukhoe (25) - This was my second favorite dish. Amazing tartar that was so amazing. Enough to share, but I wanted more. Nurungji Risotto (20) - This was surprise . Like a thick congee and packed with flavor. The table loved this so much. Chimmilier KPC (25) - I would skip this. You can get Korean fried chicken othe places and their version was done well, but not unique enough. The gave a lot of pieces! Pork Jowl Jeyuk (30) - My favorite dish of the night. It was soft and melts in your mouth. I can't wait to order this again. Cucumber Salad (4.50) - Refreshing and our only veggie dish Galbi Frites (35) - Very good, but tastes like it sounds. Crispy fries, good quality meat Sang Makgeolli (23) - we tried the flight and Sang was the winnger. Bright and easy to drink. It was perfect to share with all 5 of us. Much better with a group of four as a shared experience. Family style always and the portions allow for it. Can't wait to go back! For the love of LA dining. THANK YOU!
