I didn't know what to expect but I love taquitos, and I wasn't disappointed! The staff were friendly and cheerful and gave me the right amount of info and opinion to make the right choice for my filling! You can mix and match with fillings and tortilla shell (corn or flour). The fillings range from shredded beef and chicken to a vegetarian potato or cheese. The taquito's are surprisingly large and generously filled with your chosen protein or veg. The finished product is topped with guacamole, sour cream & salsa/sauce. My taquitos were warm and crunchy as they should be, all filled with a generous amount my chosen protein. I attribute the corn tortilla for the crunch. These are not the frozen taquitos you find at your local grocery store! To give the size some perspective, these are easily twice, if not 3x the size of your standard frozen taquito. The sides are creative and unique with "street corn" and "corn in a cup" leading the menu with the requisite beans and rice sides (yawn) and a dessert side as well, churro doughnuts. I played it safe and got the rice and ranchero beans. Both were very good! I travel past this area often and will return to see if the flour tortilla taquitos are a good as the corn! If you in the mood for a good taquitos, this might be the perfect stop, especially if you own a Tesla! There's a Tesla charging station adjacent to the restaurant parking lot. The Tesla chargers were full when I stopped but it had little to no noticeable effect on parking at Roll-Em-Up! There were no Tesla's parked outside the charging parking! read more

This spot is right off the freeway very convenient. Tacos are good crispy and the shredded beef has plenty of beef. I had the mild sauce and it's good with a little kick. I've been here twice and both times have been good. It is something you want to enjoy right away if not they become soggy. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Although on Saturday they got my order wrong. I ordered 2 potato and one shredded beef and I only got one potato and my daughter was bummed as she doesn't eat meat. The service was excellent a couple of minutes before they officially opened as we had rented an electric car and had it charging. Since we had some time to kill we decided to walk into this gem, excellent customer service provided great suggestions on what to have and try. We tried a handful of things as we were just passing through and couldn't have been happier. Next time we swing by this way we'll make a stop, the ambiance was quiet as we were the only ones in the restaurant and ladies behind the counter were absolute sweethearts when they didn't have our first option for taquitos. We impatiently awaited this opening and when we finally got the chance to try it they DID NOT disappoint! The inside area is spacious and comfortable with a really interesting Rasta vibe to it. The workers are very laid back and friendly! I decided to get the 2 taquito combo with rice and street corn the "OG way" and my daughter got the "lit" corn with her combo (flaming hot Cheeto dust on top) and she said it was her favorite item. The taquitos taste fresh, and authentic! Plus, they're huge! The rice (as many have mentioned) was incredibly flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It didn't taste old or stale. I would call this their "dirty rice" as it's seasoned similarly and it's worlds away from your typical chain rice side, in the best way. The fresh green salsa that they garnished the taquitos in had a slight kick to it, and as someone who'd call themselves "spicy sensitive" I still LOVED it. It added a great touch to a fried dish that was just what it needed!! I got a shredded beef taquito and a cheese one and they both were equally good! What a pleasant discovery this place is. Lebec is often somewhere we stop to and from Fresno, and we've experienced hilariously expensive food at Baja Fresh, moderately priced food at the Habit, and often just opt for Panda Express. However, I think this will be one of our prioritized options from now on. This looks like a local chain, and has a small (but tasty) menu. My partner and I split the 4 taquitos - two potatoes, one beef, one chicken. They were all so good. I think the potato ones were the best, honestly. And as others have said, the beans and rice are amazing. The beans were a tad on the salty side, but I didn't mind, and the rice was really flavorful. Like, I'd get a huge bowl of that and just eat it. So happy to have discovered this! Parking is in the lot. read more

Came in and ordered food for my family, forgot to get cheese so I asked to order some. They proceeded to take my order and handed me my receipt. After standing around waiting for about 5-8 minutes, I kindly asked were I get the cheese or if he even was supposed to get it for me . First timer here so I was not sure how things work. Then Chris (the manager) in a very rude manner told me he was getting it and if I can see that they are busy . Asked for a couple chicken cuz it's hard to mess up chicken and I had never tried this place before. Whatever that brown mush was was tasteless at best and not very good not even my dog wanted it. This must be the best quick food amidst the normal fast food joints spread across Tejón! We are so glad we went here instead of the overcrowded chain next door. I mean, I've had better taquitos. The chicken taquitos I ordered were 2 flour chicken and 1 corn chicken. The filling feels like there's not much chicken and a lot of "filler". The filler was like they put mashed potatoes or masa. The elote wasn't that great and there was a ton of butter, like too much. I even saw some trashy lady go to the soda machine and pour out some of her butter in the soda machine drain. Use the trashcan! The rice was dry af! The flour taquitos were so greasy, it absorbed so much oil when cooking. The staff was really nice, but I didn't want one of their hairs in my taquitos. I found a long hair in my food. It happens, but . We probably won't be back since we can make better taquitos at home or eat them elsewhere. read more
