The man was so nice that he brought over our son to learn how to turn the dough. It seems to be run by good people and the kitchen and dining room looked clean. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good slice.

We shared the Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms, mango habanero chicken bites (8 ct) with sauce on the side, and garlic knots. He asked if we wanted the knots to come out first - and we said yes, that's a great idea! The cheesesteak came out first - with mushrooms. We had to send it back. Then the chicken bites came out second - with the sauce tossed in. We were shy to send it back because we are still waiting for the cheesesteak to be remade. Lastly, the garlic knots came last (when we were offered for it to come first). Maybe we'll come back on another day when it's not so busy. Their cheesesteak was good in portion! Mango habanero was spicier than what I'm used to. Garlic knots were a win.

It was one of those places, where it's on my list but I think I just never ended up going. That is until recently to the Lake Mary location. Mister 01 has many, many locations all over Florida. So the history is that a chef who was raised in Southern Italy came to Florida and set up his first shop in Miami. It was so popular that they've expanded to Georgia, North Carolina, and even Texas. Their claim to fame is they have some specialized pizzas where the crust is folded and the whole pie kind of resembles a star. They even have a special pizza that has coffee on it, not that it's the one I got but I think it's very unique. We got there on a Friday night and it was very busy. It was about a 20-30 minute wait. Conveniently, they have a trail right behind the building, so we walked a part of it while waiting and it was a nice walk at sunset. It's really fun to be seated and enjoy as you can see the cooking and baking process while getting a slightly high end dining experience. Not that it was that expensive, but it felt slightly more elevated than a Domino's. I got the Star Luca. The Star Luca is a star shaped pizza with ricotta, mozzarella, tomato sauce, spicy salami Calabrese, and basil. The 20 inch costs $20.99. My rating for this one is a 9.5/10. I mean it was insanely delicious. They bring a spicy olive oil to the table, which I loved and used. The crust is so cool that it's filled with ricotta. So it feels like you got the best parts of a calzone and a pizza into one, if I am being honest. I also got a flute of Prosecco Clara C', which was a sparkling white wine with notes of apple. It was good, although a bit pricey at $14.95 a glass. For dessert, we tried the Nutella banana calzone, which was recommended by our waiter. This was an 8/10. It was really good and sweet. I liked that they use their own fermented dough, which is another cool note. My overall rating of this place is a 9/10. I mean the food is really really good. There is a clear reason for how busy it is. It's a step up from your casual pizza joint, but I enjoyed it.

We put our name down anyways, and it was actually a very quick wait. We had a table about 10 minutes later. Our server was great. He was busy, but took time to pass by our table to let us know he'd be right over. When we were seated, there was already water on the table, which was appreciated. I ordered the Marco and my friend ordered the star Beckham. Both were delicious, light and the crust was very thin and crunchy. For dessert, we ordered the Nutella banana calzone and it was gooey, warm and the perfect sweet treat. Despite how busy it was, we were only there for about an hour. The food and service were both excellent. This is some of my favorite pizza in Orlando and I'll be back soon!

The Basil Margherita 12" pie I had for lunch today was EXCELLENT. Their lunch specials - also available on the weekend - include pasta dishes and pies, including a drink (soda or iced tea), for $12.99. You cannot beat a deal THAT good these days, particularly when the food is so delicious. The cheese and gravy were really good, but that pizza dough was something special. I'll return for the penne alla vodka because it is a favorite of mine. I don't know if the pasta is homemade (my preference) but I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Chianti's. You will too. Bravo!

I have a dairy allergy (I know, going to an Italian restaurant isn't ideal for that), and our server, Arie (spelling may be wrong), was so knowledgeable and accommodating. She quickly pointed out a few dairy free dishes and made some suggestions for modifications. She also brought out garlic knots and mentioned they were not cooked with butter but rather oil and large chunks of garlic. Delicious! Even our 8 month old loved. I ended up going with the spaghetti bolognese. Portion was large but the flavors were pretty standard. My husband got the chicken parm and he said the same. A good chicken parm, nonetheless. They have a nice kids menu. My older son got the chicken tenders and French fries and buttered noodles. He loved it all! My husband took him to the bathroom at one point and said it was pretty gross and dirty in there. They may just need to do a little cleaning. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars but I'd really give it more 3.5 if I could. Not sure if we'll be back, but it was worth checking out!
