Red flag alert on this used car lot. Very shady business practices. They said they would give me certain amount over the phone but refused to put it in writing. Kept asking for the numbers in writing but refused as they had something to hide. Stay far away from this carp dealership. I should have known by all the bad reviews. However, I don't think I have EVER had such a wonderful experience at ANY dealership! I was in need of an auto, found this place just down the street with what seemed to be a decent deal. I looked at what was available on the lot, and that is when I had the honor of meeting Brian Faller. This man was able to answer all my questions, ZERO pressure, and even pointed out a couple of faults of the vehicle that was quickly taken care of. He got me finance and out the door I went. If I could give negative stars, I would. It has been a couple years since I've purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I'm STILL struggling to fix my truck. I've put more money into this vehicle than any other vehicle I've ever owned. Not only was the staff rude but so was the manager. He wouldn't take half of my calls when my vehicle would break down. I had to send it back to THEIR shop multiple times just to still have the same issues today. Even the mechanic was shocked at how many issues my new purchase had and how little it was taken care of. Avoid this place at all costs. They have very very shady business practices. Bought a car listed at 7000 paid 3500 down and my borrowed amount on the loan ended up at 11000. I drove the car off the lot and had to be called back in 3+ times over the next month because they couldn't figure out financing and couldn't find a bank even though I gave them all the paperwork and signed day of. I even offered to do more down after the fact to lower total borrowed and to be able to get financed easier and they refused. This was a nightmare to deal with and service was not great. read more

Only giving two stars because Zee was friendly. We purchased a car from them, and realized soon after the detail job was very half-assed. There was sticky brown gunk under certain things and buttons stuck that won't push down without trying really hard (which now I'll have to have redone). They also wouldn't discount the price even though there were 5 chips in the windshield. I personally didn't think the tires looked in good condition. The shop insured me they would be fine to drive to and from California with. The same week 2 of them on the same day completely split open and of course the spare tire was flat (leaving me stranded with my kids in the car). Now here I am after having to buy ALL NEW TIRES: about $500 for the cheapest brand. Friendliness or not, that's not good business doing things half assed and not discounting for safety measures such as the windshield and tires. (Not to mention I payed full price cash out of pocket for this vehicle) Now also the drivers side automatic window is failing, as well as the hydraulics on the back hatch. All of those were only minor problems compared to the rest to follow... The vehicle then had a fuel leak that needed repaired. After that, a water pump leak which I found out after taking it to get its first oil change. (to which they said, there's not that much leaking, it should be fine) But wait, there's more! The catalytic converter went out, had to go back several times to get that fixed (about 100 miles round trip each time, and time off of work) At that point I told them I knew another check engine light was being thrown for a P0010 and they disregarded it saying it was probably a "historic code" (same thing they said about the catalytic converter the first time) and I ended up completely stranded on the side of the road with my kids AGAIN! The airbag light also came on, and they didn't physically check it but also told me "it's not an active code, probably just a historic one", which I'm now realizing I'll have to go have checked by a company not full of crooks, because clearly up to this point they don't give two craps about they have ZERO care for their customers or their safety. They just want to make a car "appear" sellable and take your money. So much for the 100 something safety point inspection. Stay away from here if you can, and tell everyone you know to avoid this place. I had been waiting to review my purchase, giving me time to asses the 06 Chrysler 300 I purchased together with my son. Price was fine. Purchase process was ok, our sales guy was lazy and made several mistakes. James, the manager, had to step in and pick up the slack. I'm giving them 1 star b/c they pulled a fast one here. They failed to fix or inform me of a failed fuel pump on the vehicle. This is dangerous because it will cause the car to die suddenly while driving. The engine runs on two pumps, one has long been dead while the other one was doing the work of two, waiting its turn to fail. It did so last night in the middle of Gilbert Rd while my son was driving his sister home. F**k you Rollit for dirty and unethical biz practices. You endangered my kids in order to squeeze another $1000 out of a vehicle. I don't give a damn about the money. I much rather you be honest, ask me for more money to replace the pumps or tell me there is a critical issue that needs to be fixed on my own dime. I assume they knew about it b/c they told how they had done a full-inspection on the car along with performing some maintenance on it. The fuel gauge was also not working properly, another indicator that something was wrong. Rollit did not inform us on fuel gauge issue and it was not something we learned of till the tank hit about 1/4 tank, where the gauge would stick. Lastly, I was also given the number to their auto shop. I called them several times leaving messages each time, but never received a call back. I was calling to just see if they had done any fluid changes since the car was right at 60k miles when we bought it. I bought a 2013 dodge dart sxt 2.0 on may 21st. The car had engine sounds happening upon purchase that we were promised, in writing, would be taken care of. We brought the car in 2 times before 500 miles and another 2 times to your dealership afterwards to be fixed. Not only did we get the car back worse sounds and sluggish, but we were REFUSED work ordered EVERYTIME. This place is textbook used car sales scammers. I had called in advance to say that I'm coming by to look at a Nissan Murano that I saw online. I drive up and before I get out of my car, I see a guy with jumper cables with the Murano. I wait to see what happens, and after he gets the car jump started...smoke is SHOOTING out the back. My brother and I get out, and they ask us if we have an appointment. I said yes, but it's obvious that this isn't a reliable car since we just saw it get a jump and there's STILL smoke coming out. The mechanic and sales rep both go, "oh no, that's not smoke it's just steam." Well first off, it was about 2 pm, sun was out and about 70 degrees, not that cold for it to be steam. Plus, it's extremely obvious because it smelled like burning oil and it was a thick grey fog coming out steadily still five minutes later. Unbelievable they think we're that stupid to believe it's steam. They guy kept assuring us that it if it weren't safe, it wouldn't be on his lot. He then goes on to say that we can test drive it if we want, but they were just about to take it to emissions so we'd have to wait until they take it. How are you going to say literally a minute before that you're assuring it's safe and reliable, but you don't even know if it's passed emissions?! (also this whole time, smoke is still billowing out of the car). My brother and I left and sat in the car to chat, and we see the car drive off to "go to emissions testing" and come back within roughly 7 minutes. It seems really suspicious that they could drive around the corner and take an emissions test in less than 10 minutes. It seems that they knew someone was coming to see the car, so they tried to go out back and do a quick fix to make the car look safe before we got there. I hardly leave reviews on Yelp, but this was almost comical how sketchy this place was. And as I was driving home on the freeway the drivers side widow started whistling extremely loud (window doesn't seal properly when it's rolled up) So I called Rollit motors, and they told me to bring it to this mechanic shop down the street from them to have it fixed. So I drove all the way back out there from Litchfield Park to have this fixed. I kid you not! 10 minutes after getting there, they told me something along the lines of we adjusted the window motor to roll up all the way and that your good to go. NOT THE CASE. The very next day it started doing it again (very frustrating) now every time I get to about 60 - 65 mph it starts doing it again. So now I am stuck with this piece of crap car that I have to roll the window down every time I get on the fwy. B.S. read more

Kyle Gaughen was very nice to begin with when he thought we were an easy sell. Like many people I was a bit down during pandemic so I was looking for a sporty type car to tool around in,this place had a low mileage model I wanted but I should of known the minute I drove by it was the wrong place to go for the tacky looking signs is a dead giveaway.This place cleans up the cars so they look nice but probably doesn´t spend $10 on repairs.Part of the problem was my own for I didn´t go for a long enough test drive to really check this car out.I ended up putting over $900 in repairs within two months of buying car.I even tried to sell them the car back for a $1,800 loss but they said they were overstocked,ha ha.This is the kind of place that arranges easy financing for poor people that desperately need a car.Their cars are overpriced and they probably don´t check them over or do needed repairs before they sell them plus they have a rip off $500 fee for doing the paper work which takes them about 15 minutes to do !!! You would do far better going to a new car dealer to buy a used car for they only sell the cream puffs.I would rather purchase from a private party for you don´t get hit you with this laughable $500 fee and in Arizona they don´t charge the 8% sales tax on private sales.You can always arrange financing at your local bank or credit union.You can generally get lower prices through private parties.I have owned over 20 cars and I have yet to buy a lemon from a private sale.Plus they can tell the history of the car for they often owned car for several years. Rollit Motors inappropriately used my credit information and is not educated on using credit reports. They claimed there was a repo on my record which is 1000% untrue. I pulled up Experian at the same time and I am excellent across the board. That is what they used as they stated. I was treated so poorly and told that they can't work with me on the phone and drive up to see them. Why would I drive up 65 miles to talk to someone who can't even read a credit report? Footnote: No repo, excellent history across the board, and I am approved by three other banks right now for a vehicle. I called my main bank and they looked as well at Experian. There is NOTHING referencing a repo. I make a six-figure living, own a home, and work full-time plus two part-time professional roles. I work in financial services and have also worked for the credit bureaus in the past. Whoever read my report had no idea what they were doing. If you can't read a credit report, I have no idea what you are doing with my information. I advised Rollit I am filing fraud because this was scary for me from an information perspective. Very, very unprofessional. This inquiry needs to be removed from my credit report. If you can't read a credit report, get out of the business or get educated on how to read one. Ask for an additional $2000-$3000 off the price so you can fix things that they turn a blind eye to or blame the first mechanic that does your oil change. Many little things are wrong. Don't look for service after the sale at this place! We bought a car a few weeks ago and were very happy with the car and the sale, that is where it ends! We pointed out a chip in the windshield and were told from Bob and another person (some guy behind the desk) that they would send their glass guy to our home as we live a ways away from the dealership and I'm disabled and shouldn't be driving very far on my own.We've made 4 phone calls to collect on our "we owe"and they're always going to "call us back". The one person who did actually speak to us said their glass guy rides a bike and can't ride to our house. He was going to figure it out and call back in 5 minutes, that was a week ago. Why was that an offer to send the glass guy to our home. Just to sell the car and get us out the door? We would have waited a few days and picked it up later had someone stated this at the time of sale. During the two hours that I spent there, buying my new Nissan, I experienced the best customer service & straight-talk, from a car dealership...in years! I was in the market for a car and I found a 2009 Ford Fusion at this dealership I was interested in. I scheduled an appointment the day before and advised them I would be taking the car for a pre-purchase inspection. When I arrived I was greeted by a lobby of friendly salesmen and seated to meet with one of the salesman, Oscar. Oscar was pleasant and I enjoyed working with him, no complaints. I looked over the car relatively quickly ( I was hoping to look independent of the salesman but he was near by as a looked around, but..nonetheless). After a short time, I told him I wanted to go take it to the mechanic (I scheduled an appointment with the mechanic as well). As we drove to the mechanic (Oscar accompanied me) , I noticed the car did not have a sunroof as mentioned in the ad (the sunroof was manually inputted in as a "additional note" meaning someone went out their way to include that tidbit vs. it being on the long factory provided list of potential features.) I was disappointed in that fact as I really utilize the sunroofs in past vehicles. Anyway, at the inspection, the mechanic noticed THE ENGINE HAD BEEN REPLACED in the vehicle! The replacement engine was not mentioned in the ad or in the car fax. What's concerning is the mechanic pointed out that it looked as if there was an attempt to hide that fact as a certain part (a part which is the clear indication of a replaced engine) was painted over to camaflouge it. When we returned back to the dealership, the owner Marc met with me and, at first, attempted to make it appear as if the mechanic was lying since there was no record of an engine replacement anywhere in the his records. He was relatively nice about it but still... to imply the mechanic was lying for the purpose of getting my repair business in the future was questionable. Ultimately, Marc called his service department to look further into it and they did advise him the engine was in fact replaced earlier in the week as a result of a blown head gasket. Marc apologized and confirmed the mechanic was correct and noted he was not aware of the repair made to the car and it was not showing on records because it was just done earlier in the week so it did not hit the service records yet. The part that was instantly concerning to me was if such a huge repair like a replaced engine can be done without any of the staff knowledge (or so they say) then what else is potentially wrong with the car or other cars on the lot they are unaware of? I mean, its not like it was a flat tire repair. That's a pretty large and expensive repair to be done without anyone knowing. Also, if I had purchased the car without the inspection, I would have been in the dark about the car not having the original engine since it was not disclosed. Anyway, if you decide to go to RollIt Motors, I would advise you to do your due diligence with getting the car independently inspected. I went here because I heard good things and everyone seemed happy with the car they purchased, so I came here. That was a mistake! Bought a vehicle here and it broke down the very next day! Brought it back, said they fixed it and it kept breaking down on me. Brought it back four times! And kept telling me the same things that "nothing is wrong with it" "we can't find anything wrong with it" I told them everything that the vehicle was doing and all they kept saying was "we don't see of feel the problem your talking about" knowing good and damn well they knew what I was talking about. So I brought it straight to the mechanic with the engine light on and told him to get in the van to drive it so he can see exactly what I was talking about because at this point I'm feeling like they don't believe me or they do know what I'm talking about and they aren't caring about their customers purchase/safety and thinking that because I'm a women I don't know anything that I'm talking about! So I tell him to get in a drive it down the street and I'm going to go with him so I can show him what I'm talking about. He says "hold on let me grab the reader" comes back hooks the reader up to the van and says "it just keeps coming up as the same thing" then he cleared the engine light off the dashboard and says "it's gone now, nothing wrong with it" like are you serious right now!!!!! He said "what's wrong with your vehicle is nothing serious" "you can still drive it and it won't leave you stranded" "you should be good" I tell him I can't even drive on main roads without having problems! He says "hmmm, well we can replace what the reader is showing but your going to have to pay for it" I'm like look it up and call me to tell me how much it's going to be. He wrights down my info....and of course he never gets back to me! So I take it to a trusty mechanic and hello!!! He finds the problem right away and he even says he heard and felt what I was talking about and said they these people who I purchased the van from was playing me for my money! And I believe it! I paid 5,000 for the vehicle and the mechanic says it's going to cost 1,400 to fix what's wrong with my van. I've been trying to tell the employees/manage at RollIt Motors everything and yet I was taking advantage of! So I tried reaching out to lemon law tree and now I'm trying to get a hold of the owner of this place! That ain't right! This was their response to my review about their service! Actually it was refreshing not to hear all of the bs that these salesman usually tell you because of his inexperience and he was a nice kid. After looking, driving, and discussing price, we settled on a 2011 chevy for $13,900. We sit down to finalize the deal and the slick sales guy who got involved says, "Ok, the truck is $21,900." My son and I look at each other in disbelief and say, "You told us $13,900!" Oh no we can't sell that truck for that price but we have others around your price range. We bought a truck last month. We had an agreement for payments to be taken out every other friday for a month to pay our down payment. They CONTINUE TO TAKE OUR MONEY. When confronted with the proof that we are paid in full, and that they need to stop taking money from us, they hang up on me. They are not refunding our money, and HAVE STOLEN IT. Now i will have to dispute thru the bank and potentially open a fraud case. There is no excuse for the inability to take my phone calls or to attempt to solve the problem. I purchased a Chrysler 200 there a few years ago. Somehow the windshield had a huge crack in middle the day I went to finalize the deal. The staff told me not to worry and they will order a new windshield and they will call me in a few days to get it fixed. A few days went by and no call. So I called them about it and they said, "Oh, sorry, we ordered the wrong windshield so we need to order another one. We will let you know when it comes in." I never heard back from them again... I sent emails, no response, I called numerous times and left messages, no returned calls. My windshield never got fixed. These guys are straight dirty. Since then I have talked to other dealers and wholesalers and some of them don't have anything nice to say about them either. Their reputation is tainted by customers and peers.
