Coca-Cola (Bottle) If below updates to BYO Wrap would make a huge difference : - a side of dressing (everyone provides that - maybe ranch or something spicy) - extra cooked the wrap (so it tastes crispy from outside and inside both) - Cilantro Rice was not fresh - should've readuced rice quantity and increased paneer quantity. Don't be deterred by the extrrior (in a strip mall with a somewhat confusing entrance): inside, the restaurant is clean and modern and has a great fast casual approach to Indian cuisine. Much like similar restaurants, you choose a base (rice bowl or a naan-bowl), a curry, a protein, and a variety of toppings and dressings. The counter staff can offer helpful suggestions if you are not as familiar with the cuisine; for instance, the staff member told my mother which curries would go together and which ones she would want to order separately. We really enjoyed both of the bowls that we ordered. The tikka masala is rich and flavorful with a little kick, but not overly spicy; you can also add toppings like a cucumber salad or sour cream or raita too cool anything down if you have a more sensitive palate. Fries were perfectly crispy and served with a dipping sauce. The naan was also great to scoop up the additional curry in the bowls; it wasn't ready when we placed our order and did take a little while to come out, but they brought it right to our table and it was certainly fresh. I think this is a great option for a casual, filling, but not unhealthy lunch or a takeout dinner. I will definitely be back to try the other curries that I didn't have a chance to sample. read more

This place is a solid 5 stars. I've tried the chicken rice bowl with warm tikka sauce and toppings. The cauliflower curry base is good too but a little spicy. The tikka sauce is amazing, and everything goes together so well. Put a samosa or something crispy on top and call it a masterpiece. The mango lassi is also good but too filling for me. I tried a kachori on top the first time I came here but I was a little stale and hard. They have other sauces like korma and curry sauces and I'd like to try other combos next time. The staff is friendly but..Something I noted since my last visit- they are being a lot more stingy with the quantity of toppings and ingredients. The food here is flavorful and delicious. The staff is really nice as well and the place is kept clean. I took one star off for portion inconsistency and the music. For the toppings they use tongs and each person puts a different amount of toppings so one day you're getting a full bow and others not so much. The owner always makes it very full and puts plenty of sauce but the other workers are inconsistent. The music is loud club music, whereas I prefer quieter slower music when I eat. I stopped in for a carryout meal as I was (almost) driving past. I had wonderful service. It was empty, since it was beween lunch and dinner. I ordered a BYO Bown with their Cilantro and fish. I was advised it would take about 6 minutes for the fish, but I had time. I wanted the Korma sauce, and for toppings added Mango Medley, Cucumber Slaw, Kale, and Tomato Corn Salsa. For sides, I ordered a Samosa, naan, and a cup of Chicken Lentil Soup. I got everything home and loved each item. The bowl had fantastic flavor, as did the soup. The samosa is large, with a little cup of sauce. The soup hit the spot. It had a touch of spice. I will definitely return and am happy it's close to home. read more

My boyfriend and I both got naan bowls with chicken and LOVED them. We went on a Wednesday night and there was almost no one else there, so there was plenty of open seating. The food tastes delicious but the customer service is absolutely terrible. It used to be good a couple of years ago when both owners were in regularly. now the same lady each time and she has zero customer service skills. I would've gladly said this directly to the owner; however, she is not there each time I go. I checked the website for an email to reach her directly and there was none. The front staff and kitchen cooks have clear distain for each other. When I say zero customer service skills, this lady took my husband's order for two items. One, the samosa chaat, was ready, so She smashed the Samosa to make a Samosa chaat and left it there on the counter while someone else prepared the second item in his order that took 10 - 15 minutes. By then that samosa is cold and she still used the same Samosa and served both items at the same time. The problem is I'd already had my meal, so he received both items while I was finishing up my food. Why not give him the Samosa chaat that you have all the ingredients for in the pans up front while you make the other item. As far as my meal, I was told that a sauce that's on the menu was not possible to put on my create your own bowl. The menu says for $1 more you can add this item. clearly she just didn't want to make it, or didn't have any. Please know if this was a one off coincidence I would not write this review. Each time for the past four times we've had similar issues of being told "no" this topping that sitting on the topping bar right now is not possible to put on your create your own bowl (within the limits of five toppings of course). I've offered to pay more money to add items that I want to mix/match make it my way. I seriously have never been to any restaurant. I've been told "No" so many times as this place. I'm not trying to ask for anything more than what it says on the posted menu. Again the food is delicious. If you really wanna try it, go to the counter and only request what's already up there. She keeps very shallow pans and mostly empty. She has the cooks warm up almost each meal one at a time instead of being ready for dinner or lunch rush, which is when we go. Literally any Indian buffet on a weekend would be better than this place (same cost) where you could pick and choose what you want and it's hot and ready to try. And at least they're not telling their customers "no" you can't pair what you want even if we have it. Also i am Punjabi so I could easily make this same food at home. We choose to go out to eat so my husband can have variety and we can go out on a date night or for a lunch out. Extremely disappointing. To the owner(s), please pay attention to Polaris store before you open the campus one! Or get someone with some customer service skills. read more

Stopped back in tonight as I've been craving some Tikka Paneer. Glad I did! Since I visited last, they've definitely tightened up the menu. And this time I made it a point to order in-store so I could see the topping to pick out. Delicious little hole in the wall place. Assemble your favorite choice in a wrap or bowl. Tried the paneer, spicy potato, chickpea staples with rice and tiki masala sauce and a little raita to offset the spice. The basic spice level is pleasantly warm, but wouldn't take much to start to affect my stomach. Did the basic samosa, it was delicious. Should have asked for naan, but it was a first time. The service was stellar, and super friendly. Asked questions and they were pleasantly answered. The portion was enough for nice meal and light leftovers the next day. It warmed up and is very tasty the next day. Location is the only 'ding'. It is difficult to access easily. The storefront is basic layout and clean. I was the first customer, having just opened for their lunch rush. The lady running front of house was very nice, glad to explain any flavors and taste profiles. I went with their Chicken Fenugreek Wrap. Topped it with their fajitas veggies, cucumber/yogurt salad, corn and tomato mix, and cheese. Awesome wrap! Great flavors, chicken was tender, too. Comical location, being between a Waterbeds & Stuff and an adult sex toys stores. Of course I hope to return to Rollz and try more of their fast-casual offerings. I don't know how or why it took me this long to discover this place. Perhaps I was under the impression that this would be just another Indian restaurant trying their hand at the "Chipotle style" concept. However, I am so glad we tried this place a few days ago. The food here is top notch - both in terms of quality and portion size, and the service is excellent. Both the times I have been here, the gentleman at the front counter took his time to walk me through the various sauces, and the limitless possible combinations. Now for the food - we tried the plain wrap (w/egg) with chicken. Wraps come with 3 sauces (we got Tikka Masala, Harissa, and Avocado Cilantro). These wraps are huge and very filling. We also got couple of rice bowls with different combinations of sauce, veggies, and chicken (spicy vs. regular). All of them came out amazingly well. For side dishes, we tried the samosas and lentil Kachoris - the samosas were just ok, but the lentil kachoris were very good. Finally, we also got a chicken wrap (w/egg) from the kids' menu - it was very tasty and a huge portion. We have been regulars here since we first started going here. This became one of our new favorite spot. The food here is just delicious. As mentioned in other reviews, this place is like "Indian Chipotle" with flavors. The staffs there are very nice and friendly. They do curbside pickup for Covid accommodations. We have tried their rice bowl with chicken and spicy chicken. Both are great. The wraps with eggs are delicious. Our go to sauces are Tikka Masala, Harissa and Avocado Cilantro. All 3 sauces are just so flavorful. Can't go wrong with any or all. Their lentil kachori are fantastic. I have tried all of their kulfis, and my favorite is the pistachio. For my taste the other 2 has a lot of rose water in them. Also, I tried their mango lassi and I was not a fan of it. It wasn't sweet enough for me. If you want good food, do check this place out. But do expect slowness in service.
