I hired this company to replace the 2 front tires of my tractor and replace the tube for one of the…read morerear tires. Their policy was to charge my card before showing up to my place, so they changed my card in full. On the scheduled day, their truck showed up but the technician was unprepared to do the job, he did not have the right tools, so he rescheduled me. On the second schedule, while he was putting back one of the 2 front wheels, he broke one bolt's head leaving the threaded part inside and messed up the threads of another bolt so the bolt couldn't be in place anymore. He installed only 4 bolts, out of 6, for this wheel saying he doesn't have any tools for fixing what he messed up! For me, I have no idea what so ever about fixing something like that neither do I have any tools for fixing them. I called the office asking them to fix what they messed up or at least help me on it, I offered them to pay for the fix. Their replay was that they don't have the tools for fixing it and I have to hire somebody else to fix it. I am totally confused about what to do, and not sure if I can use my tractor with only 4 bolts installed, out of 6, on one of the front wheels. I will certainly never hire this company again.

We recently purchased an RV. The tires that were on it were in really great shape but had a DOT…read morecode over 7 years old. Both our RV inspector and RV trainer said that the tires were fine even after we expressed our concerns of the age of the tires and everything we had read about RV tires and DOT codes over 7 years old. We decided to get a tire inspection for our own piece of mind and I called East Bay Tire Co. and told them what I was looking for. I ended up talking to the head guy...wish I could remember his name...and he said definitely bring it in. When I arrived, the head guy and an assistant did a thorough inspection on my tires, crawling under the bus and looking between the rear dueleys. After that they gave my tires a clean bill of health and explained why my tires had a 7 year old DOT code and yet only had about a 1000 miles on them. This greatly eased the mind of my wife and myself, since this is our first RV and we didn't want to make any mistakes. The head guy did not charge me anything for the inspection and told me whenever I was back from travelling to bring it in and he would inspect them again for nothing. The guys at East Bay were great and showed a genuine desire to address our concerns and then took the time to talk to me about it. If any RVer out there is ever in the Sacramento area and needs tire service give East Bay a call, you wont be disappointed.

Quick and honest service!…read more I sent a message on Yelp requesting a quote for an oil change. They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.

Very satisfied with the service! The repairs were completed faster than expected, and the pricing…read morewas fair and affordable. My car looks great, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
