A group of 5 of us had dinner reservations on a Saturday evening at 6pm. We arrived 5-10 mins early and were seated immediately. Our waitress was eclectic and friendly, describing her favorite menu items with phrases like, "XYZ will make you dance." We all enjoyed our meals and tons of fresh bread from the continuously filled basket under the dim and warm lighting. I had the pollo ala gussi and the chicken was juicy and flavorful, the risotto was cooked perfectly and had a delicious parmesan mixed in. I took home leftovers and they were still fantastic reheated two days later.

Dined here after a day trip to the Zoo based on friends recommendations. Greeted well, and had reservations. Was not busy, but booked anyways cause we came in from out of town. No sweat tea, were offered simple syrup since I don't do any of those artificial sweeteners. This would be .5 star deduction, we are in South. (Yes that helped, but not the same) Waitress was pleasant, but had vibe we just couldn't place? She did well, and our service was just better than average, but not over the top. Not anything really wrong, just not sure how to describe our experience. We still tipped well and hoping helper got part of it since she left before we finished, and other did deserts. We started off with Tuscan Butter appetizer. The mixture was good, & the bread was very warm/fresh. Wife ordered Ravioli w/ traditional sauce. She said it was light & filling and just about right portion. M.I.L. ordered Chicken Ravioli since not a red sauce fan. She finished it, & said would order it again. (Picky) I got the Lobster Pizza. (Uploaded a photo as well) This was fabulous and one of the best I've ever had. Normally don't do desserts, but... everything is made in house. So wife got Tiramisu and Millionaire Pie for myself. My M.I.L. will not eat sweets. Both were divine... Over I rate this a 4.5, but Yelp is whole stars only, so they get a 4. Would I come again? Yes, if we we were in the area. (Not locals)

Went to have lunch with friends Tuesday. Our food was delicious. I ordered a Miss Mary's l vinaigrette salad with grilled chicken. It was very tasty. I also saved room for the homemade tiramisu. It was very light and I could taste the coffee flavors throughout. The decor is quite nice with a calm and sophisticated ambience. The decorations are simple and classic with nice lamps on the tables. There was a beautifully painted mural of Italy on the wall. Our server was very cordial but had some challenges throughout our lunch. She had our large party as well as another large party. She may have been the only wait staff present for lunch that day. There was another young lady assisting our server from time to time. We had to wait a long time for our checks and food. When we received our checks there was some confusion. She was able to correct all the checks and we did depart soon after. The prices are somewhat comparable to other restaurants in the area. My salad was 17.00 and was a good size. The bathroom was nice and clean. I may return to try other items.

We went for lunch for my Nana's 94th birthday. It was a wonderful ambiance, service was great, and everyone was very happy with their orders. If I go again I will be getting the manicotti or the ravioli :) it is a great place for a special occasion

Ok so I wanted authentic 100% real Italian food and found out about this place called Ronnie Grisanti's and it was incredible. The food was excellent the service was perfect and the staff was very friendly even on my birthday they showed love; I was so touched by the way they were so kind to me I tipped but the choices in cocktails and drinks definitely great pastas appetizers even pizza and salad but wish I gotten pizza though maybe next time when I go back in a couple of weeks with a date maybe. My experience overall solid 5 stars I will be returning and yes I highly recommend this place because of you don't like the food than come for the drinks or just to get away from stress or whatever I suggest this is where you want to go.

Very busy when I went but still great service. Loved the ambiance and music playing. I started with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, they also had one from California if you prefer that. Then order the seasoned loaf of bread that is precut in slices for you and served warm. It's called Pane All'aglio. Then I got the ceased salad. They make the dressing in house. It was super yummy! For my main course I ordered the Elfo Special. It had such great flavor! I would recommend the place and everything I ate.

Had a very good dinner here on a Tuesday (or Wednesday?) night around the holidays. There is ample parking and they had huge spotlights in the parking lot. So we felt fine parking and walking in. It was pretty empty but a few tables were having what seemed to be holiday dinners. So they can accommodate groups. My friend and I walked in with no reservation and were seated promptly. I decided to have the Peppermint Patty martini which was so tasty. It was garnished with an actual peppermint patty which made for a nice finish. For my entrée, I had the chicken parm, which is mostly chicken and cheese with angel hair pasta underneath the chicken. As the server said, it's enough pasta for each bite. No more than that so don't expect a big pile of pasta. That said, the meal was delicious. The chicken was flavorful with a nice crunch, the red sauce was bold and tangy, and the pasta paired well. By the way, there is complimentary bread with oil/balsamic vinegar. I think it's a great place to have cocktails at the bar, catch up with friends over a nice dinner, or to take a nice date. Feel free to dress for the occasion (we were pretty dressy) because the ambiance calls for that. I loved the experience and I will be back.

The ambiance had the Perfect setting. It felt like I was in New York in an Italian restaurant. From the lighting, the style of furniture, the pictures, and the music gave the right mixture of New York City in Memphis. I started off with the appetizer Ravioli. Again, if your not use to authentic Italian cuisine, the food will be a disappointment. Reason being, they focus on authentic and traditional. I love cheese in ALL dishes. Their ravioli lacked cheese which made the ravioli dry. I ordered a dish that had stuff chicken breast. Per my liking, it was dry as well due to being stuffed and the overcooking. Breast are meant to juicy. However, the pasta and the mushrooms in this dish's was absolutely delicious and favorably.

Stopped in today during a training held onsite. Luckily, we were able to be seated as we didn't have a reservation. The lunch menu is pretty straightforward. I selected the blackened delta catfish, turnip greens, and the salad. Everything was delicious. The only issue we experienced along with a few other patrons was the water. We corrected it by simply ordering a Dr. Pepper, as we were told, we couldn't bring in bottled water but could order one from them.

Gelato. Pistachio, salted Carmel and vanilla

Our dinner was delightful. There were 6 of us and our waitress was attentive and helpful regarding menu suggestions. We ordered appetizer special consisting of grilled shrimp on white beans with tomatoes. It was great. I had wedge salad followed by chicken ravioli with white cream sauce and drizzle of balsamic. It was delicious. For dessert I had a flight of gelato. Salted Carmel, vanilla and pistachio. They were so accommodating. The flight was not on the menu and I couldn't decide which one so I asked and they happily obliged.

Recommend the pimento cheese bread sticks for appetizer or any other time. Also, this was the first time I've had a Kilkenny draft which was another highlight. I see now it's rare to find. Smooth and creamy. If I lived nearby, I would be here more often. It's a little on the expensive side, but well worth the price and experience. Just pointing it out to expect to pay, but also pointing out it was worth every cent.

Unfortunately, the food has been consistently underwhelming during my recent visits. I first ordered the lamb chops. They were not what I would consider traditional lamb chops and were surprisingly chewy and difficult to enjoy. I returned and decided to try the Irish Curry Chicken. It was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dishes I've had there. The menu described it as chicken thigh, but it was clearly chicken breast. The dish lacked basic seasoning and flavor. There was very little salt, umami, or curry flavor. The rice was wet, overcooked, and mushy. Overall, the entire meal tasted like something taken from a grocery store freezer section and reheated. At this point, I would recommend sticking to the fries and the burgers, which remain the strongest items on the menu.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner in its sun room with a neutral natural palette that I once indulged myself at the Rose Tavern in Canandaigua in Upstate New York. That nostalgic feeling of being in a beautiful tavern is pure delight. Absolutely beautiful restaurant, truly deserves limelight recognition in Germantown. Our darling Annalise server was extremely friendly. We loved the presentation of our dinner, but the octopus was a bit soft for our taste. I've had plenty of octopus in other cities and understand the dish is typically more expensive, but a small single mediocre tentacle is quite pricey for $28. I personally prefer a crispy and firmer chew for octopus. The scallops and shishito peppers were a delightful pairing. Valet parking shouldn't be forced upon the customer though? I felt bad that I don't carry cash to tip the valet, and valet is mandatory unless you want to park on the side streets and walk over. Do carry any cash! I wish that a portion of the parking lot was open for self parking though as those boys don't need to help out every guest who don't need valet and subjecting them to wait around for the boys to grab cars that we're perfectly capable of doing ourselves.

When we pulled into the lot, we asked the valet person if there was room inside, and we said there was space to sit at the bar. This was a beautiful restaurant! The decorations, plates, bar, everything has clean and very chic. This was also a nicer dressed restaurant, so this is totally made for an upscale date night or classy girls night out. We didn't get any food because we had just come from dinner, but we wished we ate here. Lots of variety of options and really well priced. For drinks, I got the chocolate martini, my dad got the spiked almond latte, and my brother got patio weather. All of these were a 10/10 in taste and presentation. Probably one of the best chocolate martinis I've ever had. Service was phenomenal and ambiance was on point. I can't wait to come back when I'm in town.

Our waiter, Jason, was very attentive throughout the evening and made sure we had everything we needed. We started with drinks, and I ordered the blueberry tequila sour -- twice! They were very good. I ended the night with a French 75, which was also delicious. For appetizers, our table ordered a wide variety including cheese fritters, calamari, crab cakes, artichoke dip, and mussels. Most of the appetizers were enjoyable, especially the crab cakes, which were my personal favorite. The only disappointment was the calamari, which lacked flavor, had a rubbery texture, and even the marinara sauce was bland. After filling up on appetizers, I skipped an entrée and ordered another round of crab cakes instead. While they were excellent, they were served over a bed of pinto beans mixed with salad, which felt like an odd pairing. There are definitely better side options that could complement the dish. Overall, the food was about a 7/10, service was a solid 9/10 (though drinks took a little longer than expected), and the ambiance was pleasantly low-lit without feeling overly formal. It's a family-friendly spot with a welcoming atmosphere, and I'd definitely consider returning for future special occasions.
