It's ALWAYS included in the price of the oil change) Spoke to manager and he didn't seem to care about losing customers. Said that this location is independently owned and the owner charges more than other locations and charges separately for an oil filter. That's unheard of. Also I asked them to adjust air pressure in my tires. My PSI should be 33 and yet all my tires are reading differently. We take our cars and our teenagers cars here for oil changes but we won't be back. Tired of the greed and they are way more pricey than other locations. *Also want to point out that when I told the manager that the price of the oil filter is advertised as included in the price of the oil change-he stated that other locations advertise that but that they do not. So I went ahead and added a photo pulled DIRECTLY FROM THEIR LOCATION'S WEBSITE that shows it is indeed included in the price of the oil change. So stop being shady.

You even need to disconnect the battery to get to the headlight area. So Black Diamond Auto changes it for me for a nominal fee. I just bring them the headlight bulb. Easy peasy and I'm so appreciative. Recently our sons older Ford needed some work that was out of our scope. Intake manifold work. BDA charged way less than what we expected. And when we brought it home, after being fixed, sadly it was still leaking transmission fluid. BDA took the truck back without hesitation and fixed the gasket leak within the day. And they did it for free! This place is absolutely amazing and they do good work. They NEVER overcharge!

So the place I was hoping to go to that's super cheap could not have my vehicle in until another week and a half. I tried to schedule it sooner but was told the wait time would be 45 minutes to an hour. Neither the wait nor the date could work for me, and I'm so glad it didn't because I wouldn't have found Gary's! Gary's was able to see me the same day without making an appointment, and the whole process was literally 15 minutes. Not only did they change my oil, they also washed my windows and vacuumed the interior--both complimentary! Needless to say, I am very impressed with the service I received at Gary's. They really went above and beyond my expectations, so much so that I'd be more than happy to pay a little extra to continue going to them in the future for my oil changes. Based on recommendation from some guy at work we took it here. Next available appointment was 5 days out, but if we dropped it off and they had time...mayyyybe. NEXT DAY THEY CALLED. Power control module. I have no idea what the heck that is, but it was under $200 total and it fixed a variety of other issues "Old Faithful" had been exhibiting. Fast. Seemed honest. They FIXED THE CAR. And $200 was considerably cheaper than we've paid for everything else auto repair related.
