The food was hot and gross. Gave me violent diarrhea. I wish I could give it negative stars. Would probably eat there again.

Massive parking lot with tons of parking, we checked out menus at 5 or 6 near by spots and saw a worker from near eating from here. Simple straight forward mom and pop type shop. Typically, a place a would not get pastrami, asked the waiter and he said it was his favorite. Ok, now Im gonna have to try it. Mixed it up and did it Rueben style with house chips. Seriously one of the BEST pastrami sandwiches I have had. My wife had some and thought the same and my mom tried it and she was amazed. This lil spot knows how to make pastrami. and the House chips were pretty over the top too. 122 mile drive for us but might have to venture back for a great pastrami sandwich. Moms salad was also good, massive and we share it and still didnt finish it. Young lady came in and remembered this crew from way back too and that was cool to see. Lots of TVs, good amount of seating and great service. If your out for an event or lucky enough to be a local this spot is worth checking out and if you love pastrami its a MUST.

We got medium size pizza from one of their specialities section which tasted so great, and kind of unbelievable for a chain of pizzeria which we didn't knew about until I googled it out. The ingredients on the pizza was high quality and taste very good with the fire oven flavors. There was plenty of seating inside and everything was clean and tidy as well. Prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended place if you haven't tried this place and stumble upon this.

While they share similarities, such as the build you own pizza, unlimited toppings for one price and quickly cooked in a coal oven. There's several attributes that set them apart for me. First is the wonderful crust that's far superior. Second, the quality of ingredients is noticeably better here. Finally, I appreciate that you can order different size pies such as the large 14". I like a combination of White and Margherita. For my order I started with their Great White as a base and customized it to my liking. I removed the feta, added fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato and onions. Also chicken for a little protein. I found it convenient to order online however I would prefer to go in so I can customize exactly how much of each ingredient I want on the pizza. Pickup was easy. Got there right as the pizza was coming out of the oven. Was told to take a seat and she will bring it out when it's done. Kind enough to ask if I needed peppers or Parmesan before heading out. Of course the pizza was absolutely delicious, not too greasy and also reheated really well. Happy to make Your Pie part of my regular rotation!

My family has been raving about this old timey Italian restaurant in Indio so I was eager to give…read morethem a try. Ciros is a long time staple in the community and has been open since the 60's - which is beyond impressive in these times. We should all continue to support our local staples that have been serving generation after generation. We came in for a super early weeknight dinner and that was the right move. The place was empty and relaxed. However, as we finished our meal a slow trickle of people started to come in which was nice to see. Not sure if this spot ever gets "packed" but it had a good amount of regulars and plenty of takeout orders. We sat at a comfortable booth and I liked the decor. Very old school, slightly aged, but all of the nostalgic vibes that if you were a local growing up here, it'd feel like home. What's also cool is they have an open area kitchen in the front of the restaurant so you can watch the chef make your pizzas. Loved it. Staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. Again, they weren't busy but staff kept our drinks filled, cleared plates as needed and provided great service. 5 stars definitely on the service and overall welcoming atmosphere. Prices were standard and I will say they give great portion sizes. All of us had leftovers to take home which is always a good thing. The food is standard old school Italian. Very mom And pop, decent. I'd say I'd rate the food between 3.5-4 stars but it really depends what you get. My starter side salad was crisp, fresh and well dressed with thousand island. Also the bread basket was warm and addicting. For my meal I got the shrimp scampi pasta which I thought was good but not amazing. The highlights were the large shrimp and noodles were cooked perfect. The oil - lemon - garlic sauce overall was just okay. Garlic was garlic-ing but it lacked maybe seasoning? I think scampi pasta dishes can be hard to master as they sometimes feel more oil forward than buttery, which I would have preferred. I definitely liked my dish but would get something different the next time. Truly their classic baked pasta and red sauce dishes looked fantastic and I'd get that next time, can't beat a classic.

As an ELITE YELPER who takes his reviews seriously-- I really wanted to like CIROS. I had never…read morebeen before and I asked a woman about her recommendations and she was unhelpful and couldn't care less that I was going to be a NEW customer. I ordered a margarita pizza and she said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I live in La Quinta and it took me 20 minutes to get there. Upon arrival as I was standing at the host table for at least 7 minutes-- a server rushed by and said " I will be with you soon"-- no smiles and no customer service. After another 5 minutes an employee said the pizza was not ready and would let me know. All in, it was 45 minutes to get the food. The thing that really turned me off was the complete lack of customer appreciation and ZERO " Welcome to CIROS "-- I receive better " Welcomes" from Panda Express, Subway and The Habit. Customers want to feel valued for their patronage and effort to get the restaurant. On a side note-- garlic bread is NINE dollars! Are you kidding? Most Italian restaurants including SABATINOS and ROSATIES provide FREE garlic bread/garlic knots with every order to complement the pasta entree. CIRO'S pricing is next level expensive and comes with a COLD welcoming. Game Over. Won't be returning.
