Noel, the General Manager, sets such a welcoming and professional tone - you can feel the standard of care throughout the spa. Sydney, the PA who performed my treatment, was outstanding. She clearly explained how BBL targets sun damage and discoloration while Moxi improves tone, texture, and collagen stimulation, and I felt completely confident in her expertise. The results have been fantastic - clearer skin, more even tone, and a noticeable boost in brightness and smoothness. My skin looks refreshed and natural, just healthier and more refined. The technician who did my treatment was very apologetic and checked in on me, which I appreciated, but that is where the positives end. I was told I would receive a refund and that any treatments to fix this would be comped, but I have not received a refund. They have also stopped checking in on me. I have called multiple times and emailed with no response, while still being charged the monthly fee. At this point, I have paid $1,352 to be left with burns and no resolution. The lack of follow through from management is unacceptable. I would not recommend coming here.

I got the 50-minute relaxation massage and my therapist really listened to what I wanted her to work on, and she did a really good job. They have a promotion now where if you join, you basically get $50 off per treatment. If I didn't already have a membership with another spa closer to me, I most likely would have joined.

The Santa Monica location has a soft spot in my life as this location was my first Burke Williams experience and I have returned many times, always pleased with the service and kindness of the staff. The initial greeting is warm and professional and I appreciated the tour as I had forgotten where the ladies area is located. The ULTRAfusion facial is heaven and my complexion has never looked better! Every esthetician has been very consistent and I can expect the same protocol at each location and I can't pick a favorite...either spot or person providing the service. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager who took the time to talk for a moment. He must be really busy but I didn't feel rushed. The spa area has charming amenities and I like showering before a treatment and taking advantage of all the goodies in ample supply: mouthwash, cleansers, lotions, etc. Don't forget about the delish tea in the waiting area. Every area was very clean and supplies such as towels were freshened up and always in ample supply. The staff could not be more kind and helpful. The Santa Monica location is easy to find and as an added bonus parking is ample and it's fun to walk to lunch afterwards!

Tomoko Spa is located on a very busy street, but you forget all that as soon as you step inside. They do a really great job of creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The experience starts with a 15 min foot soak/massage, and that already was divine. The masseuse puts the perfect amount of pressure, and that combined with the warm water, almost put me to sleep, haha. For the body massage part, the masseuse asks you what parts you want focused on and how much pressure you would like. They are also really good at checking in at various parts of the massage to make sure you are completely satisfied. I really appreciated how thorough they are with the massage and also how proactive they are in making sure you are enjoying the experience.
