Stopped for lunch with my son yesterday about 30 minutes before the lunch crowd. It was my first visit to Roosters. Server was Hannah, from the start of her introducing herself until we left an hour later was a blast. She definitely was a superb person and server. Wonderful attitude and sense of humor. I had the Cajun Chicken Breast sandwich with fries and coffee that Hannah made fresh and was very happy with it, hot, juicy, fresh bun. It's worth ordering again. read more

Stopped in while traveling through at the height of lunch hour. Prices are typical for this type of sports bar restaurant. The wings ordered were great, and served piping hot...but my marinated chicken sandwich ordered with "the works" was drowning in mustard, which even after scrapped off with a knife, tasted of nothing but mustard. We noticed the restaurant was empty with few tables filled but plenty of wait staff walking around. We now know why...the friendly but laid back staff took 90 minutes to get our food ordered, cooked, served. No one in their right mind has this much time for a workday lunch, and should have to hunt down staff for refills and the final check. read more

I had dinner here with my family on my last night in town and boy were we disappointed! At first things seemed to be going smoothly. We were seated quickly and we placed our drink orders. The food came and we didn't have our silverware yet, no biggie we soon got them and began to dig in. The food was good! Unfortunately our service went down hill fast! Our entire meal we were not offered refills, we all had empty cups and the waitress (Nikki) was no where to be found. We continued our meal in hopes she would be back soon since it wasn't that busy. We sat and waited until we were all finished and still no server to be found... we were thirsty and waiting for a check for a good 20 min before finally asking the hostess for our check. We were informed our server had gone on break! Without even informing us or having someone else cover our table! We had a table of 8! I asked the hostess for a box and I only assume she didn't hear me because I never got one. And we didn't see our server again. Being a server myself in the past I would NEVER let my table go unattended! And considering the number of us I would have been working for that tip! Unfortunately our server didn't feel that we were important. I wrapped my leftovers in a wax paper sheet from our appetizer and we left very disappointed. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food was good. The service was horrid! Needless to say she lost her tip. No service, no tip! Better than expected. 10 piece boneless wings with sweet thai chili for 700 cal. It was crispy outside and tender inside, and chili was very flavorful without a lot of sting. Perfect! The food is so so. If you like to have a cocktail or beer, beware, they cut you off at 3 cocktails or half a pitcher of beer regardless if you walked over from the three hotels next door. I overheard the staff talking about all the locals that stopped going there with the new policy. read more

My wife and I have been to roosters on three Springs Road a few times this time we both had pizza she had the veggie pizza I had the meat lovers pizza. Service was really good friendly our servers name was Jess she did a great job. The pizza was made with all fresh ingredients the crust was perfect and it is not slammed with too much salt or sauce. Love to cut up with the crew they all seem to have a good attitude which makes for a good dining experience. read more

.The Chicken Wings are breaded .... You should not advertise traditional wings if they are breaded .. I grew up outside of Buffalo , NY , & it is impossible to find anything comparable to an authentic traditional wing .. These were breaded , split wings with the tip still attached to the flat ( that's just plain lazy ). Food was mediocre - burger was very plain. Ordered the fried Mac&Cheese bites and garlic bread for appetizers. They tasted like the frozen ones you can buy at Kroger. Ordered a bucket of Michelob Ultra (domestic bucket advertised for 11.99) and was charged $14.99. My first time to Rooster's and I am very pleased. The service by Danielle was awesome and the food was delivered hot! Comparing this to Hooters brand this Rooster's has them beat. I don't know where Hooters finds their scrawny chickens but Rooster's wing size would mean put the two together in a fight there would be no contest! Rooster's wings are easily twice the size! Lots of meat and the "hot" seasoning is just the right amount of hot! The place is clean and orderly, a little on the noisy side but not so much your can't have a conversation (like at Buffalo Wild Wings). I recommend you give these guys a try. They really go out of their way to serve a great meal. Prices are reasonable plus a little bit more but worth the $$. read more

We eat out quiet regularly here in Bowling Green and I must say our Rooster experience was horrible. We was sorely led astray by the other yelp reviews. We had plates that were very dirty, chicken that was burnt, food that didnt come out because our server didnt put it in with the order so we had to wait 20 more minutes for the rest of our food to come. They then charged us for food that we didnt even order. Which this was changed by the manager but this hardly made up for the rest of the experience. Id say if you're looking for good food any place up an down scottsville road would be much better than Roosters. Just 4 peoples personal opinion!!! read more

If you like boneless wings then this is the place for you to visit. They are the largest boneless wings I have ever seen. Each one can be cut into three large pieces and the sauce is thorough but not excessive. The staff is very friendly and drinks were always full. It's well worth the money and we will be returning whenever we are in town. read more

Not a fan but not much to complain about. Came in on a Saturday night and it was super busy. I would have rather had wings from some drive through than wait an hour to be seated. We normally love Roosters. Service can be hit and miss but the food is great! Our last visit on the night of March 31 was pretty disappointing! . We took my parents (their first time trying it) and my mom's fries were pale and chilled - clearly underdone just by looking. My Dad's chicken tenders were great. My husband and I both ordered the fried chicken salad with blue cheese dressing. He asked for extra cheese and said up front he would pay for it. We both were served ranch dressing, not blue cheese dressing and there was actually less cheese than normal on his salad. Weird. One thing he did get extra in his salad...a large piece of plastic wrap with a twisted "tail." At that point, we did tell our server when she (finally) came around, because ya know, plastic in your food is just not okay. We weren't loud or rude or demanding. We just pointed it out. The manager came over and said basically nothing. "Sorry about that." No offer to fix it though. When our bill came, the salad was $5 instead of it's full price. To me, that is TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! You didn't replace the salad, and you didn't even take it off the bill. We really have a craving for Roosters today but I am still so angry about our last visit, I can't make myself give them more business. Accidents happen. Human error happens. I still don't know about the quality of the food, as I say and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to wait on me. There are four girls at the front desk talking. They stayed me and no one came by. Eh it was nothing to write home about. Hubby said his burger was good, but didn't like the fact that fries were a separate purchase.
