I have always been a big fan of this place and the food, but tonight was a bad experience. I always get the same thing, Traditional wings, extra crispy with medium sauce and Dumpster fries. The last three times I have been there the fries have been cold every times and I had to send them back. Tonight, the fries were cold and my wings were not freshly made. They were cold and soggy. I had to send both back. The wings should have never left the kitchen! My sister went with me and she was done eating by the time I got my food the second time. The manager offered no compensations for the situation...disappointing. read more

On June 13 2020 we had a BAD experience at Roosters in Milford. There were 8 people in our group for my nephews birthday. The grandparents in our party are elderly people (ages 86 and 76) one has a walker. We called to set up a reservation. The employee said they didn't take reservations but there were people at the table that held 8 finishing up and by the time were got there the table should be almost available. When we arrived they gave us a 25 minute timetable and took our cell phone number to text us when we could be seated. We waited 45 minutes by the front door outside. When 40 minutes had passed we noticed a group of around 8 to 10 men arrived and a few went inside and one came out and told the group that they had a table for all of them to sit together. We then went inside to inquire how much longer we would have to wait.. Apparently someone dropped the ball and we were given a surprised look when we ask about our table. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager Miranda came out to speak to us and we explained that we had been waiting 45 minutes outside and someone just walked in and got the large table we had been waiting on. She did not apologize at all for this mix-up. She could have cared less . My sister in law looked her square in the face and called her out on it and told her this is not how people are supposed to be treated, ESPECIALLY when there are elderly people in the group. We left and will never go back. They lost money for 8 peoples dinners and drinks due to sloppy employees and shoddy management. read more

Kim and I love this place. The service is really good, prices and food quality is outstanding. Comfortable atmosphere with plenty of Tv's for sporting events. Had dinner there on Saturday night. My husband and I ordered cheese fries with bacon...yuck. I would definitely not order that again. We each ordered 5 boneless wings and they were not what we were used to but they were very good. What a great find. Stayed at a hotel nearby and was looking for a spot to have a nightcap. Slow Friday and Saturday but the service and personality was so great by Sarah on Friday I came to see her on Saturday. She wasn't there. But Kelsey was bar tending and super sweet! Met a bunch of great locals and had a really fun time. Great place to watch a game and the wings were great! They even gave me extra wings so I could try the other hotter sauces. We went to Rosters in Milford. We sat for 15 minutes before someone came to the table. We waited 15 more minutes for are drinks so we ordered as soon as we got the drinks. We had to wave down the waitress down 2 times before we got are food 30 minutes later. The wings almost had no sauce on them. I complained to the manager and said he would get more wings for us. The wings came out 30 minutes later. Bad service, bad food. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I give the place 2 Stars because it was decorated so nice. read more

Worst wings ever. I usually give a place 3 tries and I had to walk out the second time I was there. The wings were over sauced and dry, not sure how they did that but they do. Every order of wings had feather particulates hanging off of them. I know it can happen but this was ridiculous. Both times visiting were off busy time frames and were nit busy but took almost 20 minutes for drink orders and an hour before we got food. With no apologies given but a scowl. Having visited the Columbus Ohio location on vacation during the summer this was my first time at a roosters restaurant and tried the chicken wings for the very first time in Columbus. Not knowing what to expect I ordered 20 chicken wings because I'm a big eater and love the taste of a good chicken wing , but I was not prepared for the oversized mutant chicken wings that I received. Smothered in sweet BBQ sauce I dove headfirst in and came up for air after having only eaten 10 of them. Very satisfied and very stuffed was I , but very happy nonetheless. So I made a short vow that I would never order more than 10 of the chicken wings again because I couldn't possibly eat more than that. 6 months later and I found out that there was a roosters in the Milford Ohio area near my side of town in Cincinnati. So me and my family decided to make the trip out to Milford to get some oversized chicken wings. I was not pleased the chicken wings that I received seemed like table scraps. These chicken wings were smaller than the wings I usually get at bw3's. I also ordered some chili cheese curly fries the fries were lukewarm at best and the chili was so soggy that my fries turned into mush. Not happy. So to sum it all up it looks like I'll have to go on vacation to get some good chicken wings once in awhile sorry roosters this just did not cut it. read more

Went there for dinner on a Friday night...the staff was so chaotic and running around in circles. Our food cane out wrong (after 45 mins) of waiting on it, and then.....their computer system shut down which made a bad experience even worse. They MADE all patrons who had to pay with credit cards LEAVE TO GO GET CASH TO PAY THEIR BILL. This is unacceptable customer service.
