If you want a contractor whos licensed DON'T HIRE THESE "EXPERTS" Jack comes and acts as if hes honest. He sends 2 guys out, one is a decent worker. The other one is useless and RUDE. They quoted my grandparents one price. I know things go up in these situations. But he told my mom something he purchased for the job at depot cost one price, which is $200 more than what it ACTUALLY cost. At one point he actually said to my grandma that he doesn't know what to do. The guy got pissed because we called him out on multiple lies. He called us white trash and called me a b*** because i called him out for taking advantage of the elderly. He walked off and said he didn't need our money. I had good experience with this company, namely with George Perez, who works for this company. The draining pipe from upstairs neighbors was old and cracked and had to be replaced. George stopped by to do estimate and later came with Lous to do repair. Everything was done perfectly! High quality job, no mess, I have only good things to say. We waited and waited but they were a no show. They finally called and gave me this excuse that the plumber got sick and asked if they could reschedule for Sunday morning at 9. Sunday comes and I get another call wanting me to reschedule NEXT WEEK!!!! I have company arriving on Sunday and they are going to need to wash their clothes!! I had a sewer blockage at my elderly uncle's house that needed immediate attention. Rooter Experts came out within hours, and although I didn't want to hear the bad news that they discovered, which was to replace the entire root-infested crumbling sewer line, they did a great job putting it in. And they were respectful and patient with my uncle's concerns, and understanding the difficulties with the disruption to his "routine." Called this company yesterday for a simple job, to drain the bathtub drain. I called at approximately 12 noon and was told I would have a plumber at my house by 4pm that same day. Received a phone call from their dispatcher to inform me that the plumber had to leave work for the day for a 'emergency' and that we could reschedule for the following day (today) between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. Didn't hear from anyone by 2:00 pm so I decided to call the dispatcher to find out. Now I'm being told that the plumber is 'unreachable' for the day?!? What the F?!? Where you guys just planning on blowing me off and not even calling?? I had to take the day off of work to meet the plumber at my house today and you guys can't even reach out to let me know he isn't even going to show up today?? What an absolutely pathetic attempt at customer service from this business. You don't deserve business with this kind of shit service. read more

The toilet in my guesthouse was seriously blocked, and 2 other plumbing companies came out, but could not clear it. I called Rooter Experts, and they quoted me a $49 special, but informed me that if they need to remove the toilet, then the price would be $225. This sounded quite reasonable. A plumber by the name of Alex came out, he was on time, clean & very courteous. He had to remove the toilet, as I expected, but still could not clear the line. He suggested I get it clear using a hydrojet system, which uses high pressure water to clear the line. They did manage to clear the line with their hydroject machine. Their price was a little high, but they really did a great job. After clearing the line, they ran a camera down the line to show me and explain why the toilet was backing up. I gave them a 4 star rating in the end, only because their price for the hydrojet system was a little high, but Alex was great, very helpful and honest. read more

Do NOT hire this company! I had an appointment with them between 9-11am to fix a leak in the pipe under the house. They did not show up until after 1pm and did not call me to let me know they would be late. They gave me an estimate of over $3500 to fix the leak and all the other issues they found. They told me that everything would be taken care of. 3 days later, after fixing the issue they told me they found two more leaks and said that I would need to pay another $3900 to have that fixed as well! There was no way I was going to agree to that so I had another plumbing service come out and they told me that there was no such leak. This is company is a RIP-OFF!! DO NOT HIRE! read more

The rain is coming again and my pool will most likely over flow again because my deck drains are backed up so now I need to find someone. If anyone knows of a good plumber let me know!
