I LOVED the Pho Chay (a shitake based broth with noodle and shitakes, bok choy and enoki) served with a side of bean sprouts, lime wedges, jalapeno and thai basil and mint. Incredible if you are a vegetarian or Gluten Free there are plenty of options for you here. They also offer 4 fresh juices so I had the pineapple mojito (pineapple, mint) so good! The food is generally very tasty, seems to be reasonably healthy, and accomodates both vegetarians and meat-eaters. They will also, within reason, omit items from a dish upon request. My biggest complaint is the noise level--when the place fills up, as it tends to do at meal times, it gets quite loud and that can make conversation a bit difficult. They do take reservations, and you should use that especially if going on a weekend or at peak time. I had one bad experience, where the service was very slow. But that's out of several visits. I suspect someone didn't show up for work that night. We waited a half hour before receiving the first of our food. But usually, it's within minutes and very good service. Prior to today's experience I would have rated a four but I had tried two dishes that both disappointed... the bibimbap and the pho. I went for dinner with my family on two separate occasions. The first time, was a Friday night. I felt as though every time we asked our server for something (i.e. plates for appetizers) he seemed annoyed. We were barley finished our dinner and the manager kept pacing back and forth to rush us out. Confusing seating and order process but food is good. We have been there many times since it's open. As said their food is Asian fusion. You won't find it authentic but good with the twist. However, after being there for so many times, we still don't know we should order at the counter or be seated first and wait for the waiter. Sometimes the waiter comes to take orders but sometimes not. I've seen people waiting to be seated while they should just go and place order themselves. This little place is a GEM! The menu was diverse and inventive, the food was magnificent. I began with a cucumber salad-like appy that was seasoned and packed with flavor - kind of Korean in essence. Then we both had a big bowl with coconut curry sauce. One had purple rice that was to die for, the other rice noodles. The proteins we chose were chicken and shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly and I had to eat every last bite because it was soooo good! I watched all the food being served and one dish looked better than the next.
