I ordered the Chile verde plate and it wasn't good at all the beans taste like they are canned product

Wow ! This food is sooo good! They have the best burritos! And their salsa so good! Definitely recommend this place.

EXCELLENT food however attention to detail is lacking. We have solicited this business for years, even though we live 40+ miles away. We ordered 3 XL Chicken Garbage burritos last night prior to closing. We drove home only to discover we received 3 XL PORK Garbage burritos. i have been going to this place since i was a kid. absolutely great and probably the best hard shell tacos i've had. the meat is seasoned well and shredded which is a nice texture. i will say this place is more tex mex than authentic mexican hence why people are angry but i for one love tex mex food and i am mexican. they are two different things but both are really good for sure worth the try. get the hard shell beef tacos and thank me later read more

This place was tasty. I ordered the beef taco, menudo, and the chile relleno burrito. We also ordered two more chile relleno burrito and the chile Verde combo with a chicken taco. The menudo had a lot of meat and was pretty tasty. But was a bit too greasy. The tacos were small but pretty tasty. The burritos, were hilariously small. See attached photo. I would try the xl burrito next time. Maybe they'll be normal size. They need to make their food bigger or prices smaller. But the flavor is there. read more

I've been here time and time again and can never get enough of their meat, bean, and cheese burritos. I highly recommend their chile verde burrito. It's just so so good! I've been to their original location in San Bernardino and currently live in Fontana so their Fontana location is my regular spot. The food is simple yet hits the spot. Their salsa, though watery, hits that spice spot too. They're constantly busy and for good reason. Call ahead to place your order. It appears that their website isn't working for online order. They have the best menudo. Every bite is filled with flavor. Portions are great! It goes so good with their homemade tortillas. Their chile verde and cheese burrito is excellent. I don't recommend getting it with beans and rice inside because they kinda mask the flavor of the chile verde. Staff is nice. Restaurant is clean. Overall, they're absolutely 5-star! Ordered via Yelp, and when my order arrived it was wrong. Only put one taco in my order. Seriously... one taco in it. When I called the business they were less than helpful and refused to refund my order. The worker on the phone was rude and would only "rain check" my order. We will see how the rain check goes, but I'm not holding my breath. read more

I love Rosa Maria's in San Bernardino. I do not feel the same about the Fontana location. After repeating my order twice, and having the cashier check the order twice, I came home to find out my order is completely wrong! I ordered two chili verde bean and cheese burritos and paid for extra cheese on both. The cost for both: $17.00 plus tax. What I discovered when I got to my home in the high desert is that I got two meat, bean and rice burritos!!! There's no cheese at all and the meat is not chili verde but just dry, tasteless pork! I tried calling the location but I cannot get through. The line is repeatedly busy. I expect compensation for THEIR error! I am therefore going to report the error to my credit card company for a credit to my account. Rosa Maria's in Fontana, you need to do a lot better! read more

My family loves Rosa Maria's! they are right off the I-15 freeway and have pretty cheap quality Mexican food. Their salsa recipe is really good, but they don't sell it in a large enough size. One thing I wish they would change is to allow people to buy salsa in larger portions, to take home, etc. read more

I should've looked at the reviews before ordering food from here. I ordered a large Menudo, which look like a small one. Tasted old and not very much in it and didn't even come with a tortilla. I had to order it extra. The biggest thing that surprised me was they were out of chips and salsa. However I do have say the young guy behind the counter was nice but food wise this place was awful. My fiancé Kirsten has been going to the original one since she was a little girl. She always wants to stop by here when we're in the area. She said she came when she was a little girl about 10 years old with her brother and he bought a burrito for himself and told her no he's not buying her anything , the owner seen that her brother was a brat to her and made her burrito special for free, and for years when she was a girl he would not let her pay for her burritos,, until she got a little older and insisted,,, now it's 20 years later now we always go here. read more

This is my second time here. I thought I would give them another try. Unfortunately nothing has changed. I brought my sis here with me today. She ordered the shredded beef tostado, totally disappointing as the beef was can shredded beef and the lettuce was the bagged lettuce. It's impossible to disguise canned and the bagged lettuce. I had the 2 item combo with cheese enchilada but wait, where's the cheese, and bean tostado. The tostado had plenty of cheese but the tomato was just one little piece. Needless to say I felt like I just wasted $20. Very expensive for what we got. One other thing is that the dining room smells like the bathroom, I don't why. Anyway I think I won't be back. The worst meal I have ever gotten here. Usually really good. I ordered a relleno on a plate & a chicken taco. The Verde was dry . Even the meat was not soft or tasty. The chicken taco shell was broken in half. The chicken was sparce and dry. Instead of eating mostly lettuce, I took it apart and little chicken chunk and huge amount of lettuce with a ridiculous amount of cheese. The food is not good here. This is my 3rd time coming. Burrito was super dry and yes the place looked clean but smelled like bleach. Not a good scent when coming to eat. The worst was the taquitos. They looked like frozen taquitos. Super dry and tasted funny like they were old. Thrown in a wrapper. I couldn't eat them. Guacamole was bad. Looked like bagged guacamole. Not authentic Mexican food at all. Service was just ok. We've gone here for years and won't go back again. after the Manager/Owner fought with me on the phone when I asked for a refund. we made a mobile order Christmas Eve for my family. when we went to pick it up they were closed but I was still charged. I called in the day after Christmas and was told by the worker that answered the phone that she was going to have to ask the manager what they can do since the ordering apps were supposed to be off. I ask to speak the boss and got someone named David who said he is the manager and part owner. After I explained the situation and asked to just have my payment refunded he went into a conversation about having to research why the apps let the order through and kept going on so I cut him off saying I don't care about all that. I just want a refund. He continued to argue to the point where I had to hang up on him and call the presenting company for the refund. Its very disappointing how rude and disrespectful he was to me when all I was asking for was my money returned. read more

XL all meat burrito can't tell what is the big deal about the XL. It is mostly tortilla the meat had good flavor but, over power by the double wrap tortilla. The tortilla should be warm it tasted just like when you take out from the package cold and hard. The beef taco was pretty good. Very little rice and beans in the Taquitos Plate really not much of a difference from Miguel's JR down the road. The service is good and friendly. It would be a while before I return to try anything else. read more

Yeah the 3 1/2 stars is accurate. This place reminds me of your regular neighborhood mom and pop shop. It's edible but it won't blow your socks off. I had a bean and cheese burrito (with a side of grease) and a crunchy shredded beef tacos. For starters, the shredded beef tacos was good!! Nice sized taco, the shredded beef was tasty and tender and it had plenty of cheese and lettuce. So this review started off at a 4 with the taco and went downhill from there. Next was the bean and cheese burrito. It was small and the covered in grease. How do you have a greasy bean and cheese burrito? Yuck. After pat drying the burrito, I took a few bites. It was decent. Don't buy this expecting it to be the bomb.com. It's just a normal bean and cheese but the side of grease dropped 1 point. Lastly, the red salsa. Well it's more like a hot sauce. It had a good flavor but super watery. It sucks to have the sauce running all over the place! Running down your arm and down onto the paper instead of staying on the burrito. Not a fan. Wife and I ordered a garbage burrito and tacos with rice and beans to go. We got home after a 5 minute drive home. Burrito felt cold on the outside and was just as cold on the inside. My food was great but my Mom's tostada was cardboard like. Beans were dry. She ended up throwing her meal away. Not sure if it was this location but it wasn't quite up to par. The staff was very friendly which is why I gave this 2 stars. However my chicken, bean, rice burrito had tough chucked and the same dried beans. Unfortunately we won't be back here again. I grew up 1 mile away from where this is located now. When I was a kid, I would drive to San Bernardino, about 20 miles to go to Rosa Maria's because we love their food, I moved away and shortly after I moved, they opened just a mile away from my childhood home. If you are hungry for good Mexican food I highly recommend Rosa Maria's. They are 100 percent better than Miguel's and Joe's Mexican food. There chicken and cheese burritos are very good. A lot of chicken and there tortillas are homemade There meals are very tasty too. The inside is very clean. The employees are really nice and polite. This is my favorite quick, take out place for lunch. I love their burritos and the homemade flour tortillas just gives it that yummy-ness. Fair warning those hot sauces are hot, but I love it. Tostadas are my 2nd best thing to order! Overall a good place to have lunch or do take our and service is great! read more
