Craved a Greek Salad and decided to try Rosati's because I love their thin crust pizza SO much, how could anything there be bad. Wow was I happy and satisfied with the salad, generously included all the right stuff; feta cheese, calamata olives, various peppers, tomatoes and blended lettuces. Dressing was actually a sufficient amount and didn't need to order extra or grab some from home! Portion was enough to share and love the container, which I will definitely reuse as it's sturdy quality and size. We ordered food for carry out and I got there a bit before it was ready. I waited for them to be done and the staff there was friendly. It was very hot when I got it and stayed hot on the ride home however when I got home, I was unimpressed. The pizza was greasy and unappetizing. I ate 1 slice and my boyfriend had a slice. The rest was thrown away because neither of us wanted to save it for leftovers. Disappointed since I had heard their pizza was delicious by many people. read more

I went here for lunch because I wanted a beef sandwich and could not think of a place in the area for one. I ordered my beef sandwich with frys and I was told 10 minutes with no other people in the store. Was the cow not slaughtered, was the meat not butchered, was the beef not sliced and ready to go. As far as I know the tongs reach into broth and pull out the beef and place it on bread. After 5 minutes the driver came and and the guy who took my order relayed it to him to make, the guy didn't even start my order and just made me wait for no reason. The frys were thin shoe string crinkle style which I didn't care for and not seasoned. See my pictures. I didn't know crinkle frys had a thin version. The beef came on toasted fresh bread. The beef was tender and sliced thin with no big beef flavor. The beef was in need of some help like garlic bread or peppers and maybe cheese to liven it up. Overall I might go back and try the pizza but the whole making me wait for a simple sandwich was crap, subway does it in a minute. read more

While their pizza is good the service and cleanliness is what ranked this so low. Ordered two pizzas as take out orders. One cheese one pepperoni. Very easy to make and understand. Pizza was hot and tastes fair but not spectacular. When I went in one of the employees was with a customer. The other walked from the back eating a piece of pizza and chomping on it, smacking his lips like ba-ba-boey. Licking his fingers and in general being disgusting. Takes my cc and I mention that him eating behind the counter is disgusting. Are the employees all eating over our uncooked pizza ingredients? Makes me question the sanitary conditions. Oh so I tell said pizza cashier guy that its gross, to please go wash his hands before he gets my pizza. The woman next to me ordering agrees with me out loud. I ordered today through grub hub. The driver forgot the coke I ordered and gave me $1. The container my sandwich was in obviously lived under a heat lamp for an extraordinary amount of time. There's just no other way to put it. Being placed on hold for 16 minutes to place a take out order is simply unacceptable. I finally gave up and took my wallet and hungry family elsewhere, so who knows how long the wait would truly have been? The pizza and sauce are good, and deep dish is pretty decent. But no pizza place is worth that kind of wait! I can understand being busy, but we called at 8:15 on a Saturday night in April! They really need to restructure some things. Rosati's is a mess. Ordered a thin crust for pickup while in town on business. Had high expectations because of the great reviews online. Went to the store to pickup my order 30 min after calling -- they had accidentally sent out for delivery. I said that was ok and just have the delivery person drop it by the hotel I was staying at while en route -- trying to be accommodating because it was a Saturday and they were busy. Their response to my trying to be helpful was "The best we can do is 25% off your pizza". An hour later they made it to the hotel with a cold, uncooked pizza (barely cooked dough literally with flour all over it). I tipped the delivery person $5 because I felt bad that they worked for a restaurant that would be ok with serving this garbage. Never again. read more

This is the second incarnation of this takeout place. It closed for a period and reopened. Since it has reopened the quality has been very inconsistent. Sometimes we will get a great pizza with a good balance of sauce, cheese and toppings and sometimes like the pizza we got last night, little sauce, little cheese and skimpy toppings. Ordered a pizza for take out. Guy took my name and phone #. Was told it would be ready in 40 mins. Showed up to pick up, the lady asks for a name, give her my name. She said there is NO order for me! Thinking I may have placed my order with a different location, check my phone and nope, right place. Showed the lady my call list with their number. She then proceeds to tell me I am being rude!! I then retort with the details of my order; my phone number, when it was placed, items and that I traveled 10 minutes to pick it up. She tells me that they do have an order with all that info, except the name is different, it's for PHIL. Still won't give up my order. We go around for several minutes with her calling me rude a few more times, finally she realizes that I am not leaving without my order, she agrees to release the order and update name on the account. I would rate 0 stars if i could. I placed an order online and received 2 different emails. One that my e was being processed and another saying it had been confirmed. I drove out to pick up my pizza and when i get there the place is closed!! Noone there and no sign on the door or anything. Hours sign says they should be open and online says Open Now. My card was already charged $30 for my placed order. Ridiculous. They have forever lost my business for being so unprofessional and having no courtesy for their customers. read more

Just had the vodka pasta and salad delivered to our office for lunch. Just delicious! The salad could be a meal by itself with pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, green peppers, cherry tomatoes, black and green olives and fresh Parmesan. This place is an absolute joke. I've never written a bad review on Yelp....until now. Customer service is non-existent at this place. Napkins and plastic silverware are apparently a premium if you order take out. We ordered over a hundred dollars worth of food while staying at a nearby hotel. I had asked to be provided with some plastic silverware and plates since we were at a hotel. Upon delivery we were given 5 plates, a few pieces of plastic ware, and a few napkins. When I called back to ask why we weren't provided with more plates, plastic ware, etc. for the amount of food we ordered the manager said "Well, we normally don't give that stuff out unless you order a catering package." So my response was "So if I ordered a $75 catering package (much less than the total amount I ordered) we would've been provided with plates and plastic ware?" Her answer?? "Yep. Probably!" Very classy. The Rosati's family should be absolutely embarrassed and ashamed that their name is associated with this place. The food was mediocre at best compared to other Rosati's we've eaten at in the past. Take my advice and steer clear of this place!!!! read more
