Don't really having anything bad to say about Rosatis. I've been eating Rosatis for about 30 years now all over the city. Some are a hit or miss but more often than not they have been consistently good. Including this location on Milwaukee. I placed an order for a thin crust pizza with sausage for delivery and it only arrived a few minutes after the estimated delivery time. It still arrived not and the driver was great. Anna our server was very kind, offered suggestions and support when asked. The bussers were attentive. The pate could have been explained a bit more since it was a new dish to us. My partner ordered the wrong martini and they fixed it no questions asked. Our steak was chewy, and we didn't really like it and the manager before we could even say anything was at the table, I didn't get his name but obviously was very attentive to the floor. We didn't get dessert. The bathrooms were very clean. All in all I will be back! And you should try it read more

Rosatis in norridge illinios is worst food in 40 years.my regular pizza restaurant was closed so I tryed rosatis for the first time.I called 45 minutes before closing time and they delivered in 20 minutes.pizza was horrible.it had no flavor and pork sausage was frozen in the middle.then I ordered cheese frys.they were dripping with grease and half frozen.also ordered a beef with the pizza and chees frys and asked for a juicy beef?they sent a dryed out beef with dry stale bun.absolutely dissappointing.I was hungry and had to throw out inedible food.called manager and he was rude and hung up on me.then he lied when o called back and promised to refund my debit card.a week later and no refund.called my bank and made a claim.I got a refund in full but the whole experience was awfull.don't eat there.I also read a review that the norridge rosatis have lots of roaches.I personally didn't see any but there were dozens of 1 star reviews for that paryicular location. read more

When I called to ask what could be done, the girl who answered phone basically told me it wasn't their problem, she didn't make the mistake and to contact Slice. Knowing this girl cannot possibly be the manager or owner, I asked to speak to someone else.. she replied ya call slice and hung up on me. I called back, she places me on hold and never came back. Have ordered a few more times and have received a hot pizza within time quoted, so I decided to increase a star. Overall I'm happy with the service and quality of food. The pizza is good (not the absolute best but definitely good), the ingredients taste fresh and the orders have been correct (we received what we ordered). The pizza sauce is good, the cheese and toppings are good, it's just the crust doesn't really stand out (it's not bad, just could be better). Given there are no shortage of pizza places in the neighborhood, you have a lot to choose from but this is definitely worth a consideration. read more

If you are ordering from Rosati's, you should know what you are getting. They are a chain restaurant with good pizza and good service. They will not know your pants off, but it is very solid. It is actually my daughters favorite pizza, so we probably get it once a month. It is always consistent and have never been disappointed. read more

This was a sad day. Friday night is pizza night in this house and we were excited to try Rosatti's in our neighborhood for the first time. We usually go in Schaumburg with my sister and love it. Tonight, our order was incomplete and the food that was included was under-prepared. I ordered a side salad that wasn't in the bag when we got home. The fried pickles had raw batter oozing out of them. The fried mushrooms were soggy instead of crispy on the outside. The cannoli was frozen inside with a mushy shell on the outside. The ranch cup melted and exploded in the bag of fried appetizers. The jalapeño poppers were supposed to be filled with cheddar, as listed in the description on the website, but were found to have cream cheese filling. It was just very disappointing all around. I gave some credit because things generally tasted ok. I'm hoping this was just a rare, terrible fluke because it would be nice to have a go-to pizza spot nearby. read more

The amount of toppings and cheese was great, but I did not know that Italian spices would be placed on top of everything - that was too much. Wish they had an option to keep the spice off.
