Definitely best Rosati's I've been to. I've always ordered thin crust and it always has lots of cheese and plenty of sauce and it's ready in fifteen minutes. It's really good Chicago style thin crust. My house is full of pizza fanatics and these pizzas get devoured in like 60 seconds. They also always have coupons and you can a Large one-topping for $14 if you pick it up. This is the place to go for plenty of good pizza at a good price and if you want to avoid those Domino's/Pizza Hut cheap places. read more

I love getting the giant square pizzas from here. They go great with beer. After you order from them once you will start getting coupons for things like free delivery and free beer nuggets. The wings are the way I like them, nice and hot but not drowning in sauce. Also the meatball sandwich is excellent. It's like round peppery meatloaf on a bun. Be suar to get it with the mozarella. Ordered pizza tonight . The person name John who answered the phone was rude. Picked up our pizza went home and opened the pizza up to find out they used barbecue sauce for our sausage pizza. I called back and they offered to deliver a pizza since it will be 30 to 40 minutes since they are busy. It's now been over a hour and half and no pizza. Called back and John informed me that the pizza is out for delivery. This is the second time they have messed up our order. This will be the last. Just called and John answered the phone. I told him I will drive back and get my money back. Went back to restaurant and the manger said they sent it out for delivery. Tonight I ordered a BBQ pizza with some extras and OMITTING the Onion. I added some boneless wings and a couple orders of fries. The extras were all good as was expected from Rosati's. The Pizza however was SLOPPY at best, the cheese and meat ingredients had slipped off the pizza and settled in the upper left corner of the box. The pizza was flimsy. You could not lift a single square without the piece folding in half and all the cheese and ingredients falling off. One of the worst pizzas I have received from this particular Rosati's. They are usually pretty good. And finally I ordered this pizza WITHOUT Onion and it came WITH Onion. So either the pizza maker doesn't know how to read or the establishment as a whole doesn't know how to designate order Distinctions. This basically shoots your quality control to Hell. I have ordered from Rosati's for decades. From the time I lived in Palatine to Crystal Lake. I have noticed a slip in quality in the past year from this store. I am less likely to continue ordering from Rosati's in the future as there are other options out there that are pretty good in their own right. I attempted to order my first pie from Rosati's after seeing it in the little strip mall by my house. I figured if it was decent it would be nice to have a go to place nearby. I dialed the number and was immediatly put on hold. Since my phone has a counter i figured I would give them 5 min before I gave up. After the 5 min wait approached I was hoping they would actually pick up or acknowledge my call just so I could give them a little more time. I then realized I could have driven to the location and ordered quicker in person than this attempt to call for delivery. They must be under staffed which would only result in more problems down the line. Sorry Rosati's you're officially off the list. It looked nice on the menu as I threw it in the trash. read more

The deep dish pizza was the worst I ever had. It may as well have been a block of wood with some sauce and cheese on it. I mean it was mostly dough and just a light spread of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. My stomach even hurts from just eating it. Feels like they put sawdust in the dough. They didn't even put the little bit of sauce and cheese on right. A deep dish is supposed to be cheese then sauce on top. They did it the other way around. read more

We ordered catering for a birthday party yesterday from this rosatis and it was awesome! We picked up the food right on time and it was easy to get all into the house. At first we didn't think the original package of food would be quite enough so we added an additional pizza. I had placed an order on door dash at 4:15 than soon later called to ask them where my order was at 4:30, because I was getting many different ETA. the dispatcher was very rude saying we were upset to the manger very loudly. Then we asked for the manger and she hung up on us. So finally at 6:45 we received our order and started to eat, than noticing that some items were missing. Every single time we order from this place we are disappointed! Over the years we have intermittently ordered from them and every single time the person answering the phone is rude and if you mention that you have a coupon their attitude turns for the worse. The pizza is pretty much sub standard and doesn't have much flavor. My wife ordered a pizza with extra cheese and a salad. The crust pieces had cheese only on the inner half. I would expect more cheese on a regular pizza let alone on one that asked and paid for extra cheese. The salad was all wilted and brown. We ended up throwing it out because it was all slimy. I really love Rosatti's but the quality varies a lot by location. This location was excellent! I went for a slice for a late lunch and they offered meat lovers and the garbage pizza by the slice for the same price. I've never seen a location offer those by the slice before. I got the garbage slice. I was excellent! Great pizza! The cup lids didn't fit the cups so i couldn't take my drink to go, so they offered me a bottled soda to go at no additional cost. Great food and great service! I wish this location was closer to me, as the one by me is not of this quality. I will return to this location if I am near the area again. read more

I am very surprised by the treatment I got today from the manager, Joe. I placed my order online and when it was delivered, the chicken sandwich was grilled instead of breaded. I called the store to let them know they delivered the wrong item and Joe (the manager) proceeded to argue with me about it. He told me that I ordered the wrong thing. When I insisted I ordered correctly, Joe (the manager) told me I would need to text him the confirmation in order for him to believe me. I texted him and he called back to say I was correct and asked me what I wanted him to do. I told him next time he may not want to argue with his customer and I would still like my food. Moved to Crystal Lake in 1988. Not sure when this Rosati's opened but ordered there for what seems like over 20 yrs! Never disappointed! Then they must have changed hands 5 or 6 yrs ago. Ordered pizza with black olives as one of the toppings. Entire undrained can dumped in center of pizza! Called, complained but other than a "sorry" no credit given.
