I would suggest always ordering from their restaurant website or calling in, not from food delivery apps! It can get confusing and less options to customize. This is the worst Rosati's location I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my life. My wife even refuses to order from there anymore and she's the most forgiving person I know. Their order accuracy rate is about 50%, so order extra food just in case they forget an item or two as is customary, order about an hour and forty five minutes from the time you want the cold food delivered even if it's Tuesday at 5:40pm and you live five minutes away; and speaking of cold food be sure to preheat your oven about 1.5 hours after you order to 35 so you can heat up the food when it gets to your house located 5 minutes away from their store, and if you call and complain they might offer you 10% off your next visit...what a joke. I love Rosati's in general, just not this location. The kids they have representing this location are very disappointing to interact with. Almost every visit I've had they give you dirty looks or sit around on their phones. One time I had a kid who delivered a pizza to my house (this location is not even 5 minutes away from my house). I give the driver a good tip & then she proceeds to complain about the amount she was tipped; I gave her almost $5 & she started acting very entitled about what I gave. I reminded her that she was very lucky she even got a tip & that made her storm off. Also the pizza is always never put together properly. This is the best Rosati's I have ever had. I have been ordering from this location since moving to the area in October 2017 and their pizzas are always cooked perfectly. I have had many other Rosati's where the pizza was way over-cooked or the toppings were bland. Not the case with this Rosati's. Highly recommend! So I have been a customer at the Hampshire Rosati's for 20+ years... I always love their pizza and mist of the other things on the menu are great. I ordered a few weeks ago and went to puck up my food. Apparently they feel they are above rules they don't wear and masks or gloves there in the kitchen, taking calls at all. The cashier had a mask bit it was not on. When asked online many customers said the owner told staff they didn't need masks. They have now lost my business. The quality of their food is good. I will not argue against that. However, The customer service is lower than the Earth's crust. On several occasions when I order my food, they repeat the correct order back to me over the phone, but when I go to pick it up there is always one item missing from both my bag and the receipt. Despite them repeating the correct order back to me, they mess up by not including it on the ticket. When I complain about this, they are extremely apathetic and do nothing to make it right. They don't offer the forgotten item for free or a discount on the order. Nothing. They always have the attitude that it's MY fault as the customer. This happens ALL THE TIME. Almost every time we order from them. Does that mean it's up to me as the customer to check inside the bag EACH TIME I go to pick up my order? Because if that's what I have to do in order to get the food I want, I absolutely will go somewhere else. They think that because we live in a town with a population of 9,000 and very few restaurants, that they can hold us hostage and treat customers however they want. It is UNACCEPTABLE. There was another instance where my roommate placed a pick-up order and the employees gave his food away to another customer by accident. I understand mistakes happen, but instead of comping his order, they made him wait 30 minutes and offered him a free can of pop. Gee, that single can of pop sure makes up for all that time wasted. I've had sandwiches ordered out from this place; meatball sub, Italian subs, Italian beef (w cheese and w/o) a BLT and a really great burger. The BLT was really a great novelty; the long bun (split Turano, of course) was lined with fresh lettuce leaves and tomatoes and the whole inside was then filled with crisp real bits of broken bacon. Niiiiiice. The burger was outstanding, better from this pizza joint than many places that call themselves "burger joints." Actually, this compared favorably with a Red Robin burger -- and even better because I got it made to temperature (medium rare; yum!!). I wish I could give this Rosati's four stars, but, sadly, I cannot. What bothers me even more than the subpar slices of pizza I got was that it USED to be pretty good. Here is what happened, and some background.... First off, I am a pizza guy...I love it. To me, it should have a pretty firm crust, sauce that either has some spice to it or is sweet, and toppings that are plentiful. If you are a fan of extra thin crust cheese- while I respect your right to choose, I think you are making a mistake. The pizza was thinking crust, despite the owner saying, "No, that is double dough!" (Thick)...the toppings were lacking, and there was an oil slick on top of each slice, which I literally left hanging to drip the oil off before I blotted it. The sauce was also in short supply. Seeing as I had already paid for it and the guy had already run to the back of the kitchen, I tried a few bites and gave up...vowing not to return EVER! Chicken..so dried out..frozen & refried so many times. Had to throw out! Their French fries were frozen on inside & burnt on outside..3x..Awful. Pasta?? No way they have any culinary meaning of what spaghetti is. A few friends love their cauliflower. I specifically asked tonight, please don't charge us 6 bucks for 50 cents worth of cauliflower..not only did I get the same half of a tiny bag that feeds one person..but it was even less!! Terrible service. Everytime we have ordered in the last 2 months, our orders have either been wrong or missing items. Tonight my husband picked up our order and it was missing fries.
