Finally the pizza arrives - no apology from the manager or empathy from the server. Then she has the nerve to bring us our bill with no compensation. Can someone show some type of caring about customers here? I couldn't take it so I said I'm sure you are going to make some type of compensation for the wait time of our pizza. The server looked at us like a deer in headlights. I wanted to ask her if she was the customer how would she feel? She returned and gave us an excuse about their WiFi being down so she could not give us a new bill with $10 off. FYI the slot machines were working fine. I asked if she need to use the hot spot on my phone (I couldn't resist). We brought friends from out of town here and were embarrassed by the bad service.
