I'm a relative newcomer to this Rosati's Pizza location. I've had a bit of a different experience with the place than Ray W in that consistency of their pies is the best amongst the area pizzerias. I was spoiled by Little Italian's pizza (in Naperville, south of 75th St, just east of Washington) and mourned my loss when I moved out of their delivery zone. I won't say Rosati's beats Little Italian, but it's a really close second. What I like: no skimping on the toppings. When I say "easy sauce" I get just that. The toppings are fresh, the cheese is real (and just the right amount is used for that stretchy yum when you pull off those first few pieces) and the sausage (as noted by Ray) is outstanding. It never tastes like old pork and it has just the right amount of residual heat. I've ordered different combinations from one-ingredient to a loaded 'za and it doesn't matter. I know it's from Rosati's. Why I didn't give five stars: They place the pizza straight in the box without a buffer between the crust and cardboard. Steam builds up under the crust and it gets soggy if it sits in the box awhile. Little Italian always put a thin plastic "grid" on the cardboard, which kept the crust off the cardboard. The other issue is also with the boxing of the pizza: Little Italian places one of those plastic "tables" on top of the pie so the lid doesn't get pushed down onto the cheese during delivery. read more

Ordered tonight and got our pizza and mozzarella sticks within 45 minutes. Unfortunately our pizza was wrong and the mozzarella sticks weren't cooked enough, they had an odd grainy texture and the pizza should have been half cheese half pepperoni and sausage but came to us half sausage half pepperoni. When I called to mention the pizza issue they said they would put a credit on the account but didn't know how much to put. Hopefully it's better next time. read more

We are HUGE fans of this Rosati's, we easily order once a week if not more. We've been getting a thin crust pizza with sausage, pepperoni and garlic regularly for over a year and it is always delicious, hot and delivered to us quickly. I have branched out a little bit and tried the dough nuggets, fettuccini and mozzarella sticks and those have all been big winners too. There are a lot of pizza options, this is the best in the area. Also, save your coupons, they seem to never expire and can be used multiple times. read more

Pizza is always great. Tonight I witnessed a great customer service story. When I entered the store the manager was talking to a lady about her misplaced order. He offered to deliver the order and also not charge her for the order. He took care of me and assured that the other orders were proceeding. He then calmly and very politely approached the young lady employee who forgot to place the order. It was a teaching moment that was handled expertly. I order from this location frequently. I have never had a bad experience with delivery or food. The food is always cooked to perfection - I always order the cheese calzone with my choice of ingredients added to the calzone. There is a up charge for the extra ingredients and it's well worth it. Went here on 10/21/2020 at 430 pm order a slice of pizza & a Rosatis sub I told the girl Twice no Mortadella. The receipt said no Mortadella. Guess what was on my Sub. I took it back. She asked me if i wanted a new 1 I said no & handed her the sandwich back & left. read more

We moved up here a year ago and have been searching for a go to pizza place and we found ours in this Rosati's. This particular Rosati's has been at this location under the same ownership since the mod 80's. I have always thought this one tasted better than any others and the owner claims it's all in the sauce which he says is different then all other Rosati's. Whatever it is it's working this is my favorite pizza by my apartment and it is always our go to. It's always ready fast and always delicious. Make sure you bring a coupon they are always available by mail, newspaper or online. If looking for a good local pizza I would recommend this to anyone. read more

Very disappointed in service! Never got to try their food and won't be! Ordered food for my family on Valentine's Day. Expecting the food an hour later instead I received a phone call saying they don't deliver and I'm 0.5 miles away! So spoke to the Manager Tony about a coupon problem (this is the second or third time a different coupon was not deducting the Proper amount in store and on the website) and its false advertising. I have $23.98 in pasta dishes ordered plus a sandwhich and cinnamon sticks full total before tip and "savings" with delivery is $40.20. The coupon has no amount stipulations only says "Cannot be combined with any other offer." It was only taking off $2.40 (which doing the math IN MY HEAD is not "20% Off Pastas With A Purchase of $15 Or More" (which when the math is done comes to $4.796 rounding up to $4.80) on the website so I called, same thing. Argued with the Manager who couldnt math and had to bust out a calculator to check the math and still get it wrong and make up some excuse of why its corporates fault and offer me no solution. If you order from here watch your coupons and the deductions good. I was a loyal loving customer and order often. Sadly the Roasti's brand will be removed from my household and other household's of relatives and friends because of this. read more

Ordered from here twice. First time was during the Super Bowl. Any delivery is going to take awhile.....and they actually arrived sooner than could have been expected. Unfortunately, the toppings had slid to one side and the crust was a bit undercooked. Being it was the day of the Super Bowl, we chalked it up to them being extremely busy. We ordered recently. The pizza arrived in a timely fashion. It looked and smelled good. When we ate it, however, the crust was raw. Not "kinda" raw. It was literally stretchy. We couldn't understand how the toppings could be cooked and the cheese melted, yet the crust completely doughy. It was so horrible, we could only laugh. I give it two stars simply for the entertainment value. Not often can four people laugh for $30. Go, or order, for the comedy......but don't stay for the food. read more

Rosati's is definitely my go-to pizza place, as the quality is always consistent. Pizza, wings, calzones, chicken parm are all always good. I usually do thin crust or double dough. I do wish there was a little more "zest" to their sauce, but for a chain, it's still good. And I can't find a decent pizza place around me so I appreciate having Rosati's nearby. Delivery is always fast, whether through GrubHub or the store itself, and employees are friendly. read more

Once upon a time (from 2005 to 2009), this was my favorite pizza place in the Western suburbs. It wasn't perfect, just the best I'd discovered (and I tried a bunch, as none lived up to my South-Side Chicago upbringing expectations). Rosati's had good ingredients, but not good pizza-making expertise. In fact, at least one other Rosati's (Romeoville) seems to have the same problems with consistency (I wish I knew this was). It'd gotten to the point that whenever I'd order pizza, I'd have to "instruct" them on how to make it properly. For example, If I didn't say "extra-thin" there'd be a 50/50 chance of it being too thick. Then I noticed that sometimes the crust was not crispy-flakey enough (as if they cooked it less time because it was extra thin or something, I dunno). So then I had to say "extra-thin, extra-crispy." Of course, then they started burning the crust half the time. I wasn't sure if they were annoyed by my "special requests" and were doing that on purpose or what? Sure didn't seem to take any pride in their work though. It was way more than I' should have put up with though. Eventually, I learned to just ask for the manager when I placed my order and say "extra-thin, extra-crispy, and don't burn it," (and he'd make sure that it was made properly). Why did I put up having to order like that just to get a decent pizza for so long?... Just because I couldn't find another place within driving distance whose sauce and sausage I enjoyed as much as Rosati's... ...until last summer!! Ironically, there was a much better place right in my own back yard just waiting to be discovered. Papa's Pizza Place on 83rd & Janes in Woodridge (see my review on them) was one I had mistaken for a Papa John's from the time we moved to Woodridge and just avoided for four years. Anyway, while not my favorite anymore, absence makes the heart (and tummy) grow fonder, I suppose. I still stop their every now and then. I like their pasta (baked mostaccioli especially) and garlic bread, two items they never screw up. read more

I bought a slice and was given an apparently old piece of pizza. It was cold and hard. The toppings lifted off of the crust as one solid piece: cheese, pepperoni and the sauce. I asked the young man to reheat it. That helped some. Secondly, I was not offered any condiments, I had to ask for it. After asking for condiments and asking to reheat my pizza I realize he did not give me napkins either. I knew he was becoming unnerved so I went without napkins. I had a box of tissues in my car that would have to do. It bothers me when businesses pawn off their old food to unsuspecting customers. I'm giving 2 stars because when the pizza was reheated it was somewhat better. read more

We've been longtime customers of this Rosati's and this most recent experience will be our last. The delivery driver got lost and called me twice for directions. The third time she called and demanded I drive out to another location to meet her for our delivery. I understand that she is a new driver and was frustrated, but her snippy attitude was unacceptable. I made a call and spoke to the manager, and while he apologized on behalf of the new driver, we were given no discounts or compensation for the error. I'm changing my review due to the manager's poor customer service. read more

So this place used to be good before they went all "corporate". My biggest complaint is that put so much cheese on the pizza that the crust ends up all doughy and soggy. The pizza we got tonight had so much cheese and was so doughy that we had to eat it with a fork! read more

Ordered pizza for the first time from them. I see how they have been in business for so long. Pizza reminded me of Genos pizza in Harvey that my parents ordered from weekly when I was growing up. Toppings and sauce on point. We had sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms. I walked in to order and waited. I used this location for a pretty sizable order for a baptism. They delivered right on time, and the large order was 100% accurate (including serving utensils). I made a few changes to the order throughout the week, and they were very accommodating. They made hosting a large party and breeze and hassle feee. I would recommend. read more

Hands down the best pizza I've eaten since living in the Lisle area for the last 4 years! I decided to give Rosati's a try because I grew up ordering from a Rosati's and their food was always delicious. The first time I placed an order the girl who answered the phone was polite and helpful and although they said it would take at least 45 minutes to an hour for delivery, we only waited about 30 minutes both times we've ordered. Great pizza and pasta, friendly and polite customer service and an exceptional delivery experience.
