Best pho I've ever had! My family tried the brisket pho, pho dac biet (tripe, meatball, and brisket), and the spring rolls. Everything was delicious and presented well. The restaurant interior was clean and tasteful. There is outdoor seating for those warm summer nights. The owner, Trinh, is one of the servers and was very attentive to all her customers. Stopped by to satisfy my Pho craving! Little did I know I would discover my new favorite place. We walked in and we're greeted with smiles; we were seated immediately & everyone enjoyed their food. The Pho was fresh and tasty; also a must try is the savory beef stew! Employees were so sweet, we didn't realize the place closed at 9... we stayed until 9:50 (oops!) and they didn't rush us out. We live in Charleston, SC and have not found a local Vietnamese restaurant that comes anywhere close to the experience at Rose Pho. We traveled to Seattle for our cruise to Alaska. Prior to our arrival, I found that Rose Pho online was close to our hotel in the SeaTac area. We went for dinner the night we arrived in Seattle, again the day before we left for our cruise, and for lunch when we arrived back in Seattle. All three visits were outstanding! At each visit we had the Spring rolls that were the best we have ever eaten. We also had the Bun, beef with snow peas, and the house wonton soup. Everything was cooked perfectly, delicious, and were substantial sized portions. The best part was meeting the owner, Rose. She remembered us when we came back for our second and third visits and greeted us with a warm welcome each time. I understand that her saying a prayer to some visitors is off putting, but we loved her holding our hands and praying for us, and we are Jewish!! What a disappointment! I'm part Vietnamese from Los Angeles so I've had my fair share of Vietnamese food. As soon as you walk in, you're immediately greeted by the employees with hugs and blessings (literally). The staff is authentic but the food is immensely altered to cater to the demographic. The restaurant is located on the outskirt of the Seattle and is approximately 10+ minutes outside of SeaTac. GPS kept leading us to somebody's backyard, we figured that was wrong. More likely located in the plaza across the street. You know something is off when you see Chinese and Thai food on the same menu as Pho. As far as the food goes, it was the service that lost me. The service wasn't rude but it wasn't right either. 1) Ordered milk tea boba. After waiting for 20 minutes, drink came but there was no boba, only jelly. Asked one of the restaurant employee and her response, "We ran out of boba. I gave you jelly instead. Is that ok?" The proper thing would be to inform me and not just dropped off my drink assuming it would be ok. It wasn't as if it was complimentary. 2) Waited 40 minutes for the first appetizer, shrimp egg roll. So greasy... 3) Waited another 10 minutes for my nem nuong and was not pleased. There was no typical eggroll crunchy wrap inside and was shorted on meat slice. It was basically a meatless spring roll. 4) Beef and chicken pho broth was salty and not very flavorful. Waitress who took down our order incorrectly put two orders of beef pho when we only wanted one. We returned the second one as soon as it was brought out. Instead of removing the second charge on our bill, the waitress tried to persuade us to take it home in a to-go box so she wouldn't have to readjust the bill. "I know it's my fault but do you still want to take it home?" with bill in hand. We immediately said no, just remove it from the bill. She went back to the counter to remove the second charge. What a joke this place is? I have no idea how this place received so many stars! read more

I absolutely love this restaurant! Best pho place I've ever been too! Right when you walk in, Trinh (the owner) will greet you & escort you to your seat! She hugs & bless everyone when you sit down. When I was here she definitely made me feel like I was at home with my mom. We ordered a Pho Dac Biet, Shrimp Spring Rolls, & fried banana with ice cream! Nice little pho restaurant in a shopping center in Normandy par, with plenty of parking. Delicious food. Quick service and friendly staff. Pho and banh mi was delicious! Smaller portions and a little bit higher pricing then pho restaurants in Burien/White Center but definitely worth the price and we will be back to try the other dishes they have to offer. The only down fall is that we were asked if we would like tea or water, we said tea thinking it was complimentary but they actually charge for the tea. Would appreciate if they told us that before offering the option. read more

I scrolled way back to April when I came to Seattle for a vacation to find this place and give it a 5-star review. Once we got off our flight we rented a car and yelped something on the way to Downtown Seattle and came across Rose Pho. This was unlike any pho place I've been to here in Southern California and I was just under the assumption that it'd probably not live up the its rating when I looked it up... Boy was I wrong. The broth here was overly refreshing, service was great, and the food was just delicious. They also charged for the steamed white rice for the rice dish separately! Incredibly friendly and delicious pho place not too far from the Sea-Tac airport. My boyfriend and I were welcomed into this restaurant with friendly smiles and hugs from the owner, who treated us like we were old friends. So nice, I couldn't get over it while I was eating lol. I ordered the fresh spring roll appetizer and a bowl of pho with brisket and flank steak, while my boyfriend ordered a pork chop plate that was huge. The spring rolls were amazing, they had this thin crispy wonton in the middle of the roll that gave it an extra crunch. The pho had great flavor and was perfect for the cold Washington weather. My boyfriend could barely finish his pork chop combo plate so you do get a lot for your money. I ordered Steam Rice with Pork. The portian is large but the food is so-so. I rate the meat 4/10. The price is a huge minus. Total is 13.5 plus tax is 14.95. Surprisingly, most food here has a new price (not like the menu anymore). I tried to find some good ones but cant. Hardly anything under 12.5$. It looks delicious but the taste is bland. This was my first time eating here and it will not be my last! The food was GREAT, but what was even better was the service. The owner is the sweetest, most gracious woman I have ever met. So kind and genuinely wants great things for all her customers. The atmosphere was perfect and the presentation of the food was 10/10 gorgeous!! I had the N2 pho (steak pho) and the potstickers. The potstickers are homemade, you can tell because there was still a little flour on the outside of the edges and they were DELICIOUS!! Recently moved to the neighborhood of Normandy Park and wanted to try some of the local restaurants. First time we came to this restaurant, I was caught a little off guard with the blessing the owner gives you but it is such a sweet gesture! Even when it is busy she makes sure to make her way over to give you blessings and talk with you personally. The menu has many options! I was a little worried to stray away from the Vietnamese cuisine and into more of the Thai dishes, but the Pad Thai is delicious, as well as the red curry! Can't wait to try more of their dishes, definitely a new favorite when wanting something close and quick! read more
