I didn't specify what to I want to change and I got a call from them asking which I thought was very nice. I recommend this business for bike repairs at 10 out of 10 and if I ever need any other work done, I will definitely be coming here.

Two other shops told me it was a lost cause and tried to upsell me on a full wheel replacement--quotes ranged from $90 to $250. Elite Bicycles took a different approach. They actually listened, assessed the damage thoroughly, and got to work. Not only did they repair the rim and replace the damaged and missing spokes, but they did it at a very fair price. I was given an ETA of a week but the bike showed up yesterday (4 days after I ordered it) and was ready to roll. The rest of the staff is awesome too. I had to bring the bike in today because some punk made me hit a pole and bent my derailer hanger. They fixed the bike while I waited and didn't charge me. I'm assuming they didn't charge because I just picked up the bike yesterday. Either way, I love that shop and will happily send my friends and family there!
