She claims to be "direct" but in my experience she is simply rude. When she picked up the phone she sighed deeply like she had no time for me, and it all went downhill from there. For me, anything medical requires the utmost care and compassion, and this experience left me in tears. If you need help with something as profound as healing a facial scar, why would you elect to put yourself in the path of human beings lacking in the basic skills of pleasant customer service, let ALONE a little compassion.
