We bought two kayaks there and they were good with the price. Been back many times. I prefer them over EMS because the have a bigger selection, and because when you buy there you're supporting a local business instead of a national chain.

Never received a call, so called them and was informed they couldn't do the job because grips were too old. Isn't that why you get new ones? When to pick them up and found one of the grips butchered and the rest not touched. My uncle, a combat Vietnam Veteran and senior, purchased a preowned RV from Camping World that was completely overpriced. He drove it less than 28 miles, and when I asked if the dealership would buy it back, they refused outright. It is incredibly disturbing to watch a company profit off of someone who should have been treated with honesty, fairness, and respect. Taking advantage of seniors is bad enough -- doing it to a Veteran is beyond disappointing. I would never recommend this place to friends, family, or anyone looking to make a major purchase. Every promise made was broken. I'm just over a month I've spent thousands on this 2022 RV making repairs. To add insult to injury I requested the general manager call me to discuss the issues but she has failed to do so. Color me not surprised. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy a hot wheel toy from these people, much less an RV. Never again will I shop in this store.
