Nice winery, pet friendly with cabanas you can rent for a party. (No dogs allowed in the cabanas though). Good wines and a nice gift shop as well, with live music some weekends and plenty of outdoor areas to explore. Careful outside in the early Fall, as the yellow jackets can be aggressive. Especially around sweet drinks. Seemed pricier to me than other nearby wineries but worth a visit. The Round Barn offers unique views and an interesting place to visit.

The blueberry wine was sweet but yet so good. Definitely worth getting a bottle for 25 rather than paying each 7+7 for a glass of wine. It's order at the tables but seems like there was an issue with food order but the worker there was kind enough to go check on ours, as it was closing to closing on the food truck. We spent most of the time at tabor hill winery but this was fun and worth going to. We had lunch at tabor hill which was just okay to us.

Fun place to visit. We were on a bachelorette trip and we enjoyed a tasting with a complimentary wine glass inside an then went outside for live music and some games

OMG The French Vanilla Cream and Black Walnut Cream taste EXACTLY like French Vanilla Ice Cream and Black Walnut Ice Cream!!!! The absolute BEST Cream Liqueur I have ever consumed -- EVER! They ship to Chicago so have at it! BTW the Cab and Pinot Grigio are good wines.

Had a nice girls brunch here on a late Sunday morning and it was a great stop! They had so much seating around the whole property and options to sit and be served or order to go. We chose a nice table in the lawn and enjoyed the music and atmosphere. You do order via your phone which is kind of nice not having to wait for staff but also creates the situation where your food doesn't always come out at the same time. But it was all pretty quick regardless. We enjoyed the pretzels and beer cheese that was very very good. Not sure why it was so good but it was. The Baroda bowl (which is really just nachos) was smothered well in meat and cheese and very satisfying. We also decided to share the dry flight and the fruit flight so we could try more. The flights had great variety and a wide range of flavors. After our time dining, we did an easy stroll on their walking trails on property next to the parking lot, which was very pleasant and actually connected to the neighboring vineyard. A great place for the girls, the family or a cute date.

The bottle is too tall to fit upright in my (regular sized) refrigerator!

Hadn't been here in some years, so my friend and I swung through the gift shop to pick up some wine while in the Baroda area. This place has greatly expanded since I was previously here, with outdoor dining, a food truck etc. Sadly they no longer make the Apple Demi Sec wine I loved, just more standard varietals like Riesling and Chardonnay. Which is rather sad as it loses a bit of that Michigan touch. Neither of the staff I asked even knew what I was talking about and thought it had been at Tabor Hills but nope, my old Yelp review proves me right! It was here. I will note that the bottle of Riesling i bought is too tall to fit in my (normal sized) refrigerator when standing upright!

I get the appeal and the vineyard and space is HUGE but the wine was only ok. Super bitter and dry. Wasn't my fav from the ones around there but I get why people would want to go there. A lot of space for kids to run, live music and it's also dog friendly

We had just finished our wine flight at the restaurant (wonderful beverages and outstanding service) and decided to take a scenic walk to the Round Barn. The grounds were beautiful and we were excited to be able to sit in one of the igloos. Admittedly, we were a little confused by the hours. There was some inconsistency between what we were told and the actual operating hours. However, we did have time to order a few cocktails and wines. When we were finished, we requested our uber to head back to town. Unfortunately we had difficulty getting one to come back out to the area, so our wait was longer than normal. In an effort to close the grounds, they would not allow us to use the inside restroom. I'm not a fan of portable restrooms, so I decided to try to wait it out. Our driver arrived at 5:30 (after an hour of trying to get a ride), so I decided to go ahead and attempt to use the portapotty. Unfortunately they had locked it and refused to allow me access. I definitely understand that they wanted to go home, but it was incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating. Everything else about our day was mostly perfect, so I decided to give 4 stars. As a tip though, for those who may choose to use alternate forms of transportation, please make sure you are aware of the potential waits for uber and exact closing times.

OMG... OMG... let me try you we had the greatest server. We arrived on a Sunday at 11:35am and they opened at 11am; the place was already jumping with people. I feel this is an upscale local bar vibe place because it was just a chill vibe - people dressed up and down; on top of that there was live music. We're planning on coming back next year - anyways let me get started. The mac n' cheese with pull pork (i think) - so good; I go so full and i didn't need to add any seasoning to it. very filling for the size too. They have a variety of drinks... wine, hard liquor, shots, wine flights, and liquor flights; i'm pretty amazed by this place. Gift shop didn't really call to me but everything else did. I literally didn't explore everything i wanted to - did you know they have trails as well? You can walk all through this place and 3 miles down you run into another "sister" business but we didn't visit there because we were fine in this location. GUESS WHAT.... Dogs are welcomed!!! This is huge plus for me since i was camping and couldn't leave her in the car and/or at the campsite alone. They sure do know how to keep customers coming back. Can't wait to visit again in 2023. Happy Eating/Drinking!!!

This is a beautiful, casual winery. It has live music and the atmosphere is fun. Best time to go is when it's warm out as outside is where a lot of the action is. We booked a cabana and the service, drinks, and food were great!

    Are kids welcome here?

Yes! My daughter who's 13 was with me. And there were much younger kids there as well.

Can you bring outside food into the winery or to eat outside? I am traveling with a bachelorette party and trying to figure out when we will eat our sandwiches!

Hi Kelly! Outside food is not allowed on Saturdays and Sundays because we have our food truck available. If you are coming during the week, you are more than welcome to bring your own snacks or picnic.

We're from the Grand Rapids area, so it was a bit of a trek being about an hour and a half away. GR has plenty of karaoke options in the surrounding area and a ton of breweries - none that I'm aware of mix the two, nor have anything as unique as this. Seeing as it was our first time here, we didn't know what to expect. It was pretty packed, actually pretty hard to find seating. Thankfully, we were eventually able to get a spot near the stage. One thing to note is that they don't serve food; however there's usually a food truck onsite, so that's nice, if you happen to like the type of food on that particular day. The place was pretty packed, of course it was a Saturday, so wasn't a big surprise. Unfortunately, a few of the adult beverages were unavailable, apparently due to the 10-year anniversary the day before. I first tried the dark bodega Mexican lager, it was good, but not really what I was in the mood for. So, I decided to try something a little different, I'm glad I did. I went with the peanut butter & jelly ale, wow, I was really impressed! I ended up sticking to the PB&J's for the rest of the night. A couple of others in my party, who normally don't like ales, tried the PB&j and thought it was great. All in all, it was a great experience. The karaoke was a blast, some absolutely incredible singers. And I've never seen a crowd so engaged, the place was full of energy, so I'm sure that added to the overall positive experience. If Watermark wasn't so far away, it would definitely be a regular visit for us. We missed the last crowd elimination karaoke event in June, but are planning to make a return trip for the next one in July!

To start, Mark seemed friendly enough--he offered to take photos at each stop and gave us the rundown of the day. He mentioned that he had "seen it all," from wild bachelorette parties to loud groups, and reassured us that nothing we did would surprise him. Even with that, something about the vibe felt a bit off from the beginning. The girls in our group tried to include him in little moments and keep things light, but as the day went on, his energy felt stranger and more uncomfortable. The real issue happened at our last stop. Instead of Mark taking our photo like he had at every other winery (where he took multiple vertical and horizontal shots each time), I asked a random woman to do it. Right as she was about to snap the picture, Mark walked up quickly, told her he'd handle it, and took the phone from her. When one of my friends politely asked him to make sure the sign was in the background--just like he had done all day--he reacted rudely and visibly annoyed. He took only two rushed photos and handed the phone back without a word. Our entire group exchanged looks because the shift in his demeanor was so sudden and uncomfortable. Then, on the ride home, the situation escalated. Mark kept flooring the gas repeatedly, something he had never done during the previous six drives between wineries. Despite previously priding himself on being a safe driver, none of us felt safe at all. It completely ruined the end of our trip and made every woman on the bus uneasy--especially concerning given that we were a group of drinking adults trusting him to get us home safely. After we arrived back, one friend calmly addressed her concerns to him. Instead of apologizing, he got defensive. He eventually admitted he "overreacted" and said he was offended that she asked him to get the sign in the background because he's "been doing this for six years and knows how to take a photo." It was bizarre behavior, and at that point we simply tipped him and asked him to leave because he was making everyone extremely uncomfortable. Overall, our day started off great but ended on a very unsettling note. For a service that's supposed to provide a fun, relaxed, and safe experience--especially for groups of women--I can't recommend South Shore Brew Bus based on this encounter. I would strongly consider booking with a different tour company.
