When we got there the place was really busy but the nice people at the counter were really quick to get to us and take our order. We were helped by this pleasant guy named Jesse who made sure to get our elaborate order accurate (despite how picky I can be) and everything came out fast and fresh. Horrible service. I waited over an hour and a half for a delivery and when I call they immediately put me on hold. I finally got a hold of someone and they're trying to tell me it's my fault they're late because I live 5 minutes from there. It doesn't make sense that I'm five minutes away and you're over half an hour late. AND the driver has the audacity to stand there until I tip him. Pizza was great, but not the workers. The workers were extremely rude and wore AirPods the whole time while talking to them. While getting drinks they also stared aggressively at us and also while serving salad at the salad bar, example policing the salad bar and watching pour our ranch. I have ordered from this location a handful of times and have had decent service. Today I was trying to call for a delivery, sadly I got no answer. I called for ten minutes. Once I called another location they said they have heard from other customers that they have had the same issue & many others have had to go to other locations for their orders. Very disappointed!!! My husband ordered a medium pepperoni pizza $24.00. Delivery came 1 1/2 hour later. Wrong pizza. He phoned them for a comp or disc on next order. Manager interrogated him like he did something wrong. Wanted to know exactly how much of the pizza had been eaten. My husband explained that we are feeding small children and so far 4 slices were eaten. Manager told him to send back old pizza and she will send new pizza. The wait would be 30 min or less. Couldn't get lunch today because there was no one behind the counter. And why does it need to be freezing at this location?

We come and eat here a lot because we love the pizza! However the service is not the best. This is my third bad experience since Josselyn I believe that's here name started working here. She is constantly making mistakes such as not making the right order or forgetting to add pizzas or voiding items and refunds. She did this the 3x I came to eat here. And also to the costumer who was in front of me. I specifically told her a couple of times the choice of toppings I wanted on the pizza and once it came out it was nothing how I had ordered it. I understand if she is new and makes mistakes but when she is just rude about It this is when it becomes an issue. She just has bad costumer service skills and doesn't really care about the Customers or her job. Definitely needs more training. And on top of this she has a horrible attitude. She went to the back to hide knowing she did a mistake and when the young lady asked for a box she grabbed it and tossed it on the counter. I then went to ask for a box myself and her demeanor was just outrageous! Very rude and I heard say something underneath her breath. I will for sure go back in and speak to her manager. After reading all of the horrible reviews I was not that excited to order. HOWEVER, we were visiting six flags and staying at the Fairfield on American canyon and I really wanted pizza for delivery so we ordered around 8pm on a Thursday night. They were well mannered on the phone, I ordered a xlarge 1/2 pep 1/2 BBQ chicken. Garden salad and root beer for delivery. Price was 46 which was pricey but I was desperate. Only issue I have is they said an 1 1/2 hour make and delivery time, what?? On a Thursday night at 8 pm, and on the same street????That is the only reason they got 4 stars. I really don't understand all the bad reviews and the "high school students run this place". We were all young and working a similar job at some point. I was greeted the second I opened the door. Place looked pretty clean. Viviana took my order and was beyond sweet, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions with no hesitation. Rest of the staff was super friendly as well. On top of all of that, my food came out in a reasonable amount of time considering the fact that I wasn't the only customer and it is a pizza place so they have to start from scratch. This store has no Store Manager and the supervisor 's ( Raquel & Larabell),are extremely rude and have no clue what they are doing... I stay in Hidden Brooke Parkway which is very much in American Canyon. I have placed an order and was charged on my Debit Card. Which was denied service after 35 mins without an appropriate reason. The Driver Jay is the Boss who decides on which order to deliver and which one not to. Moreover upon requesting Larabell misbehaved and hang up. I love Round Table Pizza... but the delivery service was horrible. They're probably 5 mins away from my house, but having little ones at home, getting it delivered, i thought, would be the most convenient. It took the guy 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to my house, by that time the pizza was cold!!!! He didn't give us any peppers or parmegan cheese packets. Management needs to look at the customer service being provided. The 2 girls working the register needs to pay a bit more attention to customers and stop chit chatting with each other. Walked in through the door and 2 young cashiers were talking, they see me standing there and they don't bother to stop and say hello. The conversation goes on for about a minute or two, they look at me and continue. Once they finished, one finally asked how I could be helped. Not a good first impression, they could have easily continued their conversation when no customers were around. They're not pleasant to speak with, they weren't helpful and they're a bit arrogant for working in customer service. One wore glasses and they other long hair with highlights. read more

I am beyond frustrated with this establishment! The corporation in general has lost my business. I just ordered a pizza for delivery to be called back 10 minutes later to inform me that they don't deliver to my address. I have got that response from the 2 closest locations to me. I have had at least 6 deliveries in the past year from this location!!!! I asked to speak to a Manager and was told she wasn't in until 4pm, then when I ask for a follow up call from the Manager I am told its her day off. The pizza is good if you can eat it warm. The delivery service is lacking. I was told an hour for my pizza and it took close to two hours. When it did finally make it here it was luke warm almost cold. I called and asked for a manager and was told they don't have managers until 4pm. I asked if anyone is in charge and was told no. Had a horrible experience ordering pizza from here. Received a coupon in my email for a large specialty pizza with 6 free garlic twists or cinnamon twists for $18. When I called to order, the lady on the phone told me the coupon could not be used for garlic twists-after I explained my coupon clearly stated they were for garlic twists, she went ahead. When I arrived and went to pay, showing my coupon, the cashier told me that the coupon was for on-line ordering only. The coupon stated on it that it was for dine in, take out, or on-line ordering and I pointed that out to her. She stated that there was no way she could honor the price since the register wouldn't take the code. I asked to speak to a manager on duty and she said there wouldn't be one for another 3 hours. After some discussion back and forth, she finally gave me the meal for $19.99. Very frustrating and I find it very hard to believe that there wasn't a manager on duty or person in charge to make decisions and that there was no way for her to change the price in the register to honor my coupon. read more

The food wasn't bad, but my 1 star is for the customer service! Right when I walked in the girl was very rude and just started at my and her body language made me feel like she was annoyed. I placed my order online and it said it'd be ready at 8:03 and I walked in at exactly 8:03 and she just said "7-10 more minutes". Dirty place. I don't think that anyone has cleaned any of the windows or frames in a long time. Just shows neglect. I get that the job does not pay much...however, please train your staff. Today, I had an issue with my online order. The payment was applied to my credit card but the pizza never arrived. I called and spoke to a very inexperienced person (not her fault). Apparently, she has not been trained to figure out my situation. Poor gal placed me on hold for 5 minutes, then returned to tell me that Sarah, the acting supervisor (Rose is on vacation) had just clocked out and would have to look into it when she is back on the clock. Seriously!? This boils down to training and poor upper management. Rose, act like a manager and train your staff to act professionally. I then tried calling Customer Service, all she was able to do is take my information and escalate my issue to upper management.
