I used to work at a roundtable and we held ourselves to what seemed to me like a pretty high standard. The guys at the American Canyon store clearly don't. Pies always come out really late and are sloppily thrown together. It never looks like they are that busy either. Front of house staff lacks tact. And their ranch isn't the real-deal hidden valley buttermilk ranch that is a critical staple for any ranch-dipping pizza lovers. SLOW and horrible customer service. We went in today (at around 2pm or 3pm) and waited almost one full hour for one large pizza and an order of cheese sticks. There was only ONE table with customers dining in when we came. We saw people picking up pizzas every 15 minutes or so. We were very patient but after almost an hour we had to say something. They offered no reason why it took so long and told us 7 more minutes. Much more than 10 minutes went by, still no pizza. I went up to ask them what was going on and they quickly took the pizza out of the oven and finally brought it to us. When we asked why it took so long, instead of an apology, we received reasons such as "it's busier on the weekend" (Note that there was only one table with customers when we came in), and "well, we were really busy during the morning" (it was not the morning anymore). We resumed to ask why people were picking up so much during that entire hour, as it seemed like their pizzas had more priority. Well, the young lady said that yes, people ordering for pickup had a higher priority. This is unbelievable. Horrible service. Tables were dirty but, to be honest, I never care about that when it comes to any restaurant, anyway. I just care about my food. Advice for management: HIRE COMPETENT EMPLOYEES that can actually work fast. People who really DESERVE jobs need to be hired. If we don't make this place competitive, lazy people are going to get jobs over people who really want to work. It's either that, or YOU as the leader/manager of that restaurant are the incompetent one and need to get your butt to work. Other people who want to be managers that are more competent may be more deserving of your job. You may have hard-working employees that are waiting to be led. read more

The few times I've been here the service has been fast. Never dined in always pick up. All those times I didn't have to wait in line and they always got my order right. The only down side is about $50 for two large pizzas. But, they are a premium pizza so you get what you paid for. read more

Had to consistently repeat myself since the associate was pre occupied with the AirPods in her ear. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! On 3/25/18 approx. 6:08 pm I called to place an order for pick up. The young man that answered the phone first asked me what I would like to order before asking for my phone number but I proceeded to tell him that I had a coupon for $21.99 for a large specialty pizza. I explained that I wanted half king Arthur supreme and I asked him was the pizza that came with bbq sauce on it called the Wombo combo. He replied "Yes". So I completed my order by saying ok let me get the other half the wombo combo and the entire pizza with white sauce instead of the red sauce and no green onions. I also order 6 parmesan twists. My daughter picks ups the order and brings it home. I open the pizza box and see green onions on the pizza and no bbq sauce. I look at the receipt and it clearly has on it no green onions. I called the store back and the same young man that took my order was on the other line. I explained the issue and his reply to me is "That sometimes happen!" I was shocked at what I was just told. At that point, I asked to speak to a manager. I lady by the name of Raquel came to the phone. I asked her if she was the manager. She stated that she was the supervisor in charge. So, I explained the situation. She apologized for the employees comments and proceeded to tell me that he was actually new on the phones. I told her that if he didn't know the correct pizza that I was asking for then he should have told me that he didn't know and ask to put me on hold to go find out but he didn't. He guessed incorrectly, and then to tell me because the order got messed up that "it happens sometimes" is unacceptable. The supervisor offered to fix me another pizza with and to refund my money back because of the mix up and for the employees comments. I accepted and told her that my husband was on his way back to the store to bring the pizza back. My husband arrives at the store and the young man tells him that Raquel left and that the manager knew nothing about this. So no pizza had been made. My husband called me explaining what was going on and I told him to ask if I could speak to the manager. The manager SARAH, comes to the phone. She basically told me that the supervisor had no right to tell me she would give me a new pizza and refund my money because they don't do that anymore. I told her that is not the customer's issue and that would be something that she should take up with her but because she already told me that was what she was going to do she should honor. So, I'm explaining this again and I hear complete silence. My husband gets back on the phone and he hears me say "hello". He says, oh, I thought you had hung up. The manager wasn't listening to a word you said, she had the phone just hanging. She tells my husband she was helping a customer. My husband tells her that she was talking to a customer and that was very rude. She was very rude to my husband to the fact that he was beyond mad. He got so mad that he threw the pizza that he brought back and told them he would NEVER come back to that store. We have been coming to this location for years. The previous manager Rose was fantastic. She was always pleasant even if there was an issue with an order. My husband and I were treated like we were nobody. Tonight we ventured into Round Table for some good eats and to take part in a a fundraiser for the school that my two young children attend. While I've eaten at or have had pizza's delivered from this establishment before, tonight's experience was more on the down side of things. In addition to a fundraiser, there was also a birthday party...so the place was pretty much packed. With those factors taken into consideration, they were seriously understaffed this night. The two ladies making the pizzas seemed totally clueless and lacking any sense of urgency to make the food in a timely manner. It doesn't take much of a brain or any special skill to make a pizza. Clearly, the two ladies were overmatched on this night. 1 hour and 3 starving kids later, we finally got our pizza and devoured it in less than 10 minutes. Ordered online. In the same parking lot as the hotel I was staying at. Don't know what the problem was but my pickup time was 3:25 pm. When I walked over there the pizza wasn't even close to being done. I had to wait 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. There were 2 girls working there when I went in. I've been to this place a few times already. All the times I went, there was always something wrong. Last time the soda machine didn't work. Whaaat?! Pizza with no soda....whaaaack! This time I went, it was freakin colder than a freezer in there. I felt like I was going to catch a cold if I stayed there a little longer. Ordered online, picked up the pizza and didn't realize that they gave me the wrong pizza until I got home. Also, the person on the counter didn't seem to have a clue on what's going on. She wanted to charge my credit card again for an online pizza order that was already confirmed with a credit card. The same day my brother-in-law ordered for delivery and it took almost 3 hours for delivery. Round table is one if those places you want to go to if you hate yourself and are in need of salty comfort fast food. The pizza is served hot and fresh. But very salty and oily. It's quite pricy considering you're only ordering pizza. After eating round table pizza, I always immediately have large loose bowel movements. I usually spend most of my day sitting on the toilet. I don't know if it's because the pizza dough is aged or laxatives were added. (I don't really mind about the aging process of the pizza dough because it has a distinct fermented taste). The layout of the restaurant is great. As you walk in, there are high tables and chairs on your left. On your right, they have family seating. They also have approx 2-3 TV's. I like to eat pizza, drink coke, and watch tv. Round table has a website that makes it easy to customize the toppings you want on your pizza. Watch out when you order delivery because included in your bill is a delivery charge. (Don't tip the delivery man). So if you're constipated in need of a pizza laxative, and want to increase your blood sodium levels, go to round table and eat your life away ;) read more

This location should get a 0 star. I ordered at 6:05pm. They said about 1 hr delivery. 1 hr later no pizza but gave them a little more time before I called. Called at 7:20pm and the high school sounding girl said sorry but they are running behind schedule. She said 30mins more. 8pm comes but didnt call til 810pm. This time I told her this is now getting rediculous. She said pizza is next on list for delivery. 850pm pizza arrives, I told the driver its almost fu@@king 3 hrs. The large pizza was decent in taste but small in size for a heft $19 dollars. We did take out so I couldn't attest to the in dining service you could get but they do have a nice looking salad bar if your eating tandem with a health nut. The place was a location convenient choice since it was right next to our hotel and we were looking for a bite before everything closed. The pizza itself was good but it was between a frozen/delivery category and a nice quality pizza. The complex this place is in looks gorgeous and is a new piece to American Canyon with easy parking and quick access. If your in the area this is one of the best places to check out in the new complex for a nice and quick dinner that doesn't border into fast food. read more

I wasn't familiar with this chain, but it's mediocre pizza at best. Kinda like a step up from Chuck E Cheese. The crust just felt excessively greasy and I'm sure all the toppings were canned. I am surprised with all the complaints of other patrons, they probably have the best pizza in town, nice location right next to walmart and a frozen yogurt. Grocery, pizza then dessert right? ;) We've been here a couple of times, we even tried ordering over the phone and showed up 20 minutes later, payed and off we go.
