Used to love the pizza and hot wings here. However, we had them about 2 weeks ago and the quality is so horrible now. The pizza quality was noticeably horrible and the hot wing sauce wasn't as hot anymore. It tasted more like the mild sauce when I specifically asked for hot. This place always puts you on hold when you call for an order. Their website is either not available to place an order or when it is it doesn't accept the address for delivery. It will tell you to choose from a list but the list doesn't show up, I have told them of these shortcomings and months later it is still the same. Frustrating! read more

Breadsticks - dangerously good carbs that disappear in seconds. I guess they are actually twists, with lots of garlic and some cheese melted on top. Dippers delight with ranch, (I) skip the marinara sauce. Salad bar pro's! Lots of options from veggies to fruits, average about 5 salad dressings! I love round table. They always make some good pizza. It is probably my favorite corporate chain pizza spot. I have ordered apps, pizza, salads, sammies. so much and im always happy. First time i ordered from this location and wow was i upset. I usually get the garlic cheese bread which im not going to lie. was still on point which is why i am ok giving this place a 1 star, if you could give zeros i would but the bread was yummy as usual. The problem, i ordered a large skinny 1/2 extra cheese 1/2 pepperoni. The pizza came burnt. and i dont mean slightly extra crispy. IT looked burnt. Pizza sometimes can have mishaps. but this suggest the staff made the pizza, saw it was overcooked, and sent it out for delivery anyways, and that is not ok. That is poor management because you cant always quality check, but some random checks should be done when pizza is sent out. I mean, you burn the pizza, remake it, dont send it out. i rather wait an extra 15 then get horrible burnt pizza that is black on 20%, and dehydrated from overcooking. Please get your spot in check Benicia, cause RTP is better than this. read more

We ordered 4 pizzas (#54) for 15 children as we used the conference room, as we've done the last 2 years bi-monthly. A gentlemen came in the conference room with an order( #64 )in a box, and we informed him it wasn't ours. We only received 3 pizzas on silver trays to the conference room , our 4th pizza never came. I inquired with Janelle ( the manager) about the last pizza and she told me, while rolling her neck with attitude , the she sent out that pizza. She continued being rude and over talking me, as well as 2 other adults then threatened to put us out and/or call the police. We had our receipts because we'd spent almost $200 collectively that evening however she still refused to accommodate us and told me I could speak to her employee. nor would she contact the owner as I'd suggested. I just got off the phone with the owner of the store which pissed me off because I didn't want to yelp them trying to give them the benefit of the doubt! May 15 we order 2 pizza and we All got sick from it, Called them the next day and they said they would refund us. I think the Benicia Round Table is one of the highest quality ones around. Sometimes I go to other chains and it was way mroe fast food than this location. They also involve themselves in the community, hosting events that result in proceeds going towards that cause. Love Round Table pizza and have been ordering from here for years. However, I'm concerned about this last time I went to pickup my order and a younger guy was helping the cashier. I noticed a very visible cut on his hand with blood. I said, ouch. He said, yeah it happens all the time. He then went to the back to make my salad. I noticed he was not wearing a glove or a bandaid while doing so. I ended up leaving but then going back and asking them to make a new one as I didn't feel comfortable eating it. An extra large pizza is maybe the size of a medium at best at any independent mom and pop pizza parlor. Their large pie is described as 16 slices at a cost of $30.00 and was 16 inches in diameter at best. The crust is undercooked and soggy. Their bread sticks are barely browned doughy and inedible with cold dipping sauces. Prepare to wait forever for your food to arrive. Avoid this joint at all costs! read more

This place has changed ownership and it's now terrible. Service is non-existent. The last 4 orders have been either lost or delivered extremely late. Manager yelled at me for checking on my order. That was two weeks ago. I tried them again this past week and after nearly 90 minutes of waiting I called to check on my very late delivery. They said it was out for delivery. I called again 45 minutes later and they said it was still out for delivery. Finally showed up (delivery driver pulled it out of his trunk) and my very cold pizza was my reward for waiting. Called to try and reserve the private room. Madison told me to call back because they were busy. I told her that I was a customer too and that I waited my turn in line as she placed me on hold for more than 10 minutes. She was rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that the manager is going to tell me to call back when it's not busy. How am I suppose to know when that is? It shouldn't even take long to see if the room is available. She ended up hanging up on me. I'll be taking my large party elsewhere.
