I enjoyed my cheeseless pizza. Not many pizzarias can nail this but they did. The pizza was delicious and the customer service was great.

Show up 30 minutes before closing and wouldn't take my order cause they are only fulfilling orders and closing.

I ordered a pizza in September with a coupon attached to the outer box. I just ordered a pizza and tried to use the coupon I had from last month and noticed it expired in June and RT would not honor it. Basically they gave me a coupon with my order that expired 3 months before my order. This is a JOKE and apparently now you can't have a small pizza delivered because it doesn't meet the minimum. I've been ordering from here for a very long time and have never had any issues until now under it's new ownership. I have been going to this Round Table for 30 years! Since they changed owners this place has gone down hill is a understatement....My last four experience's have been terrible....but I will only tell you about the last two. My wife and I like to sit down and eat sometimes...the last time they started vacuuming with the exhaust blowing at our table with our pizza...had to get the manager to get her to stop...Sorry we are trying to close early I was told. Last night I ordered a pizza to be delivered...1 hour and 50 minutes latter I call to find out what's up? Long story short they did not have my order in the records and told me a manger would call me...manager never called because he was delivering pizza's ....I called back and got Chris who asked me 4 times my number and name....asked if my name was Rachell 4 times ext ext....Then I cussed and told him to quit asking the same question four times....Then he called me Bro and said since I cussed at him it was ok to talk to me how ever he wants.....told him to have the manager call me and no phone call so I drove down to get my credit card refunded and I walked in hearing the crew talking and laughing about me....not good at all....Then 5 of them came to the front...asked why are all of you out here?? They were acting like they wanted to fight!! One of the guys said I remember you I took your order and said in a loud voice your credit card was denied!!! My card was not denied you wrote the number down wrong...Why did you not call me...he said he did and lied and then started to tell me he told me to hold on why my credit card went though....that never happened. Only thing he said is your pizza should be at your house in a hour.....I asked were is the manager...again he delivering pizza and would call me....no phone call...imagine that....Asked to have the owner call me....His name is Ali and he has not reached out either.... I will never go back to this place again...the lack respect for adults and training is a shame for the people of Benicia!!! Breadsticks - dangerously good carbs that disappear in seconds. I guess they are actually twists, with lots of garlic and some cheese melted on top. Dippers delight with ranch, (I) skip the marinara sauce. Salad bar pro's! Lots of options from veggies to fruits, average about 5 salad dressings! They get an A+ for having those crispy noodles to top the salad, those are a rare find these days! Used to love the pizza and hot wings here. However, we had them about 2 weeks ago and the quality is so horrible now. The pizza quality was noticeably horrible and the hot wing sauce wasn't as hot anymore. It tasted more like the mild sauce when I specifically asked for hot. This place always puts you on hold when you call for an order. Their website is either not available to place an order or when it is it doesn't accept the address for delivery. It will tell you to choose from a list but the list doesn't show up, I have told them of these shortcomings and months later it is still the same. Frustrating! read more

I love round table. They always make some good pizza. It is probably my favorite corporate chain pizza spot. I have ordered apps, pizza, salads, sammies. so much and im always happy. First time i ordered from this location and wow was i upset. I usually get the garlic cheese bread which im not going to lie. was still on point which is why i am ok giving this place a 1 star, if you could give zeros i would but the bread was yummy as usual. The problem, i ordered a large skinny 1/2 extra cheese 1/2 pepperoni. The pizza came burnt. and i dont mean slightly extra crispy. IT looked burnt. Pizza sometimes can have mishaps. but this suggest the staff made the pizza, saw it was overcooked, and sent it out for delivery anyways, and that is not ok. That is poor management because you cant always quality check, but some random checks should be done when pizza is sent out. I mean, you burn the pizza, remake it, dont send it out. i rather wait an extra 15 then get horrible burnt pizza that is black on 20%, and dehydrated from overcooking. We ordered 4 pizzas (#54) for 15 children as we used the conference room, as we've done the last 2 years bi-monthly. A gentlemen came in the conference room with an order( #64 )in a box, and we informed him it wasn't ours. We only received 3 pizzas on silver trays to the conference room , our 4th pizza never came. I inquired with Janelle ( the manager) about the last pizza and she told me, while rolling her neck with attitude , the she sent out that pizza. She continued being rude and over talking me, as well as 2 other adults then threatened to put us out and/or call the police. We had our receipts because we'd spent almost $200 collectively that evening however she still refused to accommodate us and told me I could speak to her employee. nor would she contact the owner as I'd suggested. May 15 we order 2 pizza and we All got sick from it, Called them the next day and they said they would refund us. I think the Benicia Round Table is one of the highest quality ones around. Sometimes I go to other chains and it was way mroe fast food than this location. They also involve themselves in the community, hosting events that result in proceeds going towards that cause. Love Round Table pizza and have been ordering from here for years. However, I'm concerned about this last time I went to pickup my order and a younger guy was helping the cashier. I noticed a very visible cut on his hand with blood. I said, ouch. He said, yeah it happens all the time. He then went to the back to make my salad. This place is a chain restaurant with misleading descriptions of their menu. If you think that a slice of pizza should be more than 2 inches wide you're in the wrong place! An extra large pizza is maybe the size of a medium at best at any independent mom and pop pizza parlor. Their large pie is described as 16 slices at a cost of $30.00 and was 16 inches in diameter at best. The crust is undercooked and soggy. Their bread sticks are barely browned doughy and inedible with cold dipping sauces. Prepare to wait forever for your food to arrive. Avoid this joint at all costs! read more

This place has changed ownership and it's now terrible. Service is non-existent. The last 4 orders have been either lost or delivered extremely late. Manager yelled at me for checking on my order. That was two weeks ago. I tried them again this past week and after nearly 90 minutes of waiting I called to check on my very late delivery. They said it was out for delivery. I called again 45 minutes later and they said it was still out for delivery. Finally showed up (delivery driver pulled it out of his trunk) and my very cold pizza was my reward for waiting. I called the restaurant to complain and the manager wasn't taking calls.
