As much as we enjoy the pizza, the service and customer care is lacking. Go to another pizza delivery service. This isn't the first time we've had problems with their delivery. Ordered a pizza multiple hours before a scheduled delivery time. When it didn't arrive on time, after 30 minutes we called the store. The server answering the phone passed us off to a manager--not knowing we could hear her conversation. Manager didn't care about our concern and wouldn't take our call. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza yesterday from them and went and picked it up. All went well but when we got the pizza home it was not even warm (we live 5 minutes away from the store) and the taste of the dough was it wasn't fully cooked. It gave me and my partner gastro-distress unfortunately. Left overs were thrown in the airfryer at 400 degrees and it was much better according to my partner. All I have to say about this Cathedral City, CA store is it is hit-n-miss on its product, consistency and delivery of their product. Their staff will argue with you immediately before listening. The pizza is my favorite. The guy at the counter was super nice (young kid). However, the restaurant was dirty. The floors were dirty and tables weren't cleaned. The store needs an update. I have been to no less than 30 round table locations over the years and this one was BY FAR the worst food I've ever had (and dirtiest location)...which I don't understand, as they are all basically the same!!! (give or take 10%, but isn't that the point? consistency?) Pizza from this location was like it wasn't even a round table. Dough was completely different AND under-cooked. Cheese was WAY lower quality and got very weird when we tried to throw it back in the oven at home. Best part...got SUPER SICK from it. DO NOT GO! Manager Peter told me I had to bring it back in and they would make me another one. LOL Why would we want more illness and grief from them?! I called in advance for a pizza delivery on October 31, 2022. The person taking the order was extremely rude and unprofessional. The delivery guy called and asked for the street name as they gave him the wrong street name or it was misspelled. The pizza was not good. Another time I had ordered pizza to be picked up at a specific time, I had company, went to pick up the pizza and when I got there they had not even started making it. I waited for almost an hour for the pizza. There was no explanation other than that they were busy. That time I had sent two emails about the issue and no response. So tried to go back and have a peaceful night ! Again this Alex guy was there and we just tried to avoid him and most of our visit was great with the other employees . As soon as he noticed us he started calling the other employees away from us saying he needed to talk to them so we started to feel singled out. This is the last time we go there ! 1/2* Had lunch here with a friend about 6 months ago had wings and salad in the restaurant and a pizza to go, wings were excellent as was the salad bar that's the two and a half Stars. the pizza was not prepared as described or illustrated toppings did not go to the edge of the crust, sausage product had a good flavor of pieces were approximately 2 inches apart, this did NOT match the illustrations on the commercials OR the pictures in the restaurant. Staff, a white male was efficient but not friendly at all, never even said thank you. He is there regular male employee, if you go there when they first open or at least he was 6 months ago. I remember eating here often as a kid and I was in the area with my husband, so I thought I'd swing in for some pizza for old time's sake. We got their 12.99 Large pepperoni pizza, and order of cheese sticks and one drink which costed us close to 20 bucks - which was over priced for the quality of the pizza. This Round Table Pizza has beyond exceeded my expectations for delivering a quality product and quality customer service to accompany it. The manager Dave/David goes out of his way to ensure every single customer is satisfied, which really does go a long way. When I had a problem with my order the first time I came to this location, he comped my meal, apologized, and didn't ask berating questions about it. That gesture paid off because I am eating here weekly now with friends and family. I recommend Round Table, specifically this location, to everybody because the customer service is truly unflappable. **review based on delivery experience ONLY** We used pizza to refuel after a crazy first night at Coachella. We were all craving pizza and I found Round Table on Yelp and they were pretty close by. I had also heard The Woody Show talking about this chain for a while so I was really interested in trying them out. I called them and placed my order. I ordered 2 large pizzas. One was a BBQ chicken pizza and the other was a meat lover's pizza. The delivery time was 45 mins and it took them about that amount of time to arrive to our hotel. The delivery lady couldn't find our room so I had to meet her in the lobby, which wasn't a big deal. The pizzas smelled so good and looked even better. Once we got to the room we were ready to pig out. The bbq chicken pizza was good but wasn't the best I've had. They were definitely not greedy with their toppings. It was actually a little hard to find a spot on the pizza with no toppings. The meat lover's pizza was good too but it's not really my pizza of choice. Overall, I was happy with my experience. The portions were a good size and the flavor was good too. Only thing I would improve or change is the fact that they didn't provide plates especially since they knew they were coming to a hotel. read more

Excellent customer service & great tasting pizza too! My wife & I were staying in a hotel in Cathedral City & wanted to have pizza delivered to our room. After calling around forever without much luck (we didn't want to go the Pizza Hut route tonight), we happened upon Round Table Pizza on Yelp. I gave them a call to order for delivery. The man who answered the phone was very friendly & even gave me a special on the pizza - twice as many toppings for a cheaper price! I ordered an XL & a Dew & waited for delivery, already impressed. Delivery time was exactly as quoted - about 45 minutes - not bad for a weekend. When the delivery man arrived (who was also very friendly), he compared the receipt to the pizza box & noticed that they gave me a Large instead of an Extra Large like I ordered, yet had still charged me for the Extra Large. He very nicely told me that he could either run back & get a Medium to bring back for me to make up for it, or call & have them adjust my price to a Large. We went with the extra Medium pizza option, & he delivered it promptly - only they made me another LARGE to make up for it!
