Shady, not ordering from here until it gets a new owner that knows how to run a (simple) franchise business. Before you read my word vomit below, See Elizabeth's review (https://yelp.to/7zmVtsdMf2) as we had almost the same experience (three times) ordering online. Ok. The owner doesn't check the online orders, apparently deliberately. How do I know this? Because we've ordered online 3 times since they reopened and the food has been extremely late each time. Pre-ordered, scheduled deliveries.... I also know this because it's what the delivery guy told me happens. Two of the three times we ordered the delivery guy kept saying "He [the owner] has different priorities". Different than what? Like what does that even mean? Well whatever it means our experiences felt like our orders went into a void. And when I pressed him a little, the delivery guy explicitly told me that the orders don't get checked until he does it himself. The delivery guy. Not the person working the register.or the cooks? The delivery guy.... On the third chance we gave them, the food hadn't arrived 40 mins past our scheduled time, and so I called to see what was up. The guy who picked up was actually the delivery guy and he said he was heading out in a few minutes with our food and we would be the first stop. Great. We live a 4 minute drive from the place so we were expecting it quick. 30 mins later still not here so I pick up my phone to call and then he shows up. Clearly, like Elizabeth, they did not have the order ready when I called and telling me the we're going to be right over was the beginning of the BS lies. Okey, so delivery guy is here. Then the food comes out of his bag and low and behold one of the two pizzas we ordered was not there. And of course it was the one for our kids. Yay. Oh joy of joys. No kids pizza. I was like, I want a refund for this, it's taken forever, none of this working out... and he said he can't do that and I'd have to contact the owner. Fine. So he said he'd go get the missing pizza for us, which is nice I guess, but said he was going to do another delivery first. It's already late. And again, this is the pizza for our little kids who have pretty much ran out of patience at this point. So my wife says, look I'll just drive over there and get it. Great, she goes and gets it... and does the guy offer a refund? No. Is the restaurant slammed with customers, clearly explaining what's going on? No, it's mostly empty. What does he say to her? Some sob story about how his system doesn't work and how he gets orders late... Well, even if our order plumbed through the clogged internet pipes at a snails pace and showed up on his computer screen 30 mins late, there was still time get to us by the time we had chosen. To be fair, he does try to offer free pizza or something for future orders but didn't actually give her any means to do that, like a coupon or anything. But that assumes we want to order from there again. Why not just a refund? That's easy ya? Also, if customer service was his thing ("we only want the best" or whatever.he said to Elizabeth)... Call people. Text them. Email them. Whatever. Communicate buddy... Or not, because as the delivery guy says, the owner "has other priorities". Whatever TF that means. So yeah.. more complete BS, straight from the owner here. The owner also tries to tell my wife that they had another order from a lady around the same time with her same name, and that's how some things got mixed up... The same name story. mmm hmm. Well the order was not in my wife's name. It was in mine. Thick, crunchy BS. Lastly, the pizza this time was terrible. Toppings and cheese super sparse (some slices on the kids CHEESE pizza didn't have any cheese) and I'm fairly certain they've changed the crust to some cheap, airy garbage you'd get in a microwave airplane meal.. not the soft, doughy crust were used to from RTP. So what's up with ignoring online orders? Why not communicate with your customers? Why is the delivery guy claiming the owner's priorities are "different"? Different in what way? What are these mysterious priorities were speaking of? Shady... Why has the crust changed to poor quality cracker bread? Where's the cheese on the cheese pizza? Where's accountability and good customer service. Where's Waldo? I don't normally write business reviews at all, let alone scathing ones. But this place might as well not have reopened. If you're the owner reading this there's no need to respond. I'm not going to write to your team at some othe companies email address. We don't want a refund or empty, free pizza promises. If you feel so inclined you can let them know yourself that this venture is not working out well and it's time to look for something less complicated than pizza. Cheers! read more

I heard a lot of great things about the owner and the reopening of this location on local Felton neighbor groups but I've ordered from this location 2x (delivery and pick-up) in the past month and have been let down both times. Saturday 10/19, I ordered over $100 worth of pizza for kid's birthday party hours in advance (4+ hours) and it seemed as if they forgot about my order entirely. When the delivery was 30 mins late, I assumed it just a busy Saturday and they would be coming soon. When it was an hour late I called the restaurant and asked for the status of the order they said it was out for delivery, no apology for it being so late either. Another 40 mins go by and the pizza is finally delivered. This tells me they never made my order, and probably weren't going to make it if I hadn't called. The delivery person was also unprofessional and awkward. I asked him to confirm the pizzas and/or the name they were placed under and he answered with "I don't know" and smirked. This wasn't a teenager or young adult either, this was a grown ass man. Zero customer service from him. Then this past weekend after a long day we decided to pick up some pizza. When my husband went to pick up the pizza the order was wrong. It seems like they need to revisit training on their employees and ordering system. Went to Felton Round Table Pizza today with my family, definitely the best pizza in the area and maybe the best I've ever had! You can tell everything in fresh, cooked to perfection, and that the owner is very passionate about what he does. He told me the cheese blend is specially made with 3 different cheeses and that the dough is made here, fresh, everyday. It was so much fun and even though they were busy and pizza is technically fast food, the employees still worked hard to create the restaurant experience. We were given plates and someone brought the food to us. Not only that, it was so fast! Took 10 minutes max. Additionally, I went to the game room with my sister and we had a great time. They have a few old games, a crane game, and a few machines that dispense little prizes like mustaches, slime, etc. Definitely a great place to take the kids. The place had a very welcoming atmosphere, great food, and fun games. Will be coming back soon! read more

I do not understand all the negative reviews on this particular Round Table. I have lived up here for 20 years. I've never had a bad pizza or a bad experience here. This place makes their pizza perfectly, as I expect. I grew up in San Jose and this pizza is the exact same as when I lived down there.... The pizza is pretty normal round table no complaints there but this has to be the most depressing location they have, stopped in because my usual work lunch spot was closed and this was close. Dark and dingy one employee working, taking orders then going in back and making them, no tvs or music just dead silence, I was there during what I would assume would be the lunch rush and was the only customer in the dining room. It felt very awkward and I couldn't wait to leave. Deliveries must be the only thing keeping this location open... read more

Hadn't been here in awhile, especially since I turned vegetarian. But ordered a mushroom pizza with regular crust and it was quite good. As good as, and better than other places in the area. They actually use tasty mushrooms. Also, they have two IPAs to choose from, and their beers are at really reasonable prices. I'll try their vege pizza next time. Nice! read more

It's a Round Table Pizza. If you've lived in the Western US, you probably already know what it taste like. This place serves the same Round Table quality pizza that I've had at every other location. I will never coming here again. I recieved racist remarks and was called ghetto after i brought up the fact my pizza had a hair in it as well as the cooks and cashier not having masks on properly. We've been going here for years and live locally. All commercial pizza will be inferior to homemade, that's a given! But, we love this place. The gourmet veggie with garlic sauce never fails us (we add sausage). They are quick and friendly and deliver which is a huge plus. Brandon was rude when I called in my order and rude when I picked it up. He couldn't figure out how to split my bill half cash and half credit card and I stood there for 5 mins waiting. Then I asked for some red sauce on the dude and he pointed to a sign that said "ranch dipping sauce is $1-". I ordered delivery, I know that's lazy of me but I really didn't feel like putting on real clothes. There's a $20 minimum for delivery. This wasn't a huge deal until I realized my order was $19.96 for a small pizza and a 2 liter of soda. The delivery was somewhat slow and the delivery guy was pretty creepy. I didn't feel awesome knowing that he knew where I lived after getting my pizza. The pizza was pretty small and really wasn't that much larger than a personal pizza. The small was also only good for 1 person. It was decent but really not worth the price. I was disappointed that it cost so much to delivery and wasn't worth the wait. Bummer. These guys are always friendly, and remember me when I go in. Our favorite is one topping: mushroom. We have also enjoyed some of their specials. Sometimes I'll phone from Scotts Valley and by the time I get there, the pizza is done. They usually say 15-20 minutes, but sometimes it's even faster.
