It's a little bit on the pricey side for what it is but the pizza is still good. Dependable goes a long way and being open seven days a week helps! The restaurant has the most unfriendly service imaginable. No smile, barely any eye contact and no thank you's combined with no table service (really? at those prices) = zero tip. Pizza, a beer and a pop for two people rang us 35$ and we were really disappointed with the quality of the pizza here. We are camping up the road and they said they would deliver our pizza. We waited the 1 hour - and then called them back. The guy taking the orders cannot write down a phone number at all. They said they do not deliver here and now we are stuck. What crappy service they gave. I would make darn sure you verify a thousand times with them about delivery before you believe their lies. Ordered a pizza for pick they said 20 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes. Waited there for 15 minutes. Whatever right. As I'm waiting I'm watching the workers work I notice one worker that has his fingers in his mouth trying to get something out of his teeth then looked up at me and quickly took his fingers out of his mouth and continued on making pizzas. I've been going to the Round Table in Felton for years, but the service and quality has been extremely poor lately. This evening I ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and it was completely unacceptable. There were at most three pieces of pepperoni on any given piece and at least two of the pieces looked like they had been mangled (looked like something has squished them). When I brought this up to the person helping me, he stated that there wasn't much he could do because his manager wasn't around. He offered to make another pizza, but I had just made a long commute home, and there was no way I was going to wait around for another 30 minutes. I used to love Round Table, but his is the second time I've had this sort of experience here; I'm going to try Mama Mia's and Redwood Pizza in the future. read more

3 times this year we have had problems with them. The manager has very bad attitude. They dont deliver until 3:00. And fail to tell you that when you place a delivery order at 2:00, then tell you an hour. Its now 3:30. Manager says theres over 5 orders waiting to be delivered and just cancelled ours. With that may orderes going one you would think they would start delivering sooner. Just losing business. Poor scheduling. The delivery driver even called to apologize. Wen there after a visit to Roaring Camp and got a large Hawaiian. It was pretty typical for Round Table - on the pricey side for chain pizza, and a bit on the greasy side, but better than any of the other major chains. (Personal gripe - it's pricey as chain pizza goes; It's not a $$$$ restaurant. I'd love to know how so many people are spending more than $60 per person here...) read more

I have been going to this round table for about 2 years now. I'm astounded at the reviews for this establishment, as it is common knowledge that it is one of the best round tables in the county, and certainly the best in the valley or surrounding areas. The pizza here is always freshly made, looks, and tastes great. The people that left reviews must be very bitter, unhappy people, as I am always treated well here and if there is ever a problem with my order it is resolved rather easily and very fairly. I love their pan crust, and you actually seem to get A little more cheese and sauce if you order it, but the same price ! I will definitely be a regular at this location for as long as it remains in business. To the people who left negative reviews because they lost a quarter in a toy machines, they have signs clearly posted saying no refund and play at your own risk. We are loyal to Round Table, and order on a regular basis, though we have only ordered from this store a few times. I placed a phone order for take-out at 4pm on a Saturday. They took my order and told me the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes or less. An hour later, still no pizza. I called back to inquire. This call was answered by someone else, and this young man told me that they dont even start the deliveries until 5pm, so based on that, they hung on to my order for an hour and were " just putting it in the oven now." I told them that I "wish i would have been told that the first time I called," and then I went on to say " OK, fine. we will wait for it." Well, without a word, no call, NOTHING, we never heard another word and the pizza never showed up. VERY POOR customer service and service recovery. Even if the first guy failed to communicate that the order wouldnt even be filled until an hour after I ordered it, they still had an opportunity to make it right after I called to inquire. They completely dropped the ball. Making a pizza isnt rocket science, boys. read more

Usually these guys do okay. They've screwed up my pizza couple of times, but they always remake it quickly and throw something in to make up for it. But tonight I called for delivery around 9pm (they're open til 10) and nobody answered. I called the other two local stores, and they both said that they get calls like this all the time - apparently this branch is individually owned, and periodically just closes at random times.
