We have order from this location several times for delivery and they always got the order wrong so we decided to start ordering and picking it up at the location and they still kept getting the order wrong. Last time, after going in and explaining the order was wrong they blamed us and tried to refuse to remake it. When they finally did remake it, they still forgot some ingredients! With the higher prices they decided to give you half the size in ingredients as well. It didn't stay the same, it's double the cost for half the sandwich. It's a shame to have to leave a 1 star review. The food was actually decent but the service was SO bad that I almost had to ask for a refund before the sandwiches were even made. Walked in on a Saturday and there were 4 employees working behind the counter. Stood there for 4 minutes and not a single one looked up or said hello or anything. Finally realized that they don't do customer service anymore and you have to order through the iPad (okay fine). Went to fill up our sodas and the syrup was out for one. Told the employee and she seemed very annoyed and didn't bother to replace it. One sandwich was missing cheese due to our mistake and we asked if we could get a few slices and pay for them. You would have thought that we asked her to remake the entire sandwich. While we were eating we noticed that several people came in and refused to use the iPad and walked straight to the register where the employee seemed even more annoyed that they had to take the order. Found this Togo's Restaurant while looking for something quick. This location was clean and busy. There were about 6 people pumping out orders at this location for a busy Saturday lunch rush. I ordered up a #7 - medium rare roast beef with all the trimmings on a Sourdough roll. This came out quick and ready to head out the door. The restaurant is clean and has lots of tables, though it needs to be wiped down as the table(s) I sat at were dirty and had crumbs from the previous person. Togo's like any other restaurant has a Rewards Program, but since I don't have any close to where I live I opted to skip this program. read more

I swear, every time we order from this place, we don't get what we ordered. It could be in person, or to go, or delivery and we never get the exact order. My husband just got home with our order. I ordered the French dip and there's NO "dip" for a French dip. Really? I mean that's so basic. In the past, I ordered a hummus sandwich with no mayo or tomatoes. We got a mayo & tomato sandwich, but no hummus or anything else on it. I've ordered a tuna sandwich with just cheese and I get it covered and all the Togo's Way stuff but no cheese. It doesn't smell very appetizing upon entry. There was only one person making sandwiches, and they have a computer style ordering device. No one acknowledges you, on any level. I do love Togo's sandwichs and their pastrami can't be beat! The daily deal on Monday is a regular pastrami sandwich and a soda for $8, a great deal and a great lunch. I've been frequenting this place during the shelter in place mess and of course they offer "to go". Although you can order on the app you will not get curbside delivery, you have to walk in to grab your food. The app is pretty convenient but doesn't allow you to choose a fountain drink. You can usually request it at the store but you end up getting a small, no option to get a large. Besides the app needing some work, Togo's is a great lunch option and they have deals to keep the price reasonable as well. Check'em out! read more

I should've walked in and exchange them but I did not want to make a Fuss. Couldn't tell the if it was the white bread didn't look like Sourdough or the picture on the wall. Skimpy portions! Pretty good location. They do pack them in during lunch. Service was good but felt rushed (I was at the end of the line). Sandwiches are ok, but similar to Subway. I wish they offered more premium ingredients. Although this is not a fault of this location. Store was dirty (tables, floor, bathroom, drink station) but I think this was due to the lunch rush. It would be helpful if they focused less on soles, and balance other aspects as well. Please get a new toilet! It took at least 6 minutes between flushes! We love Togo's but today when we went in, we had to use their new computer ordering. When we were having trouble we got no help. Our sandwich was a major disappointment. We wanted a large hot pastrami with just mustard and some Swiss cheese and peppers on the side. We got a large pastrami with everything on it. We will give it another try but if this happens again I am sad to say no more pastrami for us. I had issues with their mobile app too. It was forcing me to put produce on my sandwich. I've been eating at this Togos for years. But, lately they've really let me down. The past 2 times I've eaten there I was given completely different sandwiches than what I ordered. The first time I asked for an "avocado and cucumber" very clearly, and she put a turkey and cheese on the counter. This last time I decided to order it by number "27" and I ended up with a "26". Unlike Quiznos and Subway ("breadwiches"), Togos sandwich shops actually **deliver** on their advertised sandwich sizes. I like their large #7 (Hot Roast Beef), large #9 (hot pastrami) and large #10 (pastrami reuben) sandwiches. Mrs LH likes the #20 Tuna on parmesan bread. Sandwich quality is consistent across all the Togos locations I've visited, and service is friendly. At the Scotts Valley location, however, we prefer to get our sandwiches "ToGo," as this particular store's interior is a little dark and cramped. But their sandwiches are very good! read more
