It's a Roundtable. No better or worse than any other Roundtable. Only disadvantage is that they do not have a private group area for birthday parties or group meetings. During peak hours they are frequently crowded. No LARGE SCREEN TV in the place, though they have multiple smaller ones all around. They recently added outdoor seating... you can sit out front on the sidewalk next to the parking lot. Delivery people drive crazy, talking on their cell phones, and without regard to the traffic laws. These maniacs are easy to spot... their little pizza cars are covered with Roundtable graphics. Here are the facts: 1.) Best pizza in town, hands down. 2.) Most expensive pizza in town, hands up! My family has discovered a little known secret to get around this issue of cost vs. quality. At the Round Table in Hollister you can get it take-2-bake to go for about half of what you'd pay to have them bake it for you! We get a large pepperoni and a large combo take-2-bake out the door for about $22(May 2008), get home, crank up the oven and then modify then to our evil sinister desires, bu-ah, bu-ah, buahahahaha!!!! SO RIDICULOUS. I placed an order online, Hit submit several times and no confirmation number was provided for me. Called the location, and they said my order was not in their schedule so they proceed to take my order over the phone. The Promo Deal I had chosen was not available if I ordered over the phone( since I was fed up with the online problem) I decided to proceed, I would pay more. I give them my info, and ask if they can email me a receipt. The guy had to get the manager. I spoke to Issac the manager and gave him my email and he hung up on me. I had previously told them I was paying over the phone, I hadn't even given them my CC number and he just hung up. I call back and they tell me they hit exit on my order and I need to give them the order once AGAIN. Why is it taking me over 45 minutes to order 2 MEDIUM PIZZAS. I spoke to several " managers" and no one could help me. I was still willing to continue and pay and asked to speak to the managers. I let him know my experience with them had been so difficult, I was even willing to pay more because they didn't offer that promo deal. I asked him to give me an offer or discount to make up for my bad experience. He said no and i didn't even receive an apology for such a terrible time I had to call 5 times!!'. I ordered macaroni and cheese for the first time. I cannot recommend ordering this from round table again it was disgusting overpriced.

We just moved to Hollister and thought we'd order a pizza. We got a large with a side of chicken wings. The pizza took around 65 minutes to get to us and it was just barley warm. The chicken got thrown out for being to dry and or old? I called and talked to a manager, well he said he was a manager. He asked what I wanted to do about this issue. I asked him back, what are you going to do about this issue, he responded with we will send you a coupon for a free pizza and chicken. A week or so goes by and I get a letter from the owner herself in the mail from Round table and it's a coupon for free chicken wings? We spent over $45 bucks? Talking to others from Hollister, they say it's had a bad name since day one and it's not the workers who make it bad. So as far as pizza goes, we don't call them at all. A frozen pie from the market or papa murphy's will do just fine and it will be a hot pie for the family to eat! read more

The pizza is pretty good. I'd say it's close to the best in town but you pay the price. It's expensive, not cheap, especially if you're feeding a family. It gets pretty packed in the evening with families and people watching sports games. It can become loud and kind of obnoxious, but I've never had a bad experience there. Round table redeemed them selves last night. I decided that I would give them a second chance. We called in a take out order and was told 20 minutes we got there right as it was taken out of the oven and the order was correct this time. The girl that helped us was so nice. Great smile, friendly, just over all really nice. It was busy as always and it was just nice that she took her time with us but didn't hold anything up. I was thoroughly embarrassed taking my boys out for pizza on Friday 8-17-18. As we were eating, my son went to the salad bar and grabbed a small amount of jalapeños. A male "assistant manager" was walking around and scoping all the tables. When he saw we had jalapeños, he insisted on money or taking the plate with a room full of people. I really like this RTP very much as I don't recall ever having a big problem with time, service or quality. However, I don't understand how they close at 11PM during the week, but yet online and over the phone, they stop taking orders well before closing. If I wanted to order a personal pizza 15-25 minutes before closing, and pick it up, I would think that wouldn't be a problem because it would be ready by 11. Round Table Pizza is expensive anywhere you go and this one is no different. You can usually get your pizza breadsticks in less than a 1/2 an hour here and the salad bar is pretty good for a pizza joint. Tuesday nights are family nights here and if you bring little kids they can run wild and get there faces painted, along with this guy who makes the craziest balloon figures you have ever seen. Locally owned and operated by Michael and Allison Siccoli for more than a decade now this place has been recently remodeled and looks great. 3 stars from me because all in all it's your average pizza joint and it really ends up costing a lot to feed some people here. read more

This review is for the manager Erica, Let me start off by saying she handled this situation perfectly. I seem to have bad luck the last few times that I have ordered from here but she totally took care of me and the situation. I had ordered a personal pizza with drinks for my coworker because it was her birthday and round table is her absolute FAVORITE!! I ordered it early so that it can get here by her lunch hour. When it was time for me to go to lunch, I called round table to see what the status of my order was & I was told that the driver had just left and my order should be getting delivered. I came back from my lunch and the pizza had not been delivered yet which I thought was odd. I called again letting them know what was going on and apparently it had already been delivered but it never arrived to our office. I wasn't upset at all, I just wanted to make sure it got delivered to the right place because i had already been charged for this order. Erica gets on the phone and immediately apologizes and issued me a full refund and made the pizza ASAP and got it delivered. The driver did the deliver the pizza but not to our office, I really think it got delivered next door and our shady neighbor took the order Lo but either way, Erica didn't question the situation and she was being very helpful because of her customer service and how well she took care of this situation, I will come back again. Salad Bowl in salad bar was almost empty and watery, edame beans were frozen, everything else in salad bar was ok. I would rate a zero if I could and if not for Emilio. wanted to come for a nice peaceful time to sit down with my friend but the worker, I believe I caught that her name was Vanessa, was very very rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be at all helpful when I tried to explain I didn't get the ranches that were on my receipt. She told me they were "extra and the small ones" and I'd need to buy them, AGAIN. The worker, Emilio, was nice and helped me out without any hitch when she couldn't but I felt the need to comment that while he was sweet, the customer service in general sucked. Also, it was a thirty five minute wait time for two orders of wings and a personal pizza. I think I wouldn't have gotten it for another good wait if I hadn't have come up to ask how long the wait was and they, Vanessa and Emilio, said that it was going to be right out (I saw it literally sitting on the counter next to us and Vanessa went for it and grabbed it as I walked away and and then Emilio ended up bringing it??? ) I wasn't going to leave a negative review but also two weeks ago the same friend and I came to pick up our order and a worker named Justin yelled from behind the counter at us without us saying a word just because he didn't like my friend. So my wife and I took our 3year grandson to round table . We arrived and ordered at 6:16pm. We were told it would be 25 to 30 min. For our pizza. Even if it went to 35 min no issue. Well 45 min in we were still waiting. At that point my wife went to the counter to find out how much longer. Another 15 min later we finally got our pizza. If there was an issue, staff could have said something to us. From my last post the owner sent a message asking what he could do to fix things, because this is seems to be an ongoing problem. Prior to this experience I have been a longtime customer of Round Table Pizza for many years but I am very disappointed with the company today. Here's what happened; I went online to Round Table Pizza to see what their hours were and I had an hour so I placed my order online and paid with my debit bank card and my order was suppose to be ready 20 minutes before they closed. I go to pick up my order and the door is locked and the dining room lights are out. I even get out of my car to pull the door handle open but it's locked and nobody comes out., I called the store and nobody answered. I was so upset because the hours of operation posted online is obviously not being followed. The following day I went online to check my bank account and sure enough they charged my bank card so i went to the restaurant and explained what occurred and was given the number to their accountant who is suppose to reverse the charges but they never returned my calls (3). So i went back to RTP and asked for the manager and the employee recognized me from earlier and then informed me the day i came to pick up my order they was their but i said the door was locked and the lights were off she says all you had to do was knock on the door. Where do they find these employees? All i could do was stand their looking at her with whatever strength i had left in me to not verbally go off. I controlled myself and was told the manager wasn't in and they don't know when he will be because he's in and out all day so i left my name and number. He calls me back and says he will forward my info to their accountant and again nothing was done so on following Monday i left another message for the mgr. i told him nobody returned my call or my refund so he asked me to hold on and he came back on a few minutes later and he apparently was able to process my refund over the phone from their credit card machine, and sent me a text picture showing the requested refund and then finally four weeks after the initial transaction I finally received my refund, minus any apology. As competitive as the food industry is today, this just isn't the way I would treat my customers if I wanted to stay in the business. read more

I have came to this round table several times and seems like they can't do anything right here. I'm actually writing this waiting for my pizza. First instance was we placed a order they told us it would be ready in 45 min, so we showed up in 45 mins like they said and the pizza was not even in the oven yet..... So they gave us a coupon to shut me up Instance number two.... We ordered a pizza for delivery and when we got the pizza there wasn't sauce on half the pizza and there was maybe 10-15 slices of pepperoni on the whole pizza. So they sent us another coupon in the mail. Now I'm here again ordered my pizza at 6:31 and it's now 7:13 and my pizza is still not in the oven and they told me it would be ready in 20-25 min, this place has terrible customer service cannot get a order right and makes it really hard to keep coming back.... I mean it's a damn pizza it's not that hard to make. Boo! Best tasting pizza in town, but didn't give us our Baler discount on one pizza or side order of ranch at delivery! Person that took order explained that she was in training(no problem). She asked the manager how to proceed with discount & heard him explaining. The receipt showed that ranch was ordered and PAID FOR. Delivery person (who used to be a manager & still may be) stated she made the mistake, but the receipt clearly showed that ranch should have been delivered & discount wasn't taken. Team was on FIRE. They were all such hard-workers, I could see from where I was sitting they were all rushing around the kitchen. Our order was supposed to be ready within 35 minutes, but they had to take a few more minutes because they ran out of white sauce at that time.
