So this was a first! I came to pick up my order like I usually do and I'm parking in the public parking spot infront of the restaurant. I was to close to the pavement so I backed by car out to straighten the car. Quickly a gentleman who was making pizza inside came out and moved a cone to it and pointed to the Round Table sign and went inside to go back about making pizzas. I looked for another spot then went inside and asked the girl at the register why would someone do something like that? she said oh that's space for our driver who can come in and out when needed. Friday night and the parking lot was completely full. There was another employee in there at the register who would not look up. I said why would someone do that, couldn't wait a few minutes until I picked up my order. Nobody wanted to say anything!! Upon asking for the owner's name and number or email they said he doesn't have one. NICE! She then spoke to the man who was making the pizzas and she returned back to me and told me call to in the morning and you can speak to him he will be here. How rude on every account! Why on earth would you give the worst customer service! Treat your customers like crap ? There are other locations with much better customer service. read more

I don't eat "fast food" pizza that often but when I'm craving it, Round Table is my go to. I'm so glad there's a place that opened up near where I live. The store is mainly for pick ups so you won't find many tables inside. I usually order online and get an XL pizza w/ pepperoni, olives and sausage which hits the spot. Love that the sauce isn't overly sweet and tastes more savory. I tried getting the cinnamon dessert sticks which aren't great and the garlic sticks (too greasy). He was extraordinarily kind-hearted and pleasant to interact with, taking my friend and I's dining from grand to spectacular. It's always incredible to find spectacular employees at local businesses. This place is great. Ordered over the phone and the service was excellent. They told me it would be ready in about 20 minutes and it was actually ready earlier than that. The owner was very nice and polite when I went to pickup. Most importantly, the pizza was delicious. I ordered a regular crust instead of the thin crust that I usually get and it was perfectly cooked. Soft with gooey cheese on top and it had that audible crunch when I bit into it, down to the last bite. It was my first time trying Round Table Pizza, and when I walked in I observed the order taker Ali holding the door open for a customer. He was very nice, offered me a take home menu when I told him it was my first time. I typically wouldn't leave a review, but I thought Ali was so nice he deserved one. Website says open till 9 but upon walking in at 820 they denied anymore orders for the night . However beforehand was vigorously calling their phones but no one would answer. They make stellar pizza here. I am from the Bay and can honestly say I was raised on Round Table. This location is brand new, with minimal seating. They're installing a flat screen (finally yay!) and a cooler is already running for their sodas. Minimalist and effective. The pizza quality is 5 STAR!!! I have to minus one for the ranch dressing, because it's not my favorite. I really hope they upgrade from what tastes like bottled Hidden Valley to a homemade recipe. Top level ranch is crucial for wings and pizza in my book! They deliver via PostMates (last time I checked the delivery fee was a buck). Yesterday I ordered a heart pizza for Valentine's Day around noon while I was at work for a 6:30 pick up. Also the guys in the back curse a lot amongst each other which was not very professional. Tried using a promo coupon that was in the app for a free personal size pizza with my app order but they didn't honor that here for some reason. All in all, my experience was not good. Pizza was not balanced. Too much sauce on one side while other side seemed ok. Salami tasted off and overpowered the other toppings whereas it should've been in harmony with other toppings.
