When I asked what verification process CPK has in place to ensure that the correct person is receiving a customer's order, I was told there essentially isn't one. That is completely unacceptable. Without verifying the driver's identity or confirming the pickup, anyone could potentially walk away with someone else's order. To make matters worse, the manager refused to speak with me over the phone. As a customer trying to resolve an $80+ missing order for a work meeting, the least I expected was the opportunity to speak with management. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated issue. Every time I order from this location, I end up waiting well over an hour for my food. The excessive wait times, lack of accountability, poor communication, and nonexistent verification process for DoorDash orders are unacceptable. This entire situation disrupted my work meeting, wasted my time, and left me without the food I had already paid for and unable to get a refund for! CPK needs to improve both its order verification procedures and its kitchen efficiency.
