The only saving grace for this location was that the pizza was as expected (good). But I won't be back. The parking situation is a nightmare. It's located in a small shopping center with not enough parking. And Round Table is taking up 4 parking spots for an outdoor tented seating section that NO ONE was using. The salad bar is "ONE TRIP ONLY". That's not how "salad bars" work. There's a huge sign on the salad bar glass that says this, and an employee verified that you cannot go back for more. And the ranch dressing is gross. It tasted like grocery store ranch, not restaurant ranch (iykyk). This location gives the Round Table brand a bad name. read more

Round Table Pizza is the greatest chain pizza restaurant ever! Their pizza is simply amazing. The crust is soft but crispy, and has a nice bite. Their ingredients are fresh, and their restaurants are fun and very nostalgic. I first fell in love with Round Table Pizza when I was twelve, and it has been my favorite place to get a pizza in the last 30 years. I've had Round Table in different cities and locations, and they all have that distinct wonderful smell, they still carry arcade machines, and most still look like it's 1990. They're much more expensive than your typical pizza chain, but to me it's worth every penny, because I get it once in a while. This location is the closest location to me now, since a few other locations have closed over the years, which is a damn shame. I bring my kids here now, and it's also their favorite pizza place. This location thrives because they're very community oriented. All local little league, basketball and football teams gather here to have parties and hang out. Their customer service is great, and they don't charge for extras like other places do. They also give you discounts on the spot when they notice you're placing a larger order.m, which is always appreciated. So I made an online order for an Extra Sausage and Mushroom Pizza with this Round Table and I did contactless delivery. I brought the pizza in the house and realized the pizza toppings were wrong. I called Round Table back and let them know the toppings were wrong and I was told I received what i ordered and they read me back "Pepperoni and Mushroom" "So what do you want to do?" I told them that was wrong and asked them to look up my receipt and that I would like my correct pizza. They looked up the receipt, told me the pizza was correct, then asked me to send them a picture of the pizza to verify if I was telling the truth or not. Weird, but okay. I asked them where to send the picture of the pizza to, and another person, a man, got on the phone and said: "We got your pizza wrong? Well, Dont touch it since it isn't what you ordered. We will send someone to pick it up and replace it." The store proceeded to call me an additional two times to tell me that I shouldn't eat the pizza since it is not what I ordered, and that someone will be coming to pick up the pizza from me after I specifically asked for contactless delivery in a Pandemic. The delivery woman comes back to the house (and bless her heart she's amazing). This round table sends ANOTHER PEPPERONI AND MUSHROOM PIZZA instead of what I ordered. The delivery woman looks at the receipt, acknowledged the pizza was wrong twice , apologizes, and calls the Roundtable back to tell them it was wrong again. A man, presumably the owner, gets on the phone and is audibly annoyed by the situation that he has to make a third pizza. The delivery woman comes back 30 minutes later with a now Third Pizza, and the pizza looks beat up. But at this point I gave up. I teeter between 3 and 4 stars for Round Table but ultimately as my mantra says, I'm after great food at a deal. Frankly $25 for one large pizza, even if it's a specialty pizza, seems a bit steep. My favorite specialty pizza here is the Hawaiian and my wife loves the garlic chicken. The pizzas here, on quality and taste, deserve 4 stars. They pile on the toppings and the crust is very thin so you get a lot of "pizza." The cheese is fresh and soft and perfectly melted so it stretches out as you take a bite. It's certainly way better than your run-of-the-mill Domino's or Little Cesar's. The dining area is also quite nice with numerous large flat screen TVs showing whatever big games are playing so you don't miss a beat no matter where you are sitting. They have DIRECTV so obviously no skimping on the premier television entertainment. Plenty of tables to choose from -- although ironically not an actual round table in sight. From this raving review you might wonder why only 3 stars. Again the only factor that keeps me from being a regular patron is the price.
