I felt that even though there were not a lot of people in the restaurant, they should of had more pizza buffet variety or at least kept them coming out of the oven so you'd never be low on pizza. I love the food here! It's served piping hot (in a good way) and the cheese (a tad bit salty for my taste but still really good) is deliciously gooey. My favorite thing about the place though is the people. I've only dropped by this place spottingly over the years and they have always had only the nicest people working the place. There's something different about the way these employees work that I never see anywhere else. They make it comfortable and easy to have a good time hanging out with your friends or significant other. I definitely recommend eating here. read more

We had the misfortune of visiting this restaurant on Tuesday, September 24th, around 7 p.m. The first thing my wife and I saw upon walking into this round table was a 6 to 8 year old boy eating olives from the salad bar with his bare hands. We pointed that little tidbit out to the girl behind the counter, who did not appear to be too concerned by it. "I'll take care of it", she said. Her idea of "taking care of it" apparently consists of nonchalantly walking to the salad bar, taking a cursory glance, shrugging and walking away. Bad omen, we should have left right there and then. We ordered the buffet, and we requested a pizza (something that other round table pizza's seem to be happy to do) but the pizza which we requested never came up in the hour that we waited. The pizza which WAS available at the buffet was cold, greasy and limp. No visible effort was made to replace it with fresh during the time we were there. When asked, the staff seemed to be annoyed by the questions, as if providing clean, fresh, hot pizza was an imposition and burden. This place is not worth a second look, avoid it is my advice. I have loved Round Table since my childhood. Growing up, we went to the one near northgate every other Saturday night, which I believe has been a hair salon or store for years. We also went to the U-district one, which also shut down. So I was very excited when this one opened (the one down the hill in Mill Creek was OK too, except the time I went there mid-summer and there was no AC). I have not eaten there yet, but either get delivery or pickup on my way home from work. The service is always very friendly and I looove the pizza and garlic Parmesan twists! Also last time, I arrived to pickup my order before it was ready, and the waitress gave me a free pop. read more

This place USE to be good. I always get the bbq chicken pizza. I never had an issue until recently. Undercooked pizza incident #1. Spoke to the manager he initially questioned me about the pizza being undercooked but ended up apologizing and said he would give a credit my account. Ok no big deal he is making an effort to fix things. Incident #2 giving them another try... again underscored pizza! I even asked for the pizza to be baked a little longer since last time we received undercooked pizza. And there was no credit to my account. My boyfriend and I just visited this location and had a very pleasant lunch. The employees were very kind, friendly, and polite. We ordered the lunch buffet with salad bar and it was great for the value. There's multiple selections on pizza ( pepperoni, sausage with mushrooms, BBQ, veggie, chicken, dessert pizza) the salad bar has plenty of topping and dressings. You also get a fountain drink. This was my first time at Round Table Pizza. I had three teens with me. I tell them we will order one large (largest) pizza so they have to agree on toppings. We all go in and stare at the wall "menu" This is difficult for me with poor eye site, and we notice the "menu" does not list the toppings for any of the pizzas. I ask the gal for a handheld menu. She indicates they don't have them and points to a menu fastened to the counter in front of her register. We all four attempt to look at that menu. Unknown to us, people have come in and we are now holding up the line. Feeling rushed, we found an all meat pizza that the teens agree on and I order a large. As we are waiting, I notice on their wall they have pizza sizes which includes and "extra-large." Had I known the "large" was not the largest, that's what I would have ordered, but it's too late now. Pizza arrives and looks good and is loaded with toppings. However, the taste has the blahh-ness of typical franchise pizza places. The crust on our pizza was paper-thin and about as tasty as cardboard. Yet the families around us had thicker crust pizza. I certainly did not mean to order thin crust (and no one asked) so I don't know if they offer choices or what was going on with that. Again, a hand held menu with all descriptions, toppings, sizes, would have helped me order exactly what I wanted. They should consider first time customers, and have every choice and description in one visual location, so you don't have to look all over to see what your choices are. Place was clean and workers were friendly. Lots of coupons come in the mail for this place. With a coupon it is probably a fair deal. Without coupon it is too much. Fast service and convenient location might bring me back, but not the pizza. Update: I received a personal message on Yelp bashing me for this review. This Round Table is awesome. If you like abundent toppings on your pizza this is the place to go. Our pizza had more topping than I have ever seen on a pizza. The crust stood up to the extra toppings and was nice and crispy but not burnt. They put on just the right anount of sauce and their topping were super fresh. Placed a huge order and couldn't be happier! Not only was the gentleman behind the register sporting a fantastic beard, but he was really really good looking. On top of that the owner was working when I picked up my order. When I came back in after forgetting my dipping sauce for the cheese bread I was loaded up and sent on my way. No buckle and dime bs. Took the clan here for lunch on June 26th and I was impressed. The joint seemed to be clean, the salad bar was well stocked, aesthetically pleasing & entirely fresh. As for what little pizza was offered under the heat lamps on this particular Friday, it was pretty good as well, though not enough variety.was offered I look forward to calling ahead next time so that they may have more pizza available upon arrival. I tried round table back in the late 90's. The pizza was pretty good. I ordered a pizza in 2017 for home delivery. When the pizza arrived it had so few toppings and very little cheese and pizza sauce! It was cold in addition to being taste free. I was going to order a large pizza on 2-24-18 and the guy said it would cost $30.00!! My friends warned me about round table so I declined ordering. This company really sucks! This is not the quality of pizza I have come to know. When I lived in California, Round Table was a "treat" because they were well known for having the best tasting pizza by far! This location in Lynnwood is severely lacking. The pizza crust seems to be the problem, as that was the best part I always loved. My wife both agreed the taste of this pizza is very poor compared to other competitors that sell at much cheaper prices. We do not plan to return. Too much other good pizza out there. read more

Worst experience ever.. I will never go here again.. When my family and I go here which is once a month we spend about $150-$250, but after tonight we will never ever go here again. The manager threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't take my order, if it wasn't for my mother in law I would've left my order. The other employees were not nice to us the white guy with the spiked black hair just threw out pizza on the table like we were dogs, so if you want to be treated like an animal I encourage you to go here. Horrible customer service!!!!! I have been a loyal customer ever since they had the old location in Mill Creek. Unfortunately, ever since they moved the restaurant to this new location things have gone downhill with this Round Table. The first couple of months were good, but it seems that they changed management and in my opinion this new manager is horrible. Also, the pizza has gone down in quality dramatically. The pizza now looks like a cheap Domino's or Little Caesar's pizza. You'd be better off buying some frozen pizza. If this location hopes to survive in this economy the management and the ownership of this restaurant need to step up their game. I was in the restaurant various times when i see the Manager i believe his name is Fred, just walking around slouching it seemed like he did not have a very good attitude like he did not want to be there, I've worked in restaurants my self and the face he had is not something that is acceptable if they are going to be dealing with customers all day. I asked one of the cashiers, the only girl that works there it seems, i asked her what the manager did, and her reply was that he made the pizzas. it would seem to me that a manager should be more involved in the MANAGEMENT of a restaurant instead of walking around like an idiot. Clean a table or pick up some dishes once in a while!! Leaving all the work to the poor girl who was busting her butt cleaning. I was not impressed with this location AT ALL!. If you really are a fan of Round Table, like i am, then i suggest you skip this horrible understaffed location and visit another. I believe the closest one is in Woodinville. It may seem like a long drive, but trust me that it will make all the difference when it comes to the quality of the pizza and the customer service from the management. Where has this place been all my life? I guess there just aren't a lot around because after having such a good experience I was genuinely confused as to why I'd never been to one. Stopped by for lunch because I had a lot of time to kill and I saw they had a Buffett. The price was awesome (under 10 bucks AND soda included) the pizza was fresh, and the service was impeccable. Roundtable is obviously on a way different level than dominos, pizza hut etc and after asking around its clear that people familiar with it already know that, I guess just the combination of there not being many roundtables in this area and my general dislike of anything "chain" kept me from here. I ended up getting a pizza to go because I wanted to compare the Buffett to a full price pizza and was impressed that they were very close. I'd say the full price one had more cheese and toppings in general which is to be expected but was just as hot and fresh which is saying a lot about the Buffett. The Buffett pizza at tulalip isn't even close to this and that's considered a "nice place." (ya right) finally but equally as important especially to me, I have to mention the service. How I am treated in restaurants is everything to me. I eat out everyday and have also been in the industry. The two staff members David and Gillian were amazing. They were quick, efficient, and engaging and actually got me refills etc. Smart move, they just earned a customer for life. read more

I went here yesterday i was blown away! I went for the pizza buffet and salad bar w my gf. I hadn't been to Round Table since i was like 12 so it was very nostalgic :) The man that greeted us was very nice. He asked if there was any pizzas we would like see on the buffet. We asked for supreme and he said he would have it right out. Other pizzas on the buffet were awesome as well. Salad bar was clean and neat, and well organized. In about 8 to ten minutes our pizza was out there on buffet ready to gorge on and it was excellent. Its like 26 bucks for two people. We will be back definetly. YOU SHOULD GO TOO PEOPLE!!! read more
