Dont go here unless you want some okay service and nasty fountain drinks. The food was okay. The pizza was okay. We tried the new stuffed crust which was $25! Would not pay for it ever again. We also order wings and garlic bread which were both just okay. I got water from the fountain drinks it and just tasted awful. I'm not exaggerating when I say it smelled like toilet water, it literally smelled like the sewer. Dont not drink it! Buy your own or bring your own cuz it will make your stomach hurt. When we asked for a box, we had to look in the back for someone and yell for help. The girl was busy on her phone and we had to yell extra loud. This same girl was playing with her hair and I dont I know if she even washed her hands or not. But be forewarned, if your eat or drink here, your stomach will hurt. Ordered Pizza was given the wrong pizza and then on top of that she tried to argue with me and after two hours still didn't get my pizza and had to call and they said they didn't have the address and they were waiting for me to call when I had already had gave the address smh!! Can you say worse customer service? I Even had to drive down there !! Only the delivery guy was nice everyone else I had a problem with and they even have attitude!!!! I have started getting curbside pickup pizzas here since the pandemic started and have been very pleased. The online ordering system works well, the time until pickup estimates have been spot on, the staff is friendly, and the quality is very high. Lunch buffet on a Friday... good times. Tasty times. Cheap times! $6 goes a long way! Their salad bar offering is comprehensive... I was able to assemble a monster salad and was enjoying it so much I forgot I had to save room for pizza, which was great. I've been to other pizza buffets and they might have 2 or 3 available to try. When we started eating they only had a couple, but by the time I finished my salad they had at least 6 out there! The best thing about the buffet is that they serve fresh garlic cheese twists. Perfect with the salad or with some ranch... I checked the health chart and it said 170 calories per cheese twist. Don't drink anything from the fountain machine!!! I got raspberry iced tea and it had a horrible after taste. Thought it might be the ice, but that wasn't it. We tried every drink available and the only thing drinkable was the lemonade without ice. When we said something to one of the attendants behind the counter all she said was she didn't know what was wrong and shrugged her shoulders. Its been a while since I had Roundtable pizza. Mostly went to Lamppost since the pizza is really good there and closer to me. I am very impressed with both the Pepperoni pizza and Lemon Pepper wings. I ordered a pizza two hours early through the slice app. When the pizza was almost 25 minutes late I called slice. They said that the store could not get a driver so they cancelled the order themselves. No one bothered to notify me. Two hours in which they could have notified me and I would have come pick it up. So we decided we would try something different since our favorite spot Zitos was packed. We Choose Roundtable, l will never go to there again, it was very dirty, it wasn't even busy for a Friday evening and for the employees to leave the tables dirty. We asked them if they would wipe it down the cashier said she would, she never came to clean it, for just my husband and l it was very pricey $16.69 for a pitcher of beer WTF. no thank you never again. and l was complaining that Zitos hiked there beer up to $13. bucks a pitcher but 16 get outta here with that. read more

Love the pizza at this place and frequently order from here. A little perturbed tonight as I ordered a medium pizza and did not find any coupons in my collection at home so I asked if they had any at the store. The lady on the phone said no and then that was it. When I received my pizza, lo and behold there was a coupon for a medium pizza! I called and asked why they did not offer this when I asked and the guy that answered said that is only given after an order has been placed to be used for next time. I found it sad that I WAS a pretty frequent customer and the coupon could not be honored. Guess this is the last time I order from them. read more

This is probably my best places to go to when coming in family or just alone with some friends. They have everything you just would need at a restaurant but without the wait. Look, it's a Round Table pizza. You know what you're getting and it's good. But the staff are barely functional morons. Example: It's bewildering to me that they close at 9 weeknights but Yelp and google say they are open later. It's not hard to fix that and ensure your restaurant info is correct. They make these kind of irritating mistakes all the time. Give them a simple order and they'll give you a good pizza. If you expect them to be able to handle any nuance or complexity in the customer service experience you are likely to be disappointed. read more

We cam here on Thursday to celebrate a loved ones birthday. As I was looking over the menu I noticed that they offer party packs, scored, at least I thought. No I was told that those packs are only available for delivery, what the heck. I would of walked out had I was the only one, but I already had guest sitting down. Worst service ever... Went to this place to watch the football game and play some games but most the games were broken and then when they say they close at 930 we had the manager tell us they were closed at 840 and to leave and he shut the tv off while the game was in overtime. We were the only customers there bought 2 pizzas and a pitcher of beer and we were even playing the few games that did work there. Came here when in town visiting friends... Yes, the decor, ambiance and atmosphere is boring, quiet, and nothing to be excited about. I always trick myself into getting a salad bar, and this one is not so great (but when are salad bars every really great!?!). The fruit salad is nasty. I think they ruin it because they add fresh orange slices to the mix causing an acid overload that ruins all the other fruits. Its only honeydew, cantaloupe, canned pineapple, red grapes, and the fresh orange slices. Not very exciting even if it wasn't awful. the pasta salad they have is nasty too. its corkscrew pasta, with a bunch of good stuff like olives, carrots, etc but they drench it in generic italian dressing that gives you a sore throat when you eat it. but the spinach is good, the ranch dressing is pretty good, the cucumbers, bacon bits, etc. ok, not worth the $3 or $4 extra you pay to get the salad bar, though, for sure!!!! The pizza is great, no doubt about it. For a chain pizza place, this is great pizza. I can't stand dominos, pizza hut, papa johns, so this is good. the arcade is weak, although they do have air hockey. 1 large pizza (1 topping), 1 salad bar, and 2 sodas = $29.00 I think thats a bit much! read more

Don't ask me where this chain is because I will tell you that it's right across Royal Thai Orchid. And I will also tell you that if you come here at 11:00 a.m. there is zero line and you get a fresh salad from the bar and all kinds of different pizza your little monster tummy can eat for $6.99. After returning from a long day out of town we decided to call in an order for pick up. We ordered a large Maui Zaui and had requested that no pineapple on one side (due to food allergies) but to have that added to the other side. The girl said it would be an extra charge in which I felt was completely ridiculous due to the fact we weren't requesting any extra product. We picked up our pizza and it was ready at the time promised. When we got home and opened it there was a long black hair baked into the cheese layer of the pizza.....completely disgusting! We did not have the time or energy to drive back down and wait for another pizza to be made. What a waste of $25. We will not be returning to this location ever. read more

Upon walking in, the place was pretty empty which was a bad sign. After been here a few times, I noted that this place caters to team meetings and parties. There are plenty of room for customers plus they have some video games for the kids. Service and food are decent. Prices are pretty high for the quality of food that you get.
