We have been ordering from this Round Table for over 8 years, nearly 2x a month, so that adds up to quite a bit o'cheese! With the very small amount of times we've had an issue, the managers have always fixed it and everyone there is very friendly and on par. The area is not great, but they keep the place clean inside and run rif raf out immediately. Coming from SoCal, we appreciated having a familiar pizza place when we first became Norcal'ers, and we continued buying here even after trying out other places, because of the good service and food. I love pizza, who doesn't? However, Round Table pizza is over priced. This is the location closest to me, so when we order for delivery, we order from here. The delivery is slow and when the pizza gets to you, it isn't even good. Round Table used to be my favorite place to eat, but they got way too over priced. The cinnamon bread twists are terrible, they don't compare to the Round Table on Eureka Way. They are skinny, flavorless, and chewy as if they had sat out all day. I give it three stars because the people who work are nice and the delivery people are always nice, too. The three stars instead of two are for the lunch buffet, $7.95 for adults and $4.95 for children. That's cheap enough, along with family night on Tuesday. Also the buffet style. Round Table Pizza is consistent. Sometimes when I'm pressed for time i will head to the buffet. Usually not impressed with buffets to be honest. This trip was no exception. Pizza after pizza came out with mushrooms on it. Personally I'm not the biggest shrooms fan but at a buffet i would figure you could have an old standby such as PEPPERONI!! My husband ordered against my opinion and here's what happened. Food was on time, but wrong. Ordered boneless wings, got regular wings. Asked for regular ranch for twists, was told that's not what I ordered. Clearly I did. Twists were hard and over cooked and service was lack luster. read more

Round table on lake boulevard is THE worst round table in redding. They have roaches, they spit in the food, and eddy the manager has made it to where they won't deliver to me because they didn't have enough change for a 50$ so I wasn't just going to give him 30$ for 18$ worth of food? I called on 08/15/19 to get a couple of "quotes" not sure witch route to take and what was cheaper but still satisfied me. Joe answered the phone and from the beginning to the end of my experience he was extremely awesome and helpful! He was very patient with my 30 questions and even help me find a special they were doimg for what i wanted to help the price a bit since he knew I was aiming affordably! He was a gentlemen and generally seemed interested and cheerful! (I don't ever leave reviews, it stood out that much !) Then my pizza showed up at the estimated time and he so happen to also be my delivery driver! Again, super funny and laid back! He brought us condiments,napkins,paper plates,crushed pepper and no i I did not ask but yes we needed it but completely spaced asking for it. Round Table pizza seems to be the same at every one is Redding but this one seems to have to worst service. I give them 3 stars because I do love the pizza but if you plan on getting a pizza delivered expect an hour, if you plan on dining in expect at least an hour (once we waited an hour and a half). They have really good pizza and usually great customer service but today was very disappointing . I called and placed my order over the phone with a girl named MARIAH. Once i got there to pick up my food they said my order was never put into the system. So they called mariah up to the front and asked her about it and she decided to play dumb and said she had NO IDEA why even tho i had just talked to her on the phone. I would have been understanding if she had just apologized and said she had forgotten to place my order but no she didn't. She even gave me the wrong price quote for my food. So Thanks alot Mariah! I thought the service and the pizza was exceptional. We tried to order on line but were unable to register, so we ordered the Chicken Maui Zaui. The assistant manager brought us the beer we ordered and the lady who took our ordered delivered the pizza and went back to get us some water. The pizza was great! The assistant manager suggested some ranch dressing for our pizza and brought us two small cups full. I would like to see some repairs/replacements to some of the seats in the booths. My in-laws love Round Table, so we decided to pick some up for them. My wife called in the order, but accidentally called the wrong location. My first impression of this location was that it had a faintly unpleasant odor. Later, my wife mentioned that it looked like it needed a deep cleaning. Had we conferred prior to eating the pizza, we would have cancelled the order. The bread sticks were delicious. The pizza was good. Next time, however, we will call the correct location. read more

Myself and my daughter went to all you can eat Tuesdays on 7/24. Lots of food out on the table, but within an hour of eating, both of us were in the bathroom for over an hour with major stomach problems. Horrible horrible service! All teenagers standing around talking. Stood in line for a good 5 mins waiting to order while the girl up front talked to another girl about her boyfriend. Finally got my order taken, which when she read back was in correct. Even though I said it clearly 3 times... after ordering they only had one salad bowl clean, i ordered 3, and no cups at all. She told me to wait just a second and she will grab the bowls and cups.. two minutes go by and she brings me back the bowls, and says here you go... I asked where my cups where, and she said oh sorry got distracted be right back.... don't you think since everyone is STANDING around your items would be stocked correctly? No. Finally 10 minutes later I got to sit my family down to eat. Pizza was cold. Barley any choices... salad bar was empty. So decided to wait some more for some fresh pizza and more options.. guy up front said just give me about 10 minutes. Sure fine whatever... as I'm waiting they are having full blown conversations about how they hate their job, how they can't wait to be off . While tables needed cleaning, bathrooms looked like someone throw toilet paper all over. I'm a manager at a fast food place and if this was going on at my store i would be upset with my employees. The Round Table Pizza was a place I had not been to for over 30 years. Most of their stores are on the West Coast. Anyway, measured against other chain pizza places it was good. They are fast and get the pizza delivered quickly and still warm. read more

The manager here, Eddie, is super and keeps an eye on the whole operation. Deal with him for anything unusual. We have reserved a room here several times over the years and the service has been tops. Round Table pizza is Round Table pizza. Very good here and very good elsewhere, but the staff and service is why we use this pizza shop over all the others in the Redding area. We eat in or get our pizza to go usually, and have used delivery to home only a couple times - had no issues ever in 20 or more purchases here. read more

They have really good pizza however the employees are more interested in playing around than working. I order pizza here because it's really close to my cousin and her family so when we have movie night I bring pizza. Even though I order ahead of time and arrive past the time for pickup that they give me, my order has never been ready on time. I'll be standing there waiting and there seems to be a lot of employees there but nearly all of them are doing nothing but talking to each other. It seems just one or two actually work. We would go here at least once a week but the place now looks dirty. They used to give you ranch dressing for your pizza along with Parm cheese and red peppers but now they want to charge you $1.00 each for a small plastic container of ranch dressing. First and foremost this place is so close to me and has always provided me wonderful service, so much so I've ordered 23 times this year alone. Tonight however was a different story. I ordered a pizza online (as I've done a dozen or so times before and never had an issue) at 6:18, said pizza would be here in 35 minutes, alright. So 7pm rolls around and no pizza, no big deal they're probably just running a few minutes behind. I wait for another 15 minutes and still no pizza (it's now been almost a hour); finally I give up and call in. A girl named Taylor immediately tells me that pizza was put in the take out pile and that it will now be another half hour before my pizza is ready. Seriously. So the pizza pulls up when I'm on the phone with the female manager on duty and its soggy. Breadsticks were okay. We just paid $40 for a pizza that tastes nasty at best. Manager is adamant that it is my fault and that I shouldn't be ordering online because it always messes up. Refuses to do anything for a customer that calls at least once a week.
