The store associate didn't greet me upon entering the store. When I asked about any special that they had she told me about an all meat special. After thinking about which pizza I wanted, I asked if there were any discounts available for the specialty pizzas (not the all meat). Instead of answering my question, She rudely, with an attitude, told me that she can only give me the listed prices. She didn't use any courtesy or manners when she dismissed my question. I didn't make a big deal of it and accepted the price. That's not what bothered me about this visit. After paying $28.33 for my pizza, I asked for change and received $4 in quarters so that my daughter could play the games as we waited. She didn't say anything about any games being broken. One of the games (claw game) which cost one dollar, did not work and instead took our 4 quarters. There was no sign posted that the game was out of order. I walked back to Margarita and told her about my issue with the game. She did not apologize, but she said I should have known the game wasn't working because the lights weren't on (which I know nothing about whether there should be lights or not, I had never been to this location and the game didn't look broken). I told her that she should put a sign on the games that were out of order. She knew when I got my quarters and she knew the games weren't working but she didn't bother to inform me when she was giving me quarters to play the game. When I mentioned that she should put signs up, she told me that she knew the games weren't working but did not have signs up because she said that kids rip the signs off. That is no excuse not to warn customers as a courtesy that a game is out of order. She also refused to refund my 4 quarters when I politely asked if she could. After spending $28 dollars in the store, I believe that good customer service would have been to refund my $1 and at the very least to apologize. I did not get either. In addition to the fact no sign was posted, she didn't bother to warn me verbally when she knew fully we'll i was getting quarters to play the game. All these circumstances in addition to issuing no apology and not acknowledging her mistake was very upsetting and effected the quality of service I received here. read more

I called in today to order a Pizza. I was pleasantly greeted by a lady name Patty. I'm a stickler for great customer service , and this is what I received today! Patty has a very welcoming voice on the phone very patient and helpful when calling in to place an order. I received the order promptly! The deliver person was very professional and kind as well. The pizza is good but pricey. The customer service is just ok. Delivery is always an hour or more. They also have strange rules about discounts. I ordered the 16.99 large pepperoni they had advertised. I asked for pepperoni on only 1/2, because if this i was charged 21.99. I was told the computer wont t apply the discount. I then asked to order it regular but put 1/2 the pepperoni on the side. They cant do that either. I think it's crazy to charge people more for wanting less. read more

This is by far the worst Round Table around. I keep giving them another chance only to get another screwed up order. I can't even go into detail about the mistakes....endless. The time has been way off when ordering online, the sauce can be barely there or you're pizza is swimming in it, not cooked enough, dressings missing, toppings wrong, cold, etc. But tonight I tried to speak with the manager and was put on hold for 15 minutes and had to give up and hang up the phone. All we wanted with our order were two ranches, two blue cheeses, and two red sauces and ended up with 15 ranch dressing and the rest were left out completely. I went in to honor 3 A's tickets for free personal pan pizza's. I was told I was required to purchase a drink with each one (so much for free), which I was planning on anyways but goes against the free promotion details. I also ordered a small pizza for my family. After we finished eating I gave my kids some quarters to get some toys and such from the quarter machines they have around. One of the fifty cent machines ate the quarters. I asked the workers for a refund and was advised to call the service number as they did not own the machines. The gentleman on the service number told me to talk to the workers and they would give me a refund, if not they could call the service number to verify. Workers did not believe me and told me they would call the service number once the line died down. After 20 minutes (10 minutes of no line) I asked for the manager. The manager then advised me that they would not be calling the service line and no refund would be issued. She would not provide me the owners contact information to file a complaint and was hesitant to let me know her name was Maria. Pizza was ok, service was ok up until the issue. Their handling of the whole situation was horrible. There are much better pizza places around San Lorenzo and with that kind of service, I will definitely not be going back. read more

I went here last night and it seems they were all having one rough day. There were a lot of people and the wait was a bit longer than normal. My order was screwed up but luckily I caught it before they started and they fixed it no problem! I placed my order over the phone for delivery at 5pm on a Sunday and was told it would be 45min, when giving the girl my card number I had to repeat it about 2x's. They called back and said the card was invalid, yup they wrote it down wrong and at this point it had been an hour or waiting. The girl I talked to over the phone said it would be another 45min and we would be the 1st for delivery, I told her never mind I'd pick up since it'd be 20min and they'd get a fresh one made. We have had issues with this (local to home) Round Table a few times now in the last few months. First, they have some of the worst customer service you can find now and some very rude employees. The manager, and I use that term loosely, is very unprofessional and short. She has never even tried to fix an issue or apologize for that matter. You can't understand what she says her name is, I'm thinking that's calculated and the only reason she still has her job. The people who answer the phone aren't very friendly and don't seem to know what they are doing. If the case is that they are that busy, please accomodate yourselves for that instead of compromising good service, which is supposed to be your job. They seem to pick and choose when to accept personal checks, and when not to, which has become very frustrating. We will call and ask about checks, and they don't take them, took the machine out all together, they say.... I call, a few days later, not believing it, and what do you know? They take them! Hmm. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I definitely will not return and have filed my complaint to corporate. read more

I got home and decided lets order pizza.Called this round table which is normally cool,even though they tend to forget things you order but will give a credit on your next order. So I called around 7:25 to order and was told about an hour for deliver.Well 2 and half later where is the pizza. Called and was told the driver left 6 min ago.Apparently only one driver as I live two blocks away. Called back after 10 min and was told the driver was not answering the phone and was told your order is free. COOL.Bad part is why did the driver get upset when he found out my order was free..YOU MUST REALIZE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS YOU WOULD NOT BE !!!.He calls to verify my free order and then ask who did I talk too....HELL the pizza people....As he talked with this person in his language,NOT ENGLISH(bad customer service) he then says yeah keep it no charge..REALLY..I already told you that,but where is the rest of my order ..You dont have it again and why is the pizza cold!!..He says WHAT EVER!!! and walks away.....WOW..When will businesses realize the customer is the most important possession to you staying afloat as a company,should we decide to not spend,how will you stay in business.
