As far as service, the lady at the POS wasn't quite helpful in explaining to me about the extra charges for the toppings so eventually she got frustrated and passed the order off to another worker. I called this location to see if they could pump out 14 XLs asap and they did. I have been their customer since 1990s until now 2024...I used to live in Santa Ana but I moved to a different city years ago and it takes me about 40 minutes to get here. I have been really disappointed lately. They removed the Wombo Combo item from their menu. I was told that when I placed the order online, I could annotate that I want the Wombo Combo speciality option and they would do it for me. I did that 10x or so but they never did it. So I had to pay for the additional toppings to create my own pizza that has the toppings of the Wombo Combo specialty option which costs a lot more. I did it several times anyway because my kids loved this combination. However, the cashier informed me that I didn't have to pay extra toppings to get the option but they charged me extra anyway. This place is now quite disappointing and greedy. They removed my favorite option from the menu, forcing me do the runaround and pay a lot extra money just to get the removed specialty option. They used to be very nice back then. I will not be back. It's just not worth it with the long drive to get here and the outrageous price to get the removed option. I have been going to this location for many years, however this past super bowl i experienced something i feel you should know. Because of the specials that day they were swamped. I put my order in online. When i got there they said because they were extremely busy it would be another 4 to 5 minutes. Ok. I understand the special circumstances. However after at least 10 minutes i thought i saw my pizza come out of the oven. It was pineapple and sausage and peperoni. Easy to spot. It came to the counter and with difficulty i was able to get the cashiers attention and asked. She said no. But about 4 to 5 minutes. After seeing at least 2 customers walk in place an order and get it, i again inquired. They asked if i had been helped and then remembered me. I had my printout from my computer with the order number. They checked and couldn't find the pizza. They had given my pizza to a delivery driver. Now the manager got involved. Said the order had been lost. I asked for my money back and was told they were going to remake it 4 to 5 minutes. I demanded my money back. They didn't want to give it back because another one was going to be made. I insisted and finally manager told her to give my money back. All of this was bad enough but while i was there waiting for almost 20 minutes i watched the pizzas coming out of the oven and had to shout to tell them they were going to fall. The cooks, counter people, and drivers all kept putting them back on the conveyor to avoid a fall. One actually did fall to the floor. It was picked up and boxed and given to driver for delivery. So if it is a busy night due to special circumstance you might want check and see if it is the right one and has no footprints from being on the floor. read more

This location has to be THE WORST Round Table of all time. O love round table pizza- don't get me wrong- but NOT from this location. It's effing disgusting and the WORST service. I have been here three times and it keeps getting worse and worse. I had prepaid for my pizza through the app and got to the restaurant to pick it up about 3 minutes after the pickup time. Then, I had to wait another 10 minutes in line. Then, when I got to the front and told them I was here for my order, it hadn't even been started! So THEN I had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the restaurant. Not to mention, the app was not registering my location so I had to keep logging in and out to finally get the app to work. If you pay for a pizza ahead of time, you shouldn't have to go in and wait an additional 30 minutes to get your order AFTER the pickup time. This place seriously sucks. This place is a joke. I have ordered here 3 times and EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. has been incorrect. The latest order, they completely forgot an item and the driver didn't even notice. So he said he would go back and get it. No worries, it happens. 30 minutes go by and because it was now a few minutes to closing, they called and said "Sorry we are out of this item for today"....Ok fine, just refund me for the item.....The lady on the phone kept asking "Are you sure you don't want us to just bring it on your next order?" - Yes lady, I am 100% sure, please refund my item. 4 days go by, and I see the item finally posts to my bank account for the FULL amount. I call back today to ask what happened and the SAME lady answers the phone and asks "Oh yes, I remember. We can bring you the item right now?" Are you fucking serious? She then asks for all my debit card credentials including the security code??? For a refund??? I knew better and still reluctantly gave my info against my better judgement. My debit card was then compromised a few days later so I'm fairly certain it was this person. As I write this I STILL have not gotten my refund almost a week later and may need to elevate this to corporate for a stupid cookie. Be careful doing business with this branch. Very shady. UPDATE: The lady I spoke with on the phone said she refunded my items yet nothing is showing on my bank transaction so she is either incompetent or lying. This combo has pepperoni sausage mushrooms olives onions and cheese and is delicious! I've never been unsatisfied with the pizza here. It's a bit over prized however. The biggest con about this location is their salad bar. It's never fully stocked and there is always food all around the table. They really should focus more on the appearance of their salad bar. Chain pizza doesn't usually get my motor racing anymore - it's been a lot of years since I was an undergraduate, and I guess my tastebuds have matured somewhat ;-) That said, there's something that I still really like about Round Table. We just called this Round Table Pizza location and spoke to a female employee. We called to ask about a possible 25% off discount for first responders. Instead of receiving good customer service, the employee we spoke with gave us multiple "breath-y" sighs, and said the best she could do was 15% off. She continued to sigh multiple times as if we were greatly inconveniencing her. We were absolutely disgusted with the apathy and zero care for customer service, that we ended up not placing an order and decided to look elsewhere for pizza. I still love Round Table Pizza for it's quality in pizza. But the customer service was such a massive turnoff that we won't be returning to this location. read more

The next day after my review experience on Yelp the manager from Santa Ana called me and told me she saw my review, and said well all their pizza have cheese and it was on me to tell them no cheese. She obviously didn't read my review since I have mentioned that I have difficulty digesting cheese and as a new customer I based my order with the website ingredients list not mentioning cheese on the list! I also made sure to let her know when I ordered I asked to the receptionist by phone, specifically the same ingredients as mentioned on the website list. After confirming with her if she truly saw my review on Yelp, I told her the veggies on my pizza were raw like a salad, but instead she insisted many times to send her pictures ... I replied each time i have already done that, if she had red my review she would have seen the public pictures i had posted on Yelp! I asked if she could look on my review on Yelp. She eventually admitted she has not seen my review on Yelp with my pictures and she asked me also why I complained on Yelp? I replied that I give my honest experiences on Yelp, that is what I do when I try different businesses. Then she replied, what if she gives me a new pizza like the one I ordered but with no cheese... ? I asked her, what if what ? Did she wanted something back like good reviews...? She quickly said no she just wanted me to be happy... So we agreed to fix the time at 8pm for a new pizza. She came with 2 pizzas and told me they were made for me with different level of veggies doneness. She showed me both of them at the same time and asked me if I liked like that? I said yes they're great, definitely not raw like the one I had before ! I thanked her, she said sorry for last time. I started to take the pizzas, however she took one away. I realized when she was asking me if I liked like that, she really meant to ask me to choose one of them. Upon departure, instead of asking for an update how happy I was with this 2nd experience, she asked me directly to give a good review ! Sorry but I only give honest reviews. So here is my review for this 2nd experience : Business practices experience at this location 1.5/5 stars. Since they at least made an effort to a second trial to a bad experience it is a 1.5 but so many things were not appropriate professionally. Pizza was on point 5/5, however a small pizza for 21$ is it worth the price ? Rating 2.5/5. Communication between the chain is 2.5/5 : A report has been made to the Santa Ana team the next day in good time frame but since the Santa Ana location didn't seem to have my whole review with pictures included nor were they required to read direct reviews from customers on Yelp before calling them it was not a good experience.
